Analysis of a Selected Economic Entity
No full textBakalářská práce s názvem Analýza hospodaření vybraného ekonomického subjektu je rozdělena do 2 částí, konkrétně metodologických východisek finanční analýzy, praktických východisek, kde na konci jsou uvedeny vyvozené závěry o úspěšnosti hospodaření i formulovaná doporučení. Nejprve byly uvedeny metody zpracování finanční analýzy, které podrobněji pracují se zvolenými procesy a postupy, které vychází z účetních záznamů, výročních zpráv a dalších podobných příloh. Následně bylo provedeno pomocí finanční analýzy zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Sanatorium Astoria a. s. působící v oblasti cestovního ruchu zaměřující se na ubytovací a zdravotní služby v lázeňském městě Karlovy Vary. Zjištěné údaje byly v letech 2021 a 2022 porovnány v rámci odvětví ČR a konkurenčního hotelu, na základě čehož jsou vyvozeny závěry o úspěšnosti hospodaření a formulována doporučení.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis entitled Analysis of the Management of the Selected Economic Entity is divided into 2 parts, specifically methodological foundations of financial analysis and practical foundations, with conclusions drawn on the success of management and formulated recommendations at the end. First, the methods of financial analysis processing are introduced, which work in more detail with selected processes and procedures based on accounting records, annual reports, and other similar attachments. Subsequently, an evaluation of the performance of the company Sanatorium Astoria a.s. operating in the tourism sector, focusing on accommodation and health services in the spa town of Karlovy Vary, is conducted using financial analysis. The findings are compared with those of the Czech Republic and a competitive hotel for the years 2021 and 2022, based on which conclusions about the success of management are drawn and recommendations formulated
Cryptocurrencies in accounting and taxes
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdanění a účtování kryptoměn v souladu s platnými českými právními předpisy, přičemž se zaměřuje na fyzickou osobu podnikající a právnickou osobu. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza a komparace přístupů jednotlivých subjektů ke zdanění a účtování. V první části práce jsou kryptoměny charakterizovány a uvedeny do kontextu českých regulačních zákonů. V navazující, druhé části, je potom na praktických modelových příkladech popsán postup při různých způsobech nabytí, pozbytí a držby kryptoměny Bitcoin. Provedený výzkum odhalil rozdíly zdanění a evidence kryptoměn mezi jednotlivými ekonomickými subjekty. Zároveň slouží jako metodika pro jednotlivce a korporace, které by se kryptoměnami chtěly zabývat.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the issue of taxation and accounting of cryptocurrencies according to the applicable Czech legislation, focusing on a business individual entity and a legal entity. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse and compare the approaches of each entity to taxation and accounting. In the first part of the thesis, cryptocurrencies are characterised and put into the context of Czech regulatory laws. In the second part, the procedure for various ways of acquisition, disposal and possession of the cryptocurrency Bitcoin is described using practical model examples. The research conducted reveals differences in taxation and accounting for cryptocurrencies between different economic entities. It also serves as a methodology for individuals and corporations wishing to engage in the business of cryptocurrencies

Cílem bakalářské práce je pro ní vypracovat plán implementace digitální transformace a zjistit, jaké důsledky tento přechod pro zvolenou kancelář způsobí. V teoretické části jsou nejprve na základě provedené literární rešerše vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti digitalizace, účetnictví a digitalizace účetnictví. Praktická část je následně věnována zejména představení účetní kanceláře, jejím důvodům a požadavkům na digitalizaci, výběru poskytovatele digitální transformace a návrhu implementace jeho služeb do účetní kanceláře. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky z celé práce včetně nákladů na digitalizaci, zvýšení efektivnosti, důsledků pro účetní kancelář a výhody a rizika digitální transformace.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the digitization of accounting in a selected accounting firm. The bachelor's thesis aims to develop a plan for implementing digital transformation and to determine the consequences this transition will have for the chosen office. The practical part is then devoted mainly to introducing the accounting firm, its reasons and requirements for digitization, selecting a provider of digital transformation, and proposing the implementation of its services into the accounting firm. Vliv Průmyslu 4.0 na požadavky kladené na ERP systémy
