Agricultural Cooperatives. An Indispensable Factor for Food Sovereignty in Cuba
No full textLas cooperativas agropecuarias son la herramienta comúnmente utilizada a nivel mundial para promover procesos de integración. La globalización de los mercados y el aumento maximizado de la competencia hacen precisa una vertiginosa y eficiente respuesta en el cooperativismo internacional. Las decisiones arrogadas por las sociedades cooperativas han ido orientadas a la ejecución de procesos de integración o concentración, siendo la constitución de cooperativas de segundo grado una de las vías más estiladas. Las Cooperativas agropecuarias son empresas vinculadas de forma estable al territorio rural y al productor agroalimentario. Además, ejercen el liderazgo en la economía de estas áreas y en la fijación de población en municipios rurales, contribuyendo así al equilibrio, la ordenación y el desarrollo rural.Recibido: 03 marzo 2020Aceptado: 20 abril 2020Publicación en línea: 14 junio 2020Agricultural cooperatives are the tool commonly used worldwide to promote integration processes. The globalization of markets and the maximized increase in competition require a dizzying and efficient response in international cooperativism. The decisions made by cooperative societies have been oriented towards the execution of integration or concentration processes, with the constitution of second-degree cooperatives being one of the most popular routes. Agricultural cooperatives are companies linked in a stable way to the rural territory and the agri-food producer. Presentación del monográfico Las Cooperativas en México
No full textEl presente monográfico es fruto de la colaboración de varios profesores de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, quienes manifestaron su voluntad de colaborar en el ámbito académico, mediante la rúbrica de un trabajo conjunto que estudia las diversas cuestiones que afectan a las cooperativas en México. Los autores son en su mayoría expertos en el ámbito cooperativo, perteneciendo algunos de ellos al Grupo internacional de expertos en Derecho cooperativo y al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI). Estamos, por tanto, ante la oportunidad de conocer a través de la experiencia de estos Profesores el mundo de las cooperativas mexicanas. Se presentan siete estudios, en los que se analiza a las sociedades cooperativas desde sus inicios y a través de las distintas épocas de la historia, que reflejan a su vez la propia historia de nuestro país

No full textComo la economía de toda nación depende de aquellos que constituyen su fuerza de trabajo o mano de obra, es dable atribuir que parte de ella se conforma a través de las sociedades cooperativas, agrupaciones que en su naturaleza tienen como fin la satisfacción de necesidades tanto individuales, como colectivas, mismas que se hacen alcanzables a través de la realización de actividades económicas de producción, distribución y consumo, de bienes y servicios. De ahí la inquietud por analizar primeramente, el marco constitucional y legal de la rectoría económica del Estado mexicano de la cual participan desde luego las Sociedades Cooperativas; en segundo término, el marco legal de las Sociedades Cooperativas, a través de un estudio de su carácter mercantil; y finalmente, en un tercer apartado, el marco jurídico de los esquemas de seguridad y previsión social de la que participan estas agrupaciones.
Recibido: 16 octubre 2020Aceptado: 25 noviembre 2020As the economy of every nations depends on those who make up its workforce or labor force, it is possible to attribute that part of it is formed thorough cooperative societies, groups that in their nature have as their purpose the satisfaction of both individual needs, as collectives, which are made achievable through the performance of economic activities of production, distribution and consumption, of goods and services. Hence the concern to analyze first the constitutional and legal framework of the economic stewardship of the Mexican State in which Cooperative Societies participate, of course, second, the legal framework of Cooperative Societies, thorough a study of their commercial nature; and finally, in a third section, the legal framework of the Social Security and welfare schemes in which these groups participate.

Avances y retrocesos del cooperativismo mexicano durante el periodo neoliberal
No full textToday’s society is in a process of reconfiguration because of globalization and neoliberalism. In this space we will undertake the task of identifying the advances and setbacks that cooperatives present in the face of the changes that our country suffers from the proposal of a different economy. The objective is to redefine how the cooperatives movement not only has the emancipating part in practice and discourse, but also establishes a series of triggers that facilitate its application and appropriation in a more rapid way. Thus, arises the proposal of a different economy, that is, the Social Economy, it is developed from the idea of collective well-being and the supremacy of human over capital.

