No full textلقد كان تطور الأدب الأطفال والشباب في الجزائر خلال القرن التاسع عشر عملية ديناميكية بشكل ملحوظ، مدفوعة بالتجريب والابتكار في الإبداع الأدبي. لعبت هذه التطورات دورًا حاسمًا في تمثيل الحقائق التاريخية والاجتماعية والسياسية للشعب الجزائري، من خلال سرد الأحداث التي توضح الحياة في الجزائر قبل الحرب، وأثناءها، وبعدها. من خلال هذه السرديات، حققت الأدب الأطفال والشباب تطورًا كبيرًا، حيث وصلت إلى نظام سردي محدد جيدًا يدمج أبعادًا فنية وجمالية. هذه الخصائص تسمح بمزيد من الانفتاح على النص ومعالجة صارمة للمستويات السردية المعاصرة، مما يعزز من أهميتها ومساهمتها في المشهد الأدبي الجزائري.El desenvolupament de la literatura infantil i juvenil a Algèria al llarg del segle XIX ha estat un procés notablement dinàmic, motivat per l\u27experimentació i la innovació en la creació literària. Aquesta evolució ha jugat un paper crucial en la representació de les realitats històriques, socials i polítiques del poble algerí, mitjançant la narració d\u27esdeveniments que il·lustren la vida a Algèria abans, durant i després de la Guerra de Lliberació. A través d\u27aquestes narracions, la literatura infantil i juvenil ha aconseguit una evolució significativa, assolint un sistema narratiu ben definit que incorpora dimensions artístiques i estètiques. Aquestes característiques permeten una major obertura del text i un tractament rigorós dels nivells narratius contemporanis, consolidant així la seva rellevància i contribució al panorama literari algerià.The development of children\u27s and youth literature in Algeria throughout the 19th century has been a remarkably dynamic process, driven by experimentation and innovation in literary creation. This evolution has played a crucial role in representing the historical, social, and political realities of the Algerian people by narrating events that illustrate life in Algeria before, during, and after the Liberation War. Through these narratives, children\u27s and youth literature has achieved significant evolution, reaching a well-defined narrative system that incorporates artistic and aesthetic dimensions. These characteristics allow for greater openness of the text and a rigorous treatment of contemporary narrative levels, thereby consolidating its relevance and contribution to the Algerian literary landscape.
El desarrollo de la literatura infantil y juvenil en Argelia a lo largo del siglo XIX ha sido un proceso notablemente dinámico, motivado por la experimentación y la innovación en la creación literaria. Esta evolución ha desempeñado un papel crucial en la representación de las realidades históricas, sociales y políticas del pueblo argelino, mediante la narración de eventos que ilustran la vida en Argelia antes, durante y después de la Guerra de Liberación. A través de estas narraciones, la literatura infantil y juvenil ha logrado una evolución significativa, alcanzando un sistema narrativo bien definido que incorpora dimensiones artísticas y estéticas. No full textA qualitative analysis was conducted of data collected from the project L\u27étendue sauvage. remarquer le monde qui nous échappe, conducted in Onex, Switzerland, in the summer of 2022. The residents\u27 environmental sensitivity and ability to adapt to new eco-social realities were explored through 47 semi-structured interviews and interactive maps. The main objective was to understand how urban dwellers perceive and emotionally engage with more-than-human presence in their environment, assessing the potential to reconfigure urban design through multispecies relationships. The analysis was structured around two major themes. The first, The Perception of Wildlife, revealed a greater openness to integrating non-human agents into urban design, surpassing initial expectations. The second, The Emotion of Events, focused on recent environmental changes, such as rising temperatures and reduced snowfall, highlighting residents\u27 concerns about adaptation. A key finding was the widespread recognition of historically stigmatised species, such as rats and bats, as “Legitimate Independent Inhabitants of the City (LIIC)”, challenging dominant anthropocentric narratives. Additionally, residents displayed a heightened emotional connection with environmental changes, such as rising temperatures and shifts in seasonal rhythms. A multispecies and cosmopolitical approach to urban design is thus advocated, promoting recognition of the agency and rights of more-than-human entities. The work integrates residents’ affective and perceptual experiences, contributing to reimagining cities as inclusive, dynamic ecosystems shaped by human and more-than-human cohabitation.Este artículo presenta un análisis cualitativo basado en datos recogidos en el proyecto L’étendue sauvage. remarquer le monde qui nous échappe, en Onex, Suiza, durante el verano de 2022. A través de 47 entrevistas semiestructuradas y mapas interactivos, el estudio exploró la sensibilidad ambiental de los residentes y su capacidad para percibir, experimentar emocionalmente y adaptarse a nuevas realidades eco-sociales. El objetivo principal fue investigar cómo los habitantes urbanos perciben y se vinculan emocionalmente con presencias más-que-humanas en su entorno, examinando el potencial de reconfigurar el diseño urbano a través de relaciones interespecies. El análisis se organizó en dos ejes: la percepción de la vida silvestre y las emociones asociadas a eventos climáticos disruptivos. Entre los hallazgos más relevantes destaca el reconocimiento generalizado de especies históricamente estigmatizadas, como ratas y murciélagos, como “Habitantes Independientes Legítimos de la Ciudad” (LIIC), desafiando narrativas urbanas antropocéntricas tradicionales. Asimismo, se constató una creciente afinidad emocional hacia las transformaciones ambientales, evidenciada en preocupaciones, memorias afectivas y adaptaciones cotidianas frente al cambio climático. El estudio concluye abogando por una aproximación cosmopolítica y multiespecie en el diseño urbano, promoviendo el reconocimiento de la agencia y los derechos de entidades más-que-humanas y fomentando la construcción de ciudades como ecosistemas dinámicos, sensibles y compartidos

