Textile Presence Sensors for Heated Textiles
No full textTato práce se zabývá problematikou textilních senzorů přítomnosti pro vyhřívané textilie. V první části je představena oblast smart textilií a e-textilií, na které navazuje krátký průzkum trhu věnující se oblasti vyhřívaných textilií. V další kapitole je vypracována literární rešerše věnující se konkrétním technologiím pro realizaci senzorů přítomnosti, včetně jejich vzájemného porovnání. Následuje kapitola věnující se rešerši patentů na toto téma.
Praktická část práce se zabývá návrhem konkrétního senzoru na pleteném substrátu, který je následně testován jak z hlediska funkce, tak i mechanické odolnosti při automatickém praní. Na závěr je uvedena diskuse k zjištěným poznatkům s doporučením dalšího postupu pro výzkum v této oblasti.ObhájenoThis paper deals with the issue of textile occupancy sensors for heated textiles. In the first part, the field of smart textiles and e-textiles is introduced, followed by a short market survey on heated textiles. In the next chapter, a literature search is conducted on specific technologies for the implementation of occupancy sensors, including their comparison with each other. This is followed by a chapter dedicated to a patent survey on the subject.
The practical part of the work deals with the design of a specific sensor on a knitted substrate, which is subsequently tested both in terms of function and mechanical resistence during automatic washing. Finally, a discussion of the findings is presented with recommendations for further research in this area

Teoretická část popisuje systém MES, jeho funkce a přínosy, a rovněž vysvětluje význam a integraci systému ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní kroky implementace, včetně analýzy výrobního procesu, instalace, nastavení systému a školení uživatelů. Implementace přinesla zvýšenou přehlednost výroby, efektivní řešení problémů a lepší přístup k pracovním instrukcím. Závěrem práce jsou uvedeny budoucí cíle rozvoje systému MES ve společnosti.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the implementation of the manufacturing information system MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in a manufacturing company, with the aim of increasing production efficiency. The theoretical part describes the MES system, its functions and benefits, and also explains the importance and integration of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The practical part focuses on specific implementation steps, including analysis of the production process, installation, system setup and user training. The implementation brought increased clarity of production, effective problem solving and better access to work instructions. In the conclusion of the thesis, the future goals of the development of the MES system in the company are stated

No full textDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku využití krátkého filmu ve vyučování českému jazyku na střední škole. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout různé aktivity pro práci s krátkými filmy různého tematického zaměření v hodinách českého jazyka na střední škole. Cílem výzkumu této práce je zjistit, jak si žáci poradí s úkolem napsat krátký souvislý text vycházející z hlavní myšlenky filmu, které slohové útvary si žáci pro tvorbu svých krátkých textů nejčastěji zvolí, a ověřit efektivitu didaktické metody pětilístku ve fázi reflexe. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit zkušenosti učitelů s využitím filmu ve vyučování českému jazyku na střední škole. Obsahem této diplomové práce je teoretická část a praktická část. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na masová média, film a jeho žánry, učivo slohové a komunikační výchovy na střední škole, specifika filmu ve výuce, didaktické aspekty zařazení filmu do výuky, metodiku práce s filmem a na reflexi filmu. Praktická část obsahuje 6 příprav na vyučovací jednotky, dalších 9 aktivit vhodných pro práci s filmem ve slohové a komunikační výchově, interpretaci výsledků výzkumu a interpretaci výsledků dotazníkového šetření.ObhájenoThis diploma thesis is focused on the use of short films in Czech language teaching at high school. The main aim of the thesis is to propose various activities for working with short films in Czech language teaching at high school. The aim of the research is to find out how students will write short coherent text based on the main idea of the film, which style formations students will most often choose for their short texts, and to check the effectiveness of the didactic method of the five-letter word in the reflection phase. Partial objective was to find out the teachers' experiences with the use of film in teaching Czech language at high school. This diploma thesis comprises a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on mass media, film and genres of film, the syllabus of essay and communication education at high school, the specifics of film in teaching, didactic aspects of including film in teaching, methodology of using film in teaching and the reflection of film. The practical part includes 6 preparations for teaching units, 9 other activities suitable for working with film in essay and communication education, interpretation of the research results and interpretation of the questionnaire survey results
Design of the robotic workplace
No full textCílem diplomové práce je zkonstruovat robotické pracoviště, které bude optimalizovat proces nanášení rozpouštědlového lepidla na plastové díly ve výbušném prostředí ATEX. V práci jsou systematicky zhodnoceny požadavky ze zadání a poznatky z harmonizovaných norem. V závislosti na zjištěných informacích jsou vytvořeny 2 varianty řešení, ze kterých je po zhodnocení následně vybrána ta optimální. Pro konstrukci je vybráno vhodné robotické rameno s koncovým efektorem. Konstrukce je zároveň podrobena patřičným výpočtům pomocí MKP, je pro ni zhotoven návrh vhodného odsávacího zařízení a je v ní následně provedeno měření rychlosti proudění vzduchu. V závěru je výsledek práce komplexně zhodnocen a je zdokumentována finální podoba celého navrženého zařízení. Výsledkem je komplexní konstrukční návrh robotického pracoviště, které plně nahrazuje ruční operaci nástřiku rozpouštědlového lepidla.ObhájenoThe aim of the thesis is to design a robotic workplace that will optimize the process of applying solvent adhesive to plastic parts in an ATEX explosive environment. The thesis systematically evaluates the re-quirements from the assignment and the findings from harmonized standards. Depending on the information found, 2 solution options are developed, from which the optimal one is subsequently selected after evaluation. A suitable robotic arm with end-effector is selected for the design. At the same time, the design is subjected to the appropriate calculations using FEM, a suitable exhaust device is designed and the air velocity is subsequently measured. Finally, the result of the work is comprehensively evaluated and the final design of the entire proposed device is documented. The result is a comprehensive design proposal for the robotic workplace that fully replaces the manual solvent adhesive spraying operation

budou využívat v praktické části. Na závěr teoretické části je zpracována rešerše trhu a porovnání únosností
mezi jednotlivými výrobci. Praktická část je věnována návrhu sférického ozubení analytickým i MKP
přístupem a jejich porovnání. V závěru praktické části je zpracován podrobný návrh konkrétní zubové