No full textPředložená disertační práce se zabývá problematikou toho, nakolik současný rychlý rozvoj především informačních a komunikačních technologií, označovaný v odborné literatuře jako "Čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce" nebo vznik "Průmyslu 4.0" ovlivňuje podnikové informační systémy kategorie "Enterprise Resource Planning" (ERP), které představují centrální prvek informační infrastruktury podniku. Tuto otázku se práce snaží zodpovědět na základě výsledků smíšeného výzkumu, obsahujícího jak kvantitativní, tak kvalitativní část. První kapitola představuje základní východiska pro zpracování zbytku práce v podobě definování cílů práce, oblasti a tématu výzkumu a použitých metod. Druhá kapitola se poté zabývá teoretickým pozadím jednotlivých zkoumaných pojmů, kdy nejprve popisuje historický vývoj a současný stav ERP systémů a následně problematiku Čtvrté průmyslové revoluce a Průmyslu 4.0, s důrazem na vymezení aktuálního obsahu těchto pojmů z technologického hlediska. Ve třetí kapitole je diskutován vzájemný vztah ERP systémů a Průmyslu 4.0, a to na základě realizované systematické rešerše odborné literatury zabývající se touto problematikou. Zbývající kapitoly poté již představují výsledky empirického výzkumu, zkoumajícího na jedné straně technologické i funkční požadavky, které uživatelé ERP systémů na tyto systémy v souvislosti s rozvojem Průmyslu 4.0 kladou, na straně druhé pak to, do jaké míry a jakým způsobem jednotlivé ERP systémy tyto požadavky reflektují. Výzkum zabývající se požadavky uživatelů měl kvantitativní charakter, byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření, které je popsáno v kapitole 4. Reflexe těchto požadavků v jednotlivých systémech byla naproti tomu zjišťována prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu ve formě výzkumných rozhovorů s dodavateli těchto systémů, které jsou popsány v kapitole 5. Poslední, šestá kapitola potom obsahuje návrh modelu zralosti, určeného pro posouzení kompatibility ERP systému s relevantními technologiemi Průmyslu 4.0. Model byl zkonstruován na základě zjištění získaných ze systematické rešerše literatury, představené v kapitole 3, a výsledků empirického výzkumu z kapitol 4 a 5. Může sloužit jak pro potřeby podniků, které aktuálně řeší otázku výběru vhodného ERP systému, tak pro výrobce těchto systémů při rozhodování o směru jejich dalšího vývoje.ObhájenoThe presented dissertation thesis deals with the issue to what extent the current rapid development of information and communication technologies, referred to in the literature as the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" or the emergence of "Industry 4.0", affects enterprise information systems of the category "Enterprise Resource Planning" (ERP), which represent the central element of the information infrastructure of the enterprise. This thesis tries to answer this question based on the results of a mixed research comprising both quantitative and qualitative parts. The first chapter presents the basic background for the rest of the thesis - defining the objectives of the thesis, the research area and topic, and the methods used. The second chapter then deals with the theoretical background of the individual concepts under investigation, first describing the historical development and current state of ERP systems and then the issues of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Industry 4.0, with an emphasis on defining the actual content of these concepts from a technological perspective. The third chapter discusses the mutual relationship between ERP systems and Industry 4.0, based on a conducted systematic review of the literature dealing with this issue. The remaining chapters then present the results of empirical research, examining on the one hand the technological and functional requirements that users of ERP systems place on these systems in context with the development of Industry 4.0, and on the other hand to what extent and how particular ERP systems reflect these requirements. The research on user requirements was quantitative in nature, carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, which is described in Chapter 4. The reflection of these requirements in the particular systems was investigated through qualitative research in the form of research interviews with the suppliers of these systems, which are described in Chapter 5. The last, sixth chapter contains the design of a maturity model, which can be used to assess the compatibility of the ERP system with relevant Industry 4.0 technologies. The model was constructed based on the findings obtained from the systematic literature review presented in Chapter 3 and the results of the empirical research in Chapters 4 and 5. It can serve both the needs of companies currently addressing the issue of selecting a suitable ERP system and the manufacturers of such systems in deciding on the direction of their further development

