    INTERFERENSI BAHASA JAWA TERHADAP MAHARAH AL-KALAM DI MAN 1 JEMBER

    Maharah al-Kalam (keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Arab) merupakan tujuan fundamental dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Namun, siswa di Jember, yang memiliki latar belakang budaya Jawa yang kuat, sering mengalami interferensi linguistik dari bahasa ibu (Bahasa Jawa). Interferensi ini menciptakan kesulitan dalam pengucapan (fonologi), struktur tata bahasa (sintaksis), dan pilihan kosakata Bahasa Arab, yang berujung pada kesalahan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk dan penyebab interferensi Bahasa Jawa dalam keterampilan berbicara siswa di MAN 1 Jember, serta mengidentifikasi metode pengajaran yang efektif untuk meminimalisasi kesalahan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan rancangan Studi Kasus, melibatkan wawancara dengan guru Bahasa Arab, observasi kelas kalam (dialog dan presentasi), dan analisis kesalahan dari rekaman ujaran siswa kelas XI. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa bentuk interferensi yang paling dominan adalah Interferensi Fonologis (misalnya, substitusi fonem Arab /ق/ qaf dan /ع/ ain dengan bunyi serupa dalam Bahasa Jawa atau Bahasa Indonesia) dan Interferensi Sintaksis (pengurutan kalimat Bahasa Arab yang mengikuti struktur S-P-O Bahasa Jawa/Indonesia). Akar permasalahannya adalah kebiasaan kuat penggunaan Bahasa Jawa sebagai bahasa komunikasi sehari-hari, di samping kurangnya praktik intensif dalam lingkungan berbahasa Arab formal. Intervensi yang disarankan berfokus pada penggunaan Metode Drill (Latihan Berulang) dan Analisis Kontrastif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap perbedaan linguistik. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman pola spesifik interferensi Bahasa Jawa sangat penting untuk mengembangkan kurikulum Bahasa Arab yang tertarget dan efektif, khususnya dalam penguasaan keterampilan berbicara

    Manajemen Inovasi dalam Penerapan Deep Learning pada Kurikulum Sekolah Dasar

    This article aims to analyze the role of innovation management in the implementation of deep learning in the primary school curriculum through a literature review. The study examines relevant national and international literature, covering the concepts of deep learning, implementation challenges, and the integration of innovation management within the context of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The findings indicate that the successful implementation of deep learning is strongly influenced by teacher readiness, instructional leadership of school principals, curriculum innovation, professional development of teachers, collaboration among stakeholders, as well as the availability of resources and consistent policy support. Teachers with an open mindset toward innovation, digital literacy, and collaborative skills are able to implement meaningful and reflective learning. Furthermore, the integration of simple technology and the utilization of local resources support adaptive learning practices despite limited facilities. Based on these findings, this article recommends strategies to strengthen innovation management through transformational leadership, the establishment of teacher learning communities, digital technology integration, and cross-stakeholder synergy to enhance deep learning implementation in primary schools. This study contributes by emphasizing innovation management as a key factor in creating a systematic, adaptive, and sustainable learning ecosystem.Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran manajemen inovasi dalam penerapan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) pada kurikulum sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menelaah literatur nasional dan internasional yang relevan, mencakup konsep deep learning, tantangan implementasi, serta integrasi manajemen inovasi dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penerapan deep learning sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, inovasi kurikulum, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, serta ketersediaan sarana dan dukungan kebijakan yang konsisten. Guru yang memiliki mindset terbuka terhadap inovasi, literasi digital, serta keterampilan kolaboratif mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran bermakna dan reflektif. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi sederhana dan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal mendukung praktik pembelajaran adaptif meski terdapat keterbatasan sarana. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, artikel ini merekomendasikan strategi penguatan manajemen inovasi berbasis kepemimpinan transformasional, pembentukan komunitas belajar guru, integrasi teknologi digital, dan sinergi lintas pihak untuk memperkuat implementasi deep learning di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menekankan manajemen inovasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang sistematis, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan

