No full textBakalářská práce pojednává o porodní asistenci v České republice a Rakousku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje historický vliv na formování oboru porodní asistence, současné vzdělávání a význam profese porodní asistence jak v České republice, tak u našich rakouských sousedů. Bakalářská práce se dále zaměřuje i na aktuální podobu porodní asistence v České republice a v Rakousku. A jejich komparaci ve vybraných oblastech. Tato část je vypracována na základě odborné literatury a odborných článků. Praktická část bakalářské práce je vystavěna na kvalitativním výzkumu. Výzkum- ného řešení se zúčastnily dvě porodní asistentky, kdy jedna pochází z Rakouska a druhá z České republiky. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části práce bylo představení oboru porodní asistence z pohledu české a rakouské porodní asistentky a identifikování rozdílů v systému vzdělávání, profese a praxe porodních asistentek v odlišných kulturách.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with midwifery in the Czech Republic and Austria. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the histo- rical influence on the formation of the field of midwifery, the current education and the im- portance of the profession of midwifery both in the Czech Republic and in our Austrian neighbours. The bachelor thesis also focuses on the current form of midwifery in the Czech Republic and Austria. And their comparison in selected areas. This part is based on literature and professional articles. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on qualitative research. Two midwives participated in the research, one from Austria and the other from the Czech Republic. The main aim of the research part of the thesis was to introduce the field of midwifery from the perspective of Czech and Austrian midwives and to identify differen- ces in the system of education, profession and practice of midwives in different cultures

No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu švédské feministické zahraniční politiky, jejích klíčových nástrojů, metod a dopadů na globální úrovni. Představuje komplexní pohled na vznik a rozvoj feministické zahraniční politiky ve světě s důrazem na historický kontext a politické změny, které vedly k jejímu přijetí ve Švédsku. V práci je prozkoumán raný vývoj a sociální reformy, které položily základ pro feministické hnutí ve Švédsku, a detailně je popsán politický kontext a klíčové milníky, které formovaly současnou podobu švédské feministické zahraniční politiky.
Zvláštní pozornost je věnována principům této politiky, jako jsou bezpečnost, lidská práva a humanitární pomoc, s důrazem na integraci genderových aspektů do všech oblastí zahraničního působení. Práce analyzuje, jak jsou tyto principy implementovány ve švédské zahraniční politice a jak přispívají k posilování postavení žen, ochraně před fyzickým násilím a zneužíváním a posílení jejich politické participace a ekonomických příležitostí.
V závěrečných kapitolách práce jsou hodnoceny konkrétní dopady švédské feministické zahraniční politiky na mezinárodní bezpečnostní prostředí, ekonomický rozvoj, lidská práva a humanitární pomoc, s konkrétními příklady a studiemi případů, které ilustrují, jak švédské snahy přispěly k podpoře globální genderové rovnosti. Special attention is given to the principles of this policy, such as security, human rights, and humanitarian aid, with an emphasis on integrating gender aspects into all areas of foreign engagement. The work analyzes how these principles are implemented in Swedish foreign policy and how they contribute to strengthening women's status, protecting against physical violence and abuse, and enhancing their political participation and economic opportunities.