No full textThis paper analyzes the imaginaries associated with Spanish rurality through the media response generated after the screening of the documentary \u27El Pueblo\u27 (1983) in Villaluenga del Rosario in 2019 and the re-reading projected by the essay \u27El Pueblo y yo \u27 (2020), identifying and classifying their explanatory components. From a methodological point of view, an analytical strategy based on a mixed methodology was used, addressing a case study focused on the documentary\u27s re-reading and the qualitative analysis of the essay\u27s media impact. 43 units of analysis (communicative impacts) and 96 quotes obtained from various media sources (documentary chapters, newspaper articles, blogs, social networks, and presentations) covering the period 2020-2023 were analyzed. Information was processed through content analysis and classical discourse analysis, identifying and classifying the associated social imaginaries, as well as their temporal direction. The results reveal a complex constellation of imaginaries associated with rurality, highlighting the \u27España vaciada\u27 (depopulated Spain) narrative, the \u27slow rural\u27, the \u27rural franquista\u27 (Francoist rural), and the tension between an immutable rurality and material change. Other identified imaginaries include the exogenous gaze, material progress, \u27lost Spain\u27, \u27cultural wars\u27, the \u27literary and mysterious rural\u27, the urban desire to \u27have a village\u27, \u27the exotic\u27, and the emergence of landscape and rural cultural heritage. The main conclusions suggest an urban bias in the media gaze focusing on the past, certain saturation of the depopulation narrative, political underrepresentation, and urban resistance to rural modernization, favoring a \u27musealization\u27 imaginary. Rural cultural heritage emerges as a new and significant imaginary.Este trabajo analiza los imaginarios asociados a la ruralidad española a través de la respuesta mediática generada tras la proyección del documental “El Pueblo” (1983) en Villaluenga del Rosario en 2019 y la relectura proyectada por el ensayo “El Pueblo y yo” (2020), identificando y clasificando sus componentes explicativos. Desde un punto de vista metodológico, se empleó una estrategia analítica fundamentada en una metodología mixta, abordando un estudio de caso centrado en la relectura del documental y el análisis cualitativo del impacto mediático del ensayo. Se analizaron 43 unidades de análisis (impactos comunicativos) y 96 citas obtenidas de diversas fuentes mediáticas (capítulos documentales, artículos periodísticos, blogs, redes sociales y presentaciones) abarcando el período 2020-2023. La información fue procesada mediante análisis de contenido y análisis del discurso clásico, identificando y clasificando los imaginarios sociales asociados, así como su dirección temporal. Los resultados revelan una constelación compleja de imaginarios asociados a la ruralidad, donde destacan la narrativa de la “España vaciada”, el “slow rural”, el “rural franquista” y la tensión entre un rural inmutable y el cambio material. Otros imaginarios identificados incluyen la mirada exógena, el progreso material, la “España perdida”, las “guerras culturales”, lo “rural literario y misterioso”, el deseo urbano de “tener pueblo”, etc. Las principales conclusiones sugieren un sesgo urbano en la mirada mediática con orientación al pasado, cierta saturación de la narrativa de despoblación, subrepresentación política, y resistencia urbana a la modernización rural, favoreciendo un imaginario de “musealización”. El discurso climático en prensa alemana: una propuesta didáctica
No full textThe climate crisis constitutes a major global challenge, and media discourse plays a fundamental role in shaping its public perception. From an ecolinguistics perspective, this paper investigates how the German press constructs the narrative of the climate crisis. Through the analysis of a newspaper corpus, the study examines high-frequency lexical items, metaphorical frames, and, with special attention, modality to uncover underlying discursive strategies. The results reveal a predominance of techno-economic and politico-institutional discursive frames, wherein the crisis is presented as a management challenge, quantifiable in financial and technological terms. The analysis of modality shows a systematic construction of urgency through the emphatic use of the modal verb müssen (must/have to), in contrast to the explicit rejection of forms that denote hesitation. However, this imperative for action collides with an emerging lexicon that reflects a profound psychological tension, thematizing paralysis, entrapment (in der Klemme), and eco-anxiety (Klimaangst). Finally, the study translates these findings into pedagogical practice by proposing a didactic model for teaching German as a Foreign Language (DaF) at the B1 level. This model combines the Flipped Classroom approach with the Jigsaw cooperative learning method and intensive scaffolding to enable learners to analyze complex, authentic texts, thereby fostering discursive competence and critical thinking.La crisis climática constituye uno de los mayores desafíos globales, y