IMPORTANCIA Y PROPUESTA DE VALORACIÓN, DESDE LA PSICOLOGÍA, DE LA RELIGIOSIDAD EN LAS CAUSAS DE NULIDAD MATRIMONIAL
Get PDFIn this work, it is defended, both from a theoretical and a real point of view, that the assessment of religiosity (both quantitatively and qualitatively) ispossible and necessary in psychological assessments of marriage nullity. At first, a revision of the texts of the Church is carried out that defend the importanceof evaluating the psychological aspects, as well as the religiosity of the contracting parties. These aspects directly influence marriage, as shown in different investigations. In general, religious people have happier marriages with fewer breakdowns. Religiosity, from a psychological point of view, is not only a quantitative dimension (more or less religious), but it is also qualitative (for example,infantile versus adult or mature religiosity). As an example, three psychological models are presented to evaluate religiosity (authors: Vázquez, Fowler andOser). Finally, a real case of expert opinion is presented, in a context of marriage annulment, in which it is exemplified how the psychological evaluation of religiosity is fundamental to understand, in part, the decisions the couple makeswhen they get married. In the case presented, it allows us to understand the failure of said marriage, since the decision to marry is taken from a religiousimmaturity (from a psychological point of view).En este trabajo se defiende, tanto desde un punto de vista teórico como real, que la valoración de la religiosidad (tanto cuantitativamente, como cualitativamente) es posible y necesaria en los peritajes psicológicos de nulidad matrimonial.En un primer momento se realiza una revisión de textos de la Iglesia que exponen la importancia de valorar los aspectos psicológicos, así como lareligiosidad de los contrayentes. Estos aspectos influyen directamente en el matrimonio, tal y como se demuestra en diferentes investigaciones. En general, las personas religiosas tienen matrimonios más felices y con menos rupturas. La religiosidad, desde un punto de vista psicológico, no sólo es una dimensióncuantitativa (más o menos religioso), sino que también es cualitativa (por ejemplo, religiosidad infantil frente a adulta o madura). Se presentan, a modo de ejemplo, tres modelos psicológicos para evaluar la religiosidad (de los autores: Vázquez, Fowler y Oser). psicológica de la religiosidad es fundamental para comprender, en parte, las decisiones que la pareja toma cuando se casa. El caso que se presenta permite comprender el fracaso de dicho matrimonio, ya que la decisión de casarse setoma desde una inmadurez religiosa (desde un punto de vista psicológico)
L’USAGE DU MISSEL ROMAIN DE 1962 APRES TRADITIONIS CUSTODES: UN DÉBAT A POURSUIVRE
Get PDFThe motu proprio Traditionis custodes (16th July 2021) deeply modifies the rules concerning the use of the Roman Missal 1962 within the Latin Church, especially the provisions of motu proprio Summorum pontificum (7th July 2007) and the instruction Universae Ecclesiae (30th April 2011). This article touches both on the legal status of the ancient Roman rite, submitted to a new indult from now on, and the canonical framework proposed to groups celebrating this liturgy. From there, it deals with a number of questions unresolved to date: the discretion to administer the sacraments using books previous to the 1970 reform, the possibility to celebrate Mass according to the Vetus Ordo exclusively, the training of clergy to the ancient rite, the special situation of Society of Saint Pius X. It is an invitation to carry on the debate on all those themes in the light of Canon 214 and basic principles of Catholic unity.El motu proprio Traditionis custodes (16 de Julio de 2021) revisa en profundidad las normas relativas al uso del misal de 1962 en la Iglesia latina, en particular las disposiciones del motu proprio Summorum pontificum (7 de Julio de 2007) y la instrucción Universae Ecclesiae (30 de abril de 2011). Este articulo evoca el estatuto jurídico del rito romano antiguo, ahora de nuevo sometido al indulto, y marco canónico propuesto a los grupos que celebran esta liturgia. Desde ahí, toca varias cuestiones que quedan no resueltas en este día: la facultad de administrar los sacramentos usando los libros anteriores a la reforma de 1970, la posibilidad de celebrar la misa exclusivamente según el Vetus Ordo, la formacion del clero para el rito antiguo, la situación particular de la Fraternidad San Pio X. Este aporte invita a proseguir el debate sobre todos esos temas a la luz del canon 214 y de los principios fundamentales de la unidad católica