En este espacio nos daremos a la tarea de identificar los avances y retrocesos que presenta el cooperativismo ante los cambios que sufre nuestro país ante la propuesta de una economía diferente. Se tiene como objetivo redelinear como el movimiento del cooperativismo no sólo posee la parte emancipadora en práctica y discurso, sino que establece una serie de detonantes que propician de una manera más rápida su aplicación y apropiación. Surge así la propuesta de una economía diferente, es decir, la Economía Social, está se desarrolla a partir de la idea del bienestar colectivo y de la supremacía del humano sobre el capital.

Evaluation of the teaching practice course carried out with the Lesson Study Model
No full textThe purpose of this research was to evaluate the teaching practice process carried out with the lesson study model. In this research “action research” approach was adopted. The study group of the research consisted of four Turkish Language and Literature pre-service teachers. Lesson study was carried out in nine weeks of the teaching practice course. Qualitative data collection techniques such as observation, unstructured focus group interview, and document review were used as data collection techniques. Pre-service teacher course observation forms obtained before the lesson study process, course plans, reflective diary forms, peer observation forms and student opinion forms obtained during the lesson study application process were analyzed with descriptive analysis method. At the end of the lesson study process, focus group interview data and letters written by pre-service teachers were analyzed by content analysis method. At the end of the research, it was seen that pre-service teachers’ perception of teaching profession changed in line with student-centered understanding. It has been determined that pre-service teachers personally develop in terms of multi-faceted thinking, problem solving, self-confidence and patience and also improve professionally on issues such as coping with students, preparing plans, and producing activities.