    PERLAKUAN SUAMI TERHADAP ISTRI SAAT NUSHŪZ PERSPEKTIF IMAM AL-HAROMAYN DAN IMAM AL-NAWAWĪ

    Islam requires a husband to provide for his wife physically and spiritually. However, the husband's responsibility depends on the wife's obedience. A wife's behavior of nushūz can result in the loss of her husband's responsibility for providing for her. The issue of nushūz and its legal consequences have been widely debated by Islamic scholars. This study aims to delve deeper into the categories of wives' attitudes during nushūz and explore the concept of how a husband should treat his wife during nushūz  from the perspectives of Imam Al-Ḥaromayn and Imam Al-Nawawī. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach. The primary data sources are the Nihāyat al-Maṭlab and Minhāj al-Ṭālibīn. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are related books and articles, scientific works, and online sources. The results of the study indicate that Imam Al-Ḥaromayn considers a wife to be nushūz  if she leaves the house without permission or refuses an obligation and cannot be guided back. According to Imam Nawawī, nushūz occurs when a wife refuses obligations, such as intimate relations, household responsibilities, or leaving the house without permission. Imam Al-Ḥaromayn argues that a husband should first advise his wife, then leave the bed, and if nushūz continues, the husband can gently hit her without causing injury. Imam Nawawī also recommends advice as a first step, followed by separation from the bed, and light spanking if nushūz continues, provided it is not painful. Imam Al-Ḥaromayn states that nushūz can disrupt marital harmony and may require mediation or legal action, with the husband acting fairly and considering the wife's rights.     Pernikahan Anak dalam Hak Ijbar: Telaah Komparatif Fikih Syafi’i Dan Hukum Nasional

    ABSTRACT This study examines the legitimacy of child marriage within the framework of ijbar rights according to the Syafi’i school and Indonesian national law. The research seeks to identify a point of harmony between classical Islamic jurisprudence, which grants authority to the wali mujbir, and modern legal principles emphasizing child protection and mutual consent in marriage. Using a normative legal research method with conceptual, statutory, and comparative approaches, the findings reveal that the Syafi’i school permits ijbar under strict conditions such as the absence of hostility between guardian and child, equality between spouses, and a fair dowry. However, such practice is deemed makruh or invalid when it causes harm to the child. In contrast, Indonesia’s positive law does not recognize ijbar, as the validity of marriage requires the consent of both parties under Article 6(1) of Law No. 16 of 2019. The establishment of a minimum marriage age of 19 reflects the alignment between national law and maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah principles, particularly the protection of life and lineage. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah keabsahan praktik pernikahan anak dalam bingkai hak ijbar menurut pandangan Mazhab Syafi’i dan ketentuan hukum nasional Indonesia. Fokus kajian diarahkan untuk menemukan titik temu antara ajaran fikih klasik yang memberikan otoritas kepada wali mujbir dan regulasi modern yang menekankan perlindungan hak anak serta prinsip persetujuan dalam perkawinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual, perundang-undangan, dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mazhab Syafi’i memperbolehkan pelaksanaan ijbar oleh wali dengan sejumlah syarat ketat, antara lain tidak adanya permusuhan antara wali dan anak, kesepadanan calon pasangan, serta pemberian mahar yang sesuai. Namun, praktik tersebut dapat menjadi makruh bahkan tidak sah apabila menimbulkan kemudaratan bagi anak. Sementara itu, hukum positif Indonesia tidak mengenal hak ijbar, sebab sahnya perkawinan mensyaratkan persetujuan kedua calon mempelai sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019. Penetapan usia minimal 19 tahun bagi calon suami dan istri mencerminkan sinkronisasi antara hukum nasional dan prinsip maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, khususnya perlindungan jiwa dan keturunan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemberian dispensasi nikah dilakukan secara selektif melalui asesmen psikologis dan sosial yang mendalam serta peningkatan literasi hukum masyarakat terhadap dampak pernikahan anak.     Analisis Penerapan Metode Diskusi pada Pembelajaran PAI untuk Menumbuhkan Karakter Kerja Sama di Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan metode diskusi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan karakter kerja sama siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di SDN 1 Way Mili, melibatkan guru PAI dan siswa kelas V sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode diskusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama, komunikasi, dan penghargaan terhadap pendapat orang lain. Siswa menjadi lebih terampil dalam bekerja dalam tim, mengomunikasikan pendapat, serta memecahkan masalah secara kolaboratif. Kendala yang dihadapi termasuk pengelolaan waktu, dominasi beberapa siswa dalam diskusi, dan keterbatasan sarana. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru, seperti pembagian waktu diskusi, rotasi peran, serta pemberian umpan balik, terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan dan keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi. Meskipun demikian, keberhasilan metode ini sangat bergantung pada peran aktif guru dalam memfasilitasi dan mengelola diskusi.     The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Learning Achievement of Grade IV Elementary School Students

