No full textTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh doplňkového tepelného zdroje pro teplárnu Dvůr Králové nad Labem ve formě tepelného čerpadla a fotovoltaické elektrárny. V první části je popsán výchozí stav dodávek tepla v dané lokalitě. V následujících dvou kapitolách jsou poté popsány základní principy tepelného čerpadla a fotovoltaické elektrárny. Hlavní část práce se následně zabývá samotným návrhem konkrétního doplňkového zdroje včetně jeho bilančního výpočtu, modelu nasazení a ekonomickém zhodnocení.ObhájenoThis thesis is focused on the design of an additional heat source for the Dvur Králové nad Labem heating plant in the form of a heat pump and a photovoltaic power plant. The first part describes the initial state of heat supply in the given locality. The following two chapters then describe the basic principles of the heat pump and the photovoltaic power plant. The main part of the thesis then deals with the actual proposal of a specific additional source, including its balance calculation, deployment model and economic evaluation

No full textTato práce se zabývá rozborem graffiti streetartového umělce vystupujícího pod pseudonymem Banksy. Cílem práce je identifikovat a popsat práce, které Banksy vytvořil na Ukrajině v reakci na válku rozpoutanou Ruskou federací na jejím území a porovnat je s diskurzivními repertoáry, které vytvořil v reakci na Izraelskou okupaci Západního břehu Jordánu. Vzhledem k tomu že součástí analýzy musejí být zároveň aspekty sociálního, politického a mocenského pozadí obou konfliktů, využito je kritické diskurzivní analýzy dle Normana Fairclougha. Výstupem je identifikace základních narativů, které jsou prostřednictvím Banksyho prací uvedeny do veřejného prostoru a jakým způsobem se liší Banksyho vyjádření ke konfliktům v těchto regionech a jejich srovnání.ObhájenoThis work deals with the analysis of the graffiti of the street art artist performing under the pseudonym Banksy. The aim of the work is to identify and describe the works that Banksy created in Ukraine in response to the war launched by the Russian Federation on its territory and to compare them with the discursive repertoires that he created in response to the Israeli occupation of the West Bank. Since aspects of the social, political and power background of both conflicts must also be part of the analysis, critical discursive analysis according to Norman Fairclough is used. The output is the identification of the basic narratives that are introduced into the public space through Banksy's works and how Banksy's statements on conflicts in these regions differ and their comparison

No full textDiplomová práce představuje akční výzkum výuky etické výchovy v málotřídní škole. Učitelovým cílem (a tedy i cílem prezentovaného akčního výzkumu) bylo zefektivnění výuky etické výchovy v konkrétní třídě zapojením metod dramatické výchovy. Propojení těchto dvou předmětů se nám zdálo pro tuto práci vhodné svým založením. Etická výchova je předmět, ve kterém hodně diskutujeme, vyjadřujeme vlastní názory a učíme se přijímat názory druhých. Dramatická výchova využívá metody, díky kterým jsme schopni žáka vtáhnout více do děje a vytvořit fiktivní prostředí, ve kterém může situaci řešit. Na základě této úvahy vznikl tento akční výzkum. Akční výzkum jsme zvolili proto, že vychází z myšlenky plánování - pozorování - reflexe, což vede k postupnému učení nejen žáků ale i učitele. Práce ukazuje možnosti, jak začlenit dramatické metody do hodin etické výchovy, aby byla výuka efektivnější, prožitková, osobnostně rozvíjející a probouzela v žácích vnitřní motivaci a chuť k učení. Na základě zkušenosti z akčního výzkumu práce vyvozuje výhody, ale i limity, pro žáky i učitele, plynoucí z tohoto způsobu výuky.ObhájenoThis thesis presents an action research on teaching ethics education in a small classroom school. The teacher's goal (and therefore the goal of the presented action research) was to make the teaching of ethics education in a particular classroom more effective by incorporating drama education methods. The linking of these two subjects seemed to us appropriate for this work by its foundation. Ethics education is a subject in which we discuss a lot, express our own opinions and learn to accept the opinions of others. Dramatic education uses methods through which we are able to draw the pupil more into the action and create a fictional environment in which he can solve the situation. This action research is based on this reflection. We chose action research because it is based on the idea of planning - observation - reflection, which leads to gradual learning not only for the pupils but also for the teacher. The work shows the possibilities of incorporating dramatic methods into ethics education classes to make the teaching more effective, experiential, personally developing and to awaken the pupils' intrinsic motivation and desire to learn. Based on the experience of action research, the thesis draws out the advantages, but also the limitations, for pupils and teachers, of this way of teaching