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá českým předsednictvím v Radě Evropské unie v roce 2022 ve smyslu práce s agendou. Pro účely diplomové práce byl zvolen koncept "Agenda Shaping" tak, jak ho definuje politolog Jonas Tallberg. Diplomová práce zahrnuje konceptualistce základních pojmů jako je právě "Agenda Shaping", předsednictví v Radě EU nebo česká zkušenost s předsednictvím. Analýza postihuje jednání Rady EU v období od července 2022 do prosince 2022 s ohledem na agendu energetiky a ruské agrese na Ukrajině z února 2022, přičemž na základě toho vytváří diplomová práce závěry o tom, zda a jak pracovala Česká republika s vybranými agendami. Práce tak nabízí pohled na to, jakých konkrétních metod Česká republika využívala k tomu, aby určité agendě zajistila posun, případně ji blokovala. Práce také poukazuje na možné tuzemské i mezinárodní motivace k práci s konkrétní agendou. Práce se opírá především o dokumenty související s činností Rady EU, dále o novinové články, odborné články a monografie.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2022 in the sense of working with the agenda. For the purposes of the thesis, the concept of "Agenda Shaping" as defined by political scientist Jonas Tallberg was chosen. The thesis includes a conceptualisation of basic concepts such as "Agenda Shaping", the EU Presidency or the Czech experience with the Presidency. The analysis affects the EU Council negotiations between July 2022 and December 2022 regarding the energy agenda and the Russian aggression in Ukraine in February 2022, and based on this, the thesis draws conclusions about whether and how the Czech Republic worked with the selected agendas. Thus, the thesis offers insight into what specific methods the Czech Republic used to secure or block the advancement of a particular agenda. The thesis also highlights possible domestic and international motivations for working with a particular agenda. The thesis is based mainly on documents related to the activities of the EU Council, as well as on newspaper articles, scholarly articles, and monographs

No full textDiplomová práce má za cíl zjistit, zda pohybová aktivita ovlivňuje užívání návykových látek u studentů středních a vysokých škol v Plzni. V teoretické části této diplomové práce je popsáno několik legálních návykových látek a jejich historie. Práce se také zaměřuje na vliv těchto návykových látek na sportovní výkon a jsou zde zmíněna možná preventivní opatření užívání návykových látek. Samotný závěr teoretické části se zabývá vlivem pohybové aktivity na užívání návykových látek, jež vychází ze zahraničních studií. Na počátku praktické části jsou vysvětleny metody získávání dat, způsoby jejich vyhodnocování a jiné. Stěžejní úsek v praktické části tvoří výsledky dotazníkového šetření ve formě grafů, které jsou detailně popsány.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis aims to find out whether physical activity has an effect on the use of addictive substances among students of high schools and universities in Pilsen. Several legal addictive substances and their history are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. The work also focuses on the influence of these addictive substances on sports performance and possible preventive measures for the use of addictive substances are mentioned here. The very conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the influence of physical activity on the use of addictive substances, which is based on foreign studies. At the beginning of the practical part, methods of obtaining data, methods of their evaluation and others are explained. The main section in the practical part consists of the results of the questionnaire survey in the form of graphs, which are described in detail

No full textHlavním tématem této práce je údržba zařízení na základě rizik. Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na historický vývoj, přes současné trendy až k predikci budoucích stavů. Praktikou částí bylo vytvoření jednoduchého nástroje pro implementaci údržby na základě rizik.
Teoretická část se zabývá jak obecnými manažerskými předpoklady pro správně fungující údržbu jakéhokoliv zařízení, tak i konkrétní vývoj od historických praktik až po současný stav. Následně byl popsán postup pro implementaci údržby na základě rizik a veškeré pomocné systémy, které jsou zapotřebí.
Praktická část představuje vytvořený program na implementaci výše popsané údržby. Postup je chronologický s vytvářením programu a popisuje vše podstatné od zvolené platformy, její funkce až po ukázky napsaného kódu včetně vysvětlení pro snadnější pochopení problematiky.
Nástroj byl vytvořen s hlavní myšlenkou, a to jednoduchosti používání, a proto bylo vše co nejsnadněji vytvořeno, aby program nevyžadoval žádné školení a byl intuitivní. Pro případ nejasností byl vytvořen návod na použití.ObhájenoThe main theme of this thesis is risk-based maintenance. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of historical development, current trends, and predictions for future conditions. The practical part involved creating a simple tool for implementing risk-based maintenance.
The theoretical part addresses both general managerial prerequisites for properly functioning maintenance of any equipment and the specific development from historical practices to the current state. It then describes the procedure for implementing risk-based maintenance and all the auxiliary systems that are needed.
The practical part presents the created program for implementing the aforementioned maintenance. The process is chronological, detailing everything essential from the chosen platform and its functions to examples of the written code, including explanations for easier understanding of the topic.
The tool was created with simplicity of use as the main idea, so everything was designed to be as straightforward as possible, ensuring the program requires no training and is intuitive. In case of any uncertainties, a user manual was created