    Students with low emotional intelligence often have difficulty controlling emotions, dealing with academic pressure, and adapting to the school environment, which can ultimately affect their academic achievement. Grade IV students on average have emotional intelligence moderate, so it is necessary to conduct research to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning achievement in class IV. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation research type. The population in this study was all grade IV of SDN 1 Wayhalim Permai. A total of 20 students. The data collection tools used were questionnaires to find emotional intelligence data and documentation to find learning achievement data. The prerequisite tests used were normality tests and linearity tests. The data analysis technique in this study used the Pearson correlation test (product moment correlation). Based on the research, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between students' emotional intelligence and the learning achievement of grade IV students

    Wakaf uang menjadi salah satu bentuk inovasi filantropi Islam yang relevan dengan dinamika sosial-ekonomi modern, tetapi pemanfaatannya masih belum optimal, realisasi pengumpulan wakaf uang masih jauh dari potensi yang diestimasi mencapai triliunan rupiah per tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana wakfa uang menurut undang-undang dan madzhab hanafiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian yang saya gunakan adalah library research (kajian pustaka). Dengan demikian, pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan telaah pustaka serta beberapa tulisan yang ada relevensinya dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan Mazhab Hanafi memandang wakaf uang sebagai hal yang diperbolehkan dengan dasar 'urf dan dapat dikelola secara produktif. Perspektif ini selaras dengan regulasi di Indonesia, Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 dan peraturan pelaksanaannya, yang mendukung pengelolaan wakaf uang melalui Lembaga Keuangan Syariah.     It is so important to provide assistance in learning to read the Qur'an, there are still many children who have very minimal ability in terms of reading the Qur'an, in fact we often know that some of their parents are also not fluent in reading the Qur'an. There are many conditions in society where the average person has obstacles in learning the Qur'an, one of which is the ability to read. Islam educates people to always actively learn to read the Qur'an as when the first revelation came down to the Prophet Muhammad PBUH who commanded people to read the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to increase the maharoh qiro'ah through the reward method so that the students at the An-Nur Kraksaan Probolinggo Mosque can know the basics of hijaiyyah letters in the Qur'an and feel more comfortable reading the Qur'an. In this service research, used the community service method. The results of this study state that using the reward method for students at the An-Nur Kraksaan Mosque can help make it easier for companions in the teaching and learning process. In this case, the reward method is very helpful and makes it easier for students to learn to read and recognize hijaiyyah letters

    PENGUATAN PROGRAM BIMBINGAN PRA-NIKAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PERCERAIAN USIA MUDA DI KUA KENCONG

    The high rate of divorce among young couples has become a concerning social issue, including in Kencong, Jember Regency. Based on data from the Kencong Religious Affairs Office (KUA), most divorce cases in 2023 involved couples around 21 years old, with primary causes including economic problems, social media influence, and pressure from extended families. This community service aims to support efforts to prevent early-age divorce by strengthening the pre-marital counseling program at KUA Kencong. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which includes the stages of preparing, discovering, dreaming, defining, designing, and destiny. Activities were carried out through field observations, interviews with religious counselors, as well as mentoring and reinforcement of the existing pre-marital counseling program. The results indicate that strengthening this program has improved young couples’ awareness in preparing for marriage emotionally, spiritually, and socially. The implication of this activity is the need for sustainable collaboration between academics and the KUA to develop contextual and continuous educational programs that can reduce early-age divorce rates. &nbsp

    EDUKASI PEMANFAATAN KANDUNGAN PROTEIN IKAN LELE SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING PADA IBU HAMIL DI DESA GARAHAN

    Stunting is a significant public health issue in Indonesia, particularly among pregnant women and children. Based on the data from the village posyandu in Garahan in 2024, the number of Stunting cases in Garahan Village reached 13 children. This research aims to provide education on the utilization of catfish protein content as a strategy to prevent Stunting in pregnant women in Garahan Village. Catfish is chosen because of its high protein content and its relatively easy availability in local communities, especially in Garahan Village.  The method used in this research is educating the utilization of catfish protein as a nutritional option for preventing Stunting in pregnant women. This education also aims to provide in-depth knowledge about Stunting and to equip PKK cadres and the residents of Garhan village with new skills. In addition, there has been a decrease in the incidence of Stunting in infants born to mothers who regularly consume catfish. This finding indicates that the utilization of catfish as a source of protein can be an effective strategy in preventing Stunting among pregnant women in rural areas. This research suggests the need for the implementation of educational programs and subsidies to improve the accessibility of catfish among pregnant women as part of efforts to prevent Stunting
