Get PDFThis article is a review of the paradigm of violence contained in art. 14 § 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus, based on the developments offered by the Application Guide of the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota and the contributions of canonical doctrine. The question is whether or not the type of legally relevant violence proposed, that is, exclusively physical, habitual and serious, as an indication of marital nullity, responds to the dynamics of perpetration and victimization that occur before and after the celebration of marriage.Este artículo es una revisión del paradigma de violencia contenido en el art. 14 § 1 de las Reglas de procedimiento del motu proprio Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus, a partir de los desarrollos que de aquella ofrecen el Subsidio Aplicativo del Tribunal Apostólico de la Rota Romana y las aportaciones de la doctrina canónica. La cuestión es si el tipo de violencia jurídicamente relevante que se propone, esto es, exclusivamente física, habitual y grave, en cuanto indicio de nulidad matrimonial, responde o no a las dinámicas de perpetración y victimización que se registran antes y después de la celebración del matrimonio

Estudio sobre las relaciones entre ser y deber utilizando E-prime y TRIz
No full textE-prime designates a written language (in this case, Spanish), deprived of the verb "to be". TRIZ, on the other hand, refers to the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, an authentic ars inveniendi developed by G. S. Altshuller in the second half of the 20th century. We present here, as a practical example, the intellectual experiment of addressing the relationship between is and ought using two TRIZ protocols, the matrix of contradictions and the Ideal Final Result, without stating at any time what things are or are not. To this end, we have set out the background to this experiment, indicated its objectives, described the procedure followed, explained, briefly, its results, discussing them below, and drawing conclusions from them, both those relating to the objectives and others of a somewhat more general nature.E-prime designa un lenguaje escrito (en este caso, español), privado del verbo “ser”. TRIZ, por su parte hace referencia a la Teoría para la Resolución de Problemas de Inventiva, auténtico ars inveniendi desarrollado por G. S. Altshuller en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Presentamos aquí, a modo de ejemplo práctico, el experimento intelectual consistente en abordar el problema de las relaciones entre ser y deber utilizando dos protocolos de TRIZ, la matriz de contradicciones y el Resultado Final Ideal, sin enunciar en ningún momento lo que las cosas son o dejan de ser. A tal fin, hemos expuesto los antecedentes de este experimento, señalado sus objetivos, descrito el procedimiento seguido, explicado, brevemente, sus resultados, discutiéndolos a continuación y extrayendo de ellos conclusiones, tanto las relativas a los objetivos como otras de un carácter algo más general

Análisis del autoconcepto infanto-juvenil a través del dibujo de la familia
Get PDFFamily is the main bond that a child establishes since they are born and that is why it is configured as one of the main affectations in the infant-child self-concept development. Thus, this work’s the main objective lies in the study of this field in the students in the 2nd, 4th and 6th grades of a Primary Education center, mainly through the drawing of the family, comparing this to other means of data collection. The treated sample consisted of 144 subjects, of which 66 were female and 78 were male. Regarding the distribution according to age, the predominance was 7, 9 and 11 years (Mean = 9. 21, Standard Deviation = 1,651). The results of this research show a correspondence between the main method of collecting information, the Family Drawing Test and the other instruments used (the self-concept test CAG and the interview with the tutors of each student). With all this, it is possible to see a direct relationship between the influence of family construction and the links established in the home’s nucleus, and the formation of the different areas that constitute the self-concept.La familia es el vínculo principal que establece el niño desde su nacimiento y por ello se configura como una de las principales afectaciones en el desarrollo del autoconcepto infanto-juvenil. Así, el objetivo principal de este trabajo radica en el estudio de este campo en el alumnado de 2º, 4º y 6º curso de un centro de Educación Primaria, a través, fundamentalmente del dibujo de la familia, comparando este con otros medios de recogida de datos. La muestra tratada es de 144 sujetos, de los cuales 66 pertenecen al sexo femenino y 78 al masculino. Con referencia a la distribución según la edad, predominan los 7, 9 y 11 años (Media= 9.21, Desviación Típica= 1.651). Los resultados de dicha investigación muestran una correspondencia entre el método principal de acopio de información; el Test del dibujo de la familia y el resto de instrumentos empleados (Test del autoconcepto CAG y la entrevista con el profesorado tutor de cada alumno). Con todo ello, se puede ver una relación directa de la influencia que tiene la construcción familiar y los vínculos establecidos en el núcleo del hogar, con la formación de los diferentes ámbitos que constituyen el autoconcepto