Vymezuje okruhy narušené komunikační schopnosti a konkrétní poruchy, které do nich spadají, z hlediska terminologie, etiologie, symptomatologie, diagnostiky, terapie, prognózy a prevence. Uvádí problematiku sebepojetí, jeho ontogenezi, možnosti měření a zdroje v mladším školním věku žáka. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit uroven skolniho sebepojeti zaku mladsiho skolniho veku, kteri maji narusenou komunikacni schopnost a porovnat ji s urovni skolniho sebepojeti zaku bez tohoto deficitu.ObhájenoThe presented Thesis is focused on the school self-concept of pupils with communication disability. It defines the areas of communication diabilities and the specific disorders in these areas, in terms of terminology, etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis, therapy, prognosis and prevention. It presents the issue of self-concept, its ontogenesis, measurement possibilities and resources in the younger school age of the pupil. The aim of the research is to determine the level of school self-concept of pupils of younger school age who have communication disability and to compare it with the level of school self-concept of pupils without this deficit
The use of concept maps in teaching physical geography in lower secondary school
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití pojmových map při výuce fyzické geografie na základních školách. Mým hlavním cílem je navrhnout výukovou situaci, která využívá pojmovou mapu při výuce vybraného tématu z fyzické geografie na základních školách. Druhým cílem je posoudit vliv pojmových map na porozumění vztahů mezi pojmy v rámci daného tématu. Třetím cílem je srovnat účinnost výuky s využitím pojmové mapy a běžné výuky z hlediska porozumění vztahů mezi pojmy v daném tématu. V českém školním prostředí je pojmová mapa málo využívaným nástrojem k učení, avšak má velký potenciál. Díky možnosti grafického znázornění usnadňuje žákům vizualizaci klíčových pojmů a vazeb mezi nimi. V rámci metodologie jsem využila metodu hloubkového rozhovoru s učitelem a experimentální plán s využitím pretestu a posttestu. Výuku jsem aplikovala ve 6. třídě základní školy během výuky globálního oteplování v rámci předmětu zeměpis. Experiment probíhal ve dvou skupinách: experimentální skupina pracovala s pojmovou mapou, která byla využita pro zprostředkování příčin a důsledků globálního oteplování. Kontrolní skupina pracovala s textem. Z výsledků plyne, že začlenění pojmové mapy do výuky mělo pozitivní vliv na porozumění vztahů v rámci daného tématu, aktivitu žáků v diskusích a jejich motivaci k učení. Dále byly zjištěny statisticky významné rozdíly mezi úrovní porozumění testovaného materiálu mezi experimentální a kontrolní skupinou.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis focuses on the use of concept maps in the process of teaching physical geography in primary schools. My main goal is to design a teaching situation that uses a concept map in teaching a selected topic in physical geography in primary schools. The second goal is to assess the impact of concept maps on the understanding of the relationships between concepts within the topic. The third goal is to compare the effectiveness of teaching using a concept map and conventional teaching in terms of understanding the relationships between concepts within the topic. In the Czech school environment, the concept map is an underused tool for learning, but it has great potential. Thanks to the possibility of graphical representation, It is easier for pupils to visualise key concepts and the links between them. As part of the methodology, I used an in-depth interview method with teacher and an experimental design using pretest and posttest. I applied the teaching method in a 6th grade elementary school during a global warming lesson in a geography class. The experiment was conducted in two groups: the experimental group worked with a concept map, that was used to convey the causes and consequences of global warming. The control group worked with a worksheet. The results show that the inclusion of the concept map in the teaching had a positive effect on the students' understanding of the relationships within the topic, their activity in the discussions and their motivation to learn. Furthermore, statistically significant differences were found between the level of understanding of the test material between the experimental and control groups