Praktická část je zaměřena na výukový mimořádně dlouhý projekt, jehož součástí je příprava a realizace představení miniopery Červená Karkulka. Integration of the SMR into the Czech Republic's power system
No full textPředkládaná práce se zabývá vyhodnocením integrace jaderných bloků SMR do elektrizační soustavy ČR. Záměry strategických dokumentů a státu jasně mluví o potřebě jaderných bloků, a to jak výkonově velkých, tak výkonově menších s využitím malých modulárních reaktorů (SMR), kde ČR hodnotí 7 designů určených pro výrobu elektrické energie, případně kogeneraci. V rámci práce jsou tyto dokumenty a strategie analyzovány pro výběr jednoho designu nejvhodnějšího pro podmínky ČR. Vytipovaná lokalita je zhodnocena dle Atomového zákona, který vyžaduje vyhodnocení vlivů z přírody a z činnosti člověka a poté je navrženo projektové řešení s vyvedením výkonu do elektrizační soustavy. Výběr umístění se souběžně hodnotil ekonomickými ukazateli CAPEX a LCOE. Výpočet návratnosti investice se provedl pro čistě elektrickou výrobu a s kogenerací pro teplárenské účely, kde se zkoumal vliv úrokové sazby, investičních nákladů nebo provozních nákladů. Prodej tepla je jednou z možností zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti k velkým blokům, i přesto se SMR jeví jako horší varianta po ekonomické stránce. Svými rozměry, flexibilitou výkonu nebo dobou výstavby se nerovnost vyváží a jejich možnost umístění na brownfield po fosilních zdrojích nabízí způsob, jak zachovat výrobní a regulační kapacitu pro naplnění energetické soběstačnosti.ObhájenoThis master's thesis evaluates the integration of nuclear SMR into the electrical grid of the Czech Republic. Goals of the state strategic documents clearly define the need of big and small nuclear reactors, e.g. small modular reactors (SMRs), where Czech Republic is choosing between 7 designs of SMRs for electricity production, alternatively for cogeneration of heat. From the aforementioned documents an analysis was made to pick the best design for placement in the Czech Republic. Chosen location is then studied by atomic legislation, which requires a detailed analysis of natural and man made effects on nuclear safety, before a project design is made for connecting to the electrical grid. Choice of placement was also analysed using economical parameters of CAPEX and LCOE. Calculations of return of investment were made for both electrical production and combined heat and electricity production with respect to changes in discount rate, capital investments or operating expenditures. Supply of heat is one of the ways for SMRs to compete with big nuclear reactors, nevertheless return of investment in SMR is worse. However, thanks to their size, flexibility in regulation of power or shorter build time, they can make up for this inequality. Their ability to be placed upon brownfield locations left by fossil fuel power plants offers a way how to keep the power production and regulation in the region in order to maintain energy independence

Proposal of implementation of an industrial robot at Shape Corp.

Součástí návrhu je analýza kritických bodů zabraňující implementaci a odstranění těchto bodů. Dále budou vybrány komponenty pro úspěšnou implementaci včetně popisu instalace. Součástí práce je i popis tvorby programů pro navržené komponenty a samotného robota. V poslední fázi došlo k vytvoření nového pracoviště v systému Roboguide, ve kterém byly provedeny simulace prokazující úspěšnost navržené implementace.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on the creation of an automated workplace design for Shape Corp. in the form of an industrial robot implementation. The design includes an analysis of critical points preventing the implementation and the elimination of these points. In addition, components for successful implementation will be selected including a description of the installation. The thesis also includes a description of the creation of programs for the designed components and the robot itself. In the last phase, a new workstation was created in the Roboguide system, in which simulations were performed to demonstrate the success of the proposed implementation

Teoretická část se zabývá podstatou podnikových procesů a procesního řízení, popisuje metody projektového managementu a zlepšení procesů v organizaci. Praktická část je věnována optimalizaci samotného procesu ve fabrice a navržení metod potřebných pro jeho fungování. Mezi výstupy z práce patří vnitropodniková směrnice s instrukcemi pro každý úsek pracující s hmotností, návrh implementace nového softwaru pro výpočet a návrh databáze pro sledování reálné hmotnosti komponent.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis focuses on optimizing the process of monitoring the weight of rail vehicles in a globally recognized company. The main objective was to design tools for detecting and minimizing the deviation between the estimated calculated weight and the weight of the finished vehicle. The theoretical part addresses the essence of business processes and process management, describing methods of project management and process improvement within the organization. The practical section is dedicated to optimizing the process itself within the factory and proposing methods necessary for its functioning. Outputs of the thesis include an intra-company directive with instructions for each section dealing with weight, a proposal for implementing new software for calculation, and a design for a database to track the actual weight of components