Códigos éticos y función pública. una aproximación desde la Teoría del Derecho
No full textAn emergence of Ethics Codes and Codes of Conduct for public officers has taken place in the last two decades. In this paper, some important aspects regarding Public Ethics will be discussed, starting with its relations with other normative orders and the reasons that explain its specific place within the normative univers (Section 1). Next, I will focus on its political, pragmatic and motivational foundations (Section 2). Finally, I will point out some problems that codification of ethical values, moral principles and rules of conduct for public officials faces (Section 3), and pay special attention to judicial ethics (Section 4). No full textAs for protection of environment, of management of public programs of education, prevention and control, thinks the author that the Town halls must have every time major implication to make possible, royal and effective the right to a suitable environment, that as beginning of the economic politics and social proclamation our article 45 of the Constitution.In this aim, the local authority, next the territory and the population, must have as action obtain also increasingly a major implication of the citizenship in the respect and defense of the environment as common good. The environment is a thing of the whole community, common good of the first order.And in parallel to these two lines of action, it is fundamental according to the author to increase the environmental education in all the academic levels and start campaigns of awareness directed the citizenship in general. El medio ambiente es cosa de toda la comunidad, un bien común de primer orden.Y en paralelo a esas dos líneas de actuación, es fundamental según el autor incrementar la educación ambiental en todos los niveles académicos y poner en marcha campañas de sensibilización dirigidas a la ciudadanía en general. The political judment in the self called «4ª Transformacion» of Mexico. Some notes
No full textBajo la premisa de que previo a la implementación de la autodenominada Cuarta Transformación (4T) en el estado mexicano, el procedimiento de juicio político se encontraba obsoleto, superado para las circunstancias y realidad mexicana; que era necesaria una redefinición de tal instrumento a efecto de que verdaderamente fuera un control o medio de defensa de los intereses constitucionales.La forma en que se conducen los gobernantes de la 4T, así como el escenario jurídico-político generado tanto en los ámbitos federal y locales, se estima que dicho mecanismo, aún con las insuficiencias que presenta será utilizado con visos autoritarios, en contra de los fines para los cuales fue instituido, y con ello, contrario a la propia Constitución.Por lo anterior, esta colaboración sostiene la necesidad de repensar la utilidad, como el diseño normativo vigente de la figura en estudio, asimismo, redefinir aspectos específicos que la autora detalla.Recibido: 01.11.2019Aceptado: 12.06.2020Publicación en línea: 03.07.2020Under the premise that previous of the implementation of the self called «Cuarta Transformacion» (4T) in the mexican state, the procedure of the political judgment was obsolete, surpassing for the circumstances and mexican reality; that was necessary a redefinition of such instrument to made a truly control or defence of the constitutional interest.The way in which the 4T gubernants acts, as well as the legal-political scenery generated in both the federal and local environments, is esteem that these mechanism, even though with the inadequacy it has, will be used with authoritarian overtones, in against of the ends for the which was instituted, and with it, contrary to the our own Constitution.In agreement with the above, this collaboration holds the need of think twice the useful, as the actual framework regulatory of the figure in study, likewise, redefine specific aspects that the author details.Received: 01.11.2019Accepted: 12.06.2020Published online: 03.07.202
Ciudadanía multinivel y su encaje constitucional
No full textCitizenship involves the recognition of fundamental and constitutional rights to which they are subject by the country in which they live, but who is considered a citizen? Who owns the recognition of those rights in a country? Questions that do not always get an easy answer, especially because the citizens have reached a multilevel dimension that hinders this recognition, proving that it will depend on the country of origin or the country of residence, if that country belongs to the European Union or are nationals of third countries, depending in turn on the treaties signed with these countries, all of which aspects are intended to be answered, from the legislative and constitutional point of view, detailing the most significant advances that have been developed at European, State and autonomic, with respect to directives, conventions and international agreements and constitutional reforms, such as the reform of art. 13.2 of the Spanish Constitution, which in addition to being the first constitutional reform represented an important advance in the recognition of political rights of foreigners in municipal elections, as they were given the right to be elected, although it could be revised to achieve greater degree of equality the nationals of a country with its residents.In conclusion, what is proposed is to democratize access to nationality when it is a condition for the enjoyment of citizenship, reducing time and requirements, but also avoiding the recognition of those rights only by acquisition of nationality, but rather long-term residents, without this requirement may be subject to recognition of rights, in particular the right to active and passive suffrage. For which it would be necessary to modify again the art. 13.2 including long-term residents and eliminating the need to rely on the principle of reciprocity, which would allow a greater integration of nationals of other countries in the State of residence.Received: 24.03.2020Accepted: 12.06.2020Published online: 03.07.2020La ciudadanía conlleva el reconocimiento de unos derechos fundamentales y constitucionales a los que está sujeto por el país en el que vive, pero ¿quién es considerado ciudadano? ¿quién es titular del reconocimiento de esos derechos en un país? Preguntas que no siempre obtienen una fácil respuesta, sobre todo porque la ciudadanía ha alcanzado una dimensión multinivel que dificulta dicho reconocimiento, comprobando que será dependiendo del país de origen o del país de residencia, si dicho país pertenece a la Unión Europea o son nacionales de terceros países, dependiendo a su vez de los tratados firmados con esos países, todo ello aspectos a los que se intenta dar respuesta, desde el punto de vista legislativo y constitucional, detallando los avances más significativos que se han desarrollado a nivel Europeo, estatal y autonómico, respecto de las directivas, convenios y acuerdos internacionales y reformas constitucionales, como por ejemplo la reforma del art. 13.2 de la Constitución española, que además de ser la primera reforma constitucional supuso un avance importante en el reconocimiento de derechos políticos de los extranjeros en las elecciones municipales, pues se les atribuía el derecho de ser electo, aunque podría ser revisada para alcanzar un mayor grado de igualdad los nacionales de un país con los residentes del mismo.En conclusión, lo que se propone es democratizar el acceso a la nacionalidad cuando se trate de una condición para el disfrute de la ciudadanía, reduciendo plazos y requisitos, pero también evitando el reconocimiento de dichos derechos solo por adquisición de la nacionalidad, sino que los residentes de larga duración, sin dicho requisito puedan ser sujetos de reconocimiento de derechos, en concreto del derecho de sufragio activo y pasivo. Para lo que sería necesario modificar de nuevo el art. 13.2 incluyendo a los residentes de larga duración y eliminando la necesidad de basarse en el principio de reciprocidad, lo que permitiría una mayor integración de los nacionales de otros países en el Estado de residencia.Recibido: 24.03.2020Aceptado: 12.06.2020Publicación en línea: 03.07.202