No full textTéma diplomové práce se zabývá neplatným rozvázáním pracovního poměru a jeho důsledky. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první části práce jsou zmíněny možné způsoby skončení pracovního poměru a blíže jsou charakterizovány způsoby, kterými lze pracovní poměr rozvázat. Druhá kapitola se věnuje následkům vad pracovněprávních jednání směřujícím k rozvázání pracovního poměru v podobě neplatnosti a zdánlivosti. Část druhé kapitoly je také věnována žalobě o určení neplatného rozvázání pracovního poměru a následnému soudnímu řízení. Třetí kapitola se věnuje důsledkům neplatného rozvázání pracovního poměru se zaměřením zejména na nároky plynoucí z rozvázání pracovního poměru učiněného zaměstnavatelem. Práce je zaměřena na ucelený popis problematiky a analýzu aktuální právní úpravy za použití odborné literatury, článků a judikatury.ObhájenoThe topic of the thesis deals with invalid termination of employment and its consequences. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first part of the thesis, the possible ways of termination of the employment are mentioned and the ways in which the employment can be terminated are characterised in more detail. The second chapter deals with the consequences of defects in employment law actions aimed at termination of the employment in the form of nullity and apparent nullity. Part of the second chapter is also devoted to the action for a declaration that the termination of the employment is invalid and the subsequent court proceedings. Obsahem teoretické části je představení vybraných poznatků z oblasti managementu v ošetřovatelství se specifickým zaměřením na ambulantní péči. V jednotlivých podkapitolách jsou představeny poznatky o roli sestry manažerky, předpokladech a dovednostech, kterými by sestry manažerky měly disponovat. Další podkapitoly teoretické části cílí na problematiku překážek a výzev v činnostech sestry manažerky a na strategie řešení těchto problémů. V závěru teoretická část se zaměřuje na ambulantní péči ve vztahu k činnostem sestry manažerky. vztahu k činnostem sestry manažerky. Praktická část je realizována v designu kvalitativního výzkumu, kterého se zúčastnilo 7 staničních sester z ambulantní péče chirurgických oborů. Zdrojem pro získání dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory. Data byla obsahově analyzována a následně kódována.
Cílem práce je zmapovat překážky a hlavní oblasti, ve kterých se překážky vyskytují nejvíce a jak tyto překážky ovlivňují efektivitu práce sester manažerek. Dále analyzovat strategie a postupy, které vedoucí sestry používají při řešení překážek a zjistit způsoby podpory, které by sestry manažerky uvítaly při řešení překážek.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis is divided into two basic parts, the theoretical part and the em-pirical part. The content of the theoretical part is the presentation of selected findings from the field of management in nursing with a specific focus on ambulatory care. In the individual subsections, knowledge about the role of a nurse manager, prerequisites and skills that nurse managers should possess are presented. Other subsections of the theoreti-cal part focus on the issue of obstacles and challenges in the activities of the nurse ma-nager and strategies for solving these problems. In conclusion, the theoretical part focuses on ambulatory care in relation to the activities of the nurse manager. The practical part is implemented in the design of qualitative research, in which 7 station nurses from ambula-tory care of surgical fields participated. The source for obtaining data was semi-structured interviews. The data was content analyzed and then coded.
The aim of the work is to map the obstacles and the main areas in which the obsta-cles occur the most and how these obstacles affect the effectiveness of the work of nurse managers. Furthermore, to analyze the strategies and procedures that nurse managers use in solving obstacles and to find out the ways of support that nurse managers would wel-come in solving obstacles