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem Vybrané problémy vzdělávací politiky. V této problematice vysvětluje, jaká je právní úprava vzdělávání v České republice, jaké jsou nástroje vzdělávací politiky, rozebírá také organizaci vzdělávacího systému, rozděluje typy škol podle zřizovatelů a vysvětluje financování školství. Další kapitola se věnuje historickému vývoji vzdělávací politiky od roku 1774 až do roku 1989. Zbylé kapitoly už se věnují jak strategiím z minulosti, tak současným strategiím. V těch jsou pak rozebrány hlavní problémy a cíle, kterými se budou právě tyto problémy řešit. V práci byl zhotoven výzkum pomocí rozhovorů s učiteli různých stupňů vzdělávání, kteří se vyjadřovali k současným problémům a také k tomu, jak si vede současná strategie a zda se jí daří současné problémy řešit.ObhájenoThe thesis deals with the topic Selected problems of educational policy. It explains the legal regulation of education in the Czech Republic, the instruments of education policy, analyses the organisation of the education system, divides the type of schools according to their founders and explains the financing of education. The next chapter deals with the historical development of educational policy from 1774 to 1989. The remaining chapters deal with both past and present policies. These than discuss the problems of the post and the objectives that are being used to address these problems. The thesis conducted research by interviewing teachers at different levels of education who commented on the current problems and also how the current strategy is working and whether it is succeeding in solving the current problems

Cílem práce je zjistit aktuální zapojení žen do trhu práce, jelikož společenské tendence poukazují na nerovnost v oblasti finančního ohodnocení. Zároveň je však často opomíjena vyšší angažovanost žen v péči o domácnost a rodinu. Prostor je věnován tedy i srovnání a současně slaďování těchto rolí a největším překážkám, které této rovnováze brání.ObhájenoThe thesis focuses on the analysis of the position of women on the Czech labour market and their possible disadvantages associated with leaving employment to raise children.The aim of the thesis is to determine the current participation of women in the labour market, as social trends point to inequality in financial remuneration. Modular RISC-V platform emulator for educational purposes
No full textTato práce se zabývá tvorbou modulárního emulátoru pro platformu RISC-V, který je zároveň možné použít pro výukové účely.
V první části práce je provedena analýza architektury RISC-V z komerčního a technického hlediska, dále jsou zde na teoretické úrovni popsány různé techniky emulace. Následně je věnován prostor analýze současných knihoven pro emulaci instrukční sady RISC-V a knihoven pro tvorbu uživatelského rozhraní.
Druhá část práce se týká především analýzy staré verze tohoto emulátoru, a popisem vytvořeného software.
Práce je zakončena sadou testovacích programů, které jsou otestovány zároveň na emulátoru a reálném hardwarovém zařízení. Důraz je zde kladen především na zhodnocení věrohodnosti a spolehlivosti emulace.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the development of a modular emulator for the RISC-V platform, which can also be used for educational purposes.
In the first part of the thesis, the RISC-V architecture is analyzed from a commercial and technical point of view, and various emulation techniques are described at a theoretical level. Subsequently, space is devoted to an analysis of current libraries for emulation of the RISC-V instruction set and libraries for the creation of graphical user interfaces.
The second part of the thesis is mainly concerned with the analysis of the old version of this emulator, and with the description of the developed software.
The thesis concludes with a set of test programs that are tested simultaneously on the emulator and on a real hardware device. The emphasis here is mainly on evaluating the plausibility and reliability of the emulation