el discurso mediático juega un papel fundamental en la configuración de su percepción pública. El presente artículo investiga, desde una perspectiva ecolingüística, cómo la prensa alemana construye la narrativa de la crisis climática. A través del análisis de un corpus de artículos de periódico, se examinan las palabras léxicas más frecuentes, los marcos metafóricos y, con especial atención, la modalidad para desentrañar las estrategias discursivas subyacentes. Los resultados revelan una predominancia de marcos discursivos tecno-económicos y político-institucionales, donde la crisis se presenta como un desafío de gestión, cuantificable en términos financieros y tecnológicos. El análisis de la modalidad muestra una construcción sistemática de la urgencia a través del uso enfático del verbo modal müssen (deber/tener que), en contraste con el rechazo explícito a formas que denotan vacilación. Sin embargo, este imperativo de acción choca con un léxico emergente que refleja una profunda tensión psicológica, tematizando la parálisis, el atrapamiento (in der Klemme) y la ecoansiedad (Klimaangst). Finalmente, el estudio traslada estos hallazgos a la práctica pedagógica, proponiendo un modelo didáctico para la enseñanza de Alemán como Lengua Extranjera (DaF) en un nivel B1. Este modelo combina el Aula Invertida con el método cooperativo Puzle de Expertos (Gruppenpuzzle) y un intenso andamiaje pedagógico (scaffolding) para capacitar a los aprendientes a analizar textos auténticos y complejos, fomentando así la competencia discursiva y el pensamiento crítico
La inclusión comienza en la acogida: revisión sistemática sobre la transición escolar y diversidad en la etapa de Educación Infantil
No full textThe school transition of students with special educational needs presents a key challenge in building truly inclusive educational systems. This article analyzes the welcoming process as a fundamental strategy to facilitate the integration of these students into the school environment, especially at the Early Childhood Education level. The focus is placed on empowering families and teachers as active agents of change during the transition process, highlighting the role of Early Intervention professionals as mediators and facilitators. Through a documentary review in real educational contexts, effective practices are identified that promote a respectful transition, adapted to diversity, and centered on the emotional well-being of the students. The study emphasizes the need to plan this period in a coordinated manner, establishing strong connections between families, schools, and Early Intervention specialists, while ensuring that teachers are adequately trained in inclusive strategies for the classroom. The results show that a well-planned, organized, and structured transition reduces the emotional impact of school entry, improves the quality of the educational response, and strengthens the principles of equity and participation from the very beginning of schooling. Furthermore, it highlights that shared responsibility among all stakeholders fosters the development of a more equitable and cohesive educational culture, where every child, regardless of their needs, is guaranteed the right to participate and learn on equal terms.La transición escolar del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales establece un desafío fundamental para la construcción de sistemas educativos verdaderamente inclusivos. Este artículo analiza el proceso de acogida como una estrategia clave para facilitar la incorporación de estos alumnos al entorno escolar, especialmente en el nivel de Educación Infantil. Se pone el foco en el empoderamiento de las familias y de los docentes como agentes activos del cambio y del proceso de acogida, destacando el papel del profesional de atención temprana como mediador y acompañante en el transcurso de este. A través de una revisión documental sobre experiencias en contextos reales, se identifican prácticas efectivas que promueven una transición respetuosa, adaptada a la diversidad y centrada en el bienestar emocional del alumnado. La investigación resalta la necesidad de planificar este periodo de forma coordinada, estableciendo vínculos sólidos entre familia, escuela y profesionales especialistas de atención temprana, asegurando la preparación del profesorado en estrategias inclusivas dentro del aula. Los resultados ponen de manifiesto que una acogida planificada, organizada y estructurada reduce el impacto emocional del ingreso escolar, mejora la calidad de la respuesta educativa y fortalece los principios de equidad y participación desde el inicio de la escolarización. Asimismo, se subraya que la corresponsabilidad entre los distintos agentes permite avanzar hacia una cultura educativa más justa y cohesionada, donde cada niño, independientemente de sus necesidades, tiene garantizado su derecho a participar y aprender en igualdad de condiciones

But law can be used in a twisted way with the complicity of the judicial apparatus. Lawfare is an illegitimate use of law and judicial power to weaken or eliminate a political opponent or adversary. There is a necessary relationship between Lawfare and the abuse of judicial authority.Las disputas entre Estados y dentro de los Estados a veces se han solucionado por medio de la violencia. No es el único método de resolución de conflictos. El derecho es uno de ellos. Pero se puede hacer un uso torticero del derecho con la complicidad del aparato judicial. El Lawfare es un uso ilegítimo del derecho y del poder judicial para debilitar o eliminar a un oponente o adversario político. Hay una relación necesaria entre Lawfare y prevaricación judicial.