Get PDFThe purpose of this article is to examine one of the most relevant issues that arise from the study carried out by Manuel Carrasco Albano on the Constitution of the Republic of Chile of 1833, such as he relationship between Church and State in the mid- nineteenth century. The hypothesis underlying this research is that it is possible to recognize in the thought of Carrasco Albano a bold and advanced position for his time, distant from the different conceptions of the country\u27s political and religious elites, in relation to patronage and the union of Church and Condition. Anti-cientifismo Wittgensteiniano en el Tractatus Logico-philosophicus: La importancia de lo importante en el primer Wittgenstein
Get PDFMy aim in this article is very simple indeed, namely to show that Wittgenstein’s Tractatus, despite its early neo-positivist reception, and despite the fact that the book found shelter under the long shadow of the logicist program, which was as good an example of scientism in philosophy as any can be, is written in an anti-scientism spirit. Secondly, I will try to show that the relevance this may have for a better understanding of Wittgenstein –both in his early and mature periods– is that it allows us to highlight the importance that for him had what each one of us take to be important, be it in philosophy or in our everyday life.El presente escrito se plantea un objetivo aparentemente muy simple, a saber, mostrar que el Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, a pesar de la temprana recepción neo-positivista, y a pesar de que el libro encontró cobijo bajo la alargada sombra del programa logicista, siendo este un ejemplo claro de cientificismo en filosofía, está escrito con espíritu anti-cientificista. Además, en segundo lugar, intentaré mostrar que la relevancia que esto puede tener para una mejor comprensión de Wittgenstein (tanto en su época temprana como en la posterior) es que permite poner en valor la importancia que tiene para él lo que tenemos por importante, ya sea en filosofía o en nuestra vida cotidiana
La Idea de persona en X. Zubiri
Get PDFIn his work, Zubiri approached the concept of person from different perspectives, one more radical than the other. The first perspective consists of identifying, from a formal point of view, the person with reality in apprehension. A person is a mode of formal reality, reduplicatively one’s own. That is what the author calls “personal ownness” (“suidad personal”). In this respect, the person cannot be defined as substance nor existence, as it has been usual sinceancient times, but rather as substantive reality. From another point of view, the idea of person refers to two different concepts: a constitutive structure that Zubiri calls “personeity”, and an actualization in the world that he calls “personality”. Personeity is therefore not the same as personality. This distinction, so important here, has led Zubiri to reject other more modern or current definitions of personhood, all of them elaborated in terms of life, conscience, morality, etc. In Zubiri’s opinion, these defeinitions, though not incorrect, come too late: human beings are persons, in the sense of personeity, from the moment they become a structure that is actualized in the world as essence or open reality.Zubiri ha abordado la idea de persona desde distintas perspectivas, cada cual más radical. La primera consiste en identificar formalmente persona con realidad en propiedad. Persona es un modo de realidad formal y reduplicativamente suya. Es lo que denomina “suidad personal”. En este sentido persona no cabe definirla como sustancia ni existencia como ha sido usual desde antiguo, sino como realidad sustantiva. En otra dirección la idea de persona nos remite a dos conceptos distintos: una estructura constitutiva que Zubiri denomina “personeidad”, y una actualización en el mundo que denomina “personalidad”. Personeidad no es pues lo mismo que personalidad. Esta distincion, tan importante aquí, ha llevado a Zubiri al rechazo de otras definiciones más modernas o actuales de persona, todas ellas elaboradas en términos de vida, de conciencia, de moralidad, etc. A juicio de Zubiri, no son definiciones erróneas, sino que llegan demasiado tarde: el hombre es persona en el sentidode personeidad desde el momento en el que se constituye como una estructura que seactualiza en el mundo como esencia o realidad abierta
