No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování posttraumatické intervenční péče složkami integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část této práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na základní terminologii z oblasti posttraumatické intervenční péče. V druhé kapitole je popsán integrovaný záchranný systém, jeho definice a charakteristika jeho základních složek. Třetí kapitola se zabývá problematikou poskytování posttraumatické péče u jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému, konkrétně Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, poskytovatelů Zdravotnické záchranné služby a Policie České republiky.Praktická část je zaměřena na výsledky kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, jež bylo vytvořeno pro zjištění spokojenosti oslovených respondentů z řad zaměstnanců a příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému s poskytnutou odbornou pomocí v rámci posttraumatické intervenční péče v souvislosti s prožitím mimořádných událostí, které mají traumatizující vliv na jejich psychiku.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the issue of providing post-traumatic intervention care by the Integrated Rescue System. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the basic terminology in the field of posttraumatic intervention care. The second chapter describes the Integrated Rescue System, its definition, and characteristics of its basic components. The third chapter deals with the provision of post-traumatic care by the individual components of the Integrated Rescue System, namely the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, medical rescue service providers and the police of the Czech Republic.
The practical part is focused on the results of a quantitative questionnaire survey, which was designed to determine the satisfaction of the respondents from among the employees and members of the Integrated Rescue System with the provided professional assistance in post-traumatic care in connection with the experience of emergencies that have a traumatic impact on their psyche

No full textTéma této bakalářské práce je Hodnocení kvality života obézního pacienta při hospitalizaci na JIP. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se komplexně zabývá problematikou obezity. Popisuje výskyt a faktory ovlivňující vznik obezity, dále se zaměřuje na diagnostiku, možnosti léčby a komplikace související s obezitou. V závěrečné části se zaměřuje na kvalitu života, účel a funkci JIP, specifické potřeby pacientů a nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy, které se mohou vyskytovat u obézních pacientů během hospitalizace. Praktická část popisuje tři kazuistiky pacientů hospitalizovaných na Kardiologické jednotce intenzivní péče a Metabolické jednotce intenzivní péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Na kazuistiky navazují rozhovory s pacienty. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat kvalitu života u obézního pacienta při hospitalizaci na JIP.ObhájenoThe topic of this bachelor thesis is Quality of Life Assessment of Obese Patient during Hospitalization in ICU. The theoretical part of the thesis deals comprehensively with the problem of obesity. It describes the occurrence and factors influencing the development of obesity, then focuses on diagnosis, treatment options and complications related to obesity. The final part focuses on quality of life, the purpose and function of the ICU, specific patient needs and the most common nursing problems that may occur in obese patients during hospitalization.
The practical part describes three case reports of patients hospitalized in the Cardiology Intensive Care Unit and Metabolic Intensive Care Unit at the University Hospital in Pilsen. The case reports are followed by interviews with patients. The main aim is to map the quality of life in obese patients during hospitalization in the IC

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá důvěrou na sociálních médiích, respektive důvěrou v informace na těchto platformách. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu sociálních médií, problematice informací, dezinformací a pojmu důvěry včetně její souvislosti s informacemi a dezinformacemi na sociálních médiích. V praktické části je využito designu smíšeného výzkumu. Ten je zvolen z důvodu poskytnutí širšího pohledu na zkoumanou problematiku. Klíčovou částí je kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný skrze dotazníkové šetření. Toto šetření v rámci stanovených konstruktů zkoumá odlišnosti u studentů vysokých škol. Stanoveny jsou hypotézy a tvrzení u kterých následně dochází k jejich testování. Součástí kvalitativní části výzkumu je realizace skupinového rozhovoru pomocí metody focus group, která doplňuje realizované dotazníkové šetření. K závěru práce je realizovaný výzkum stručně okomentován.ObhájenoThe master's thesis deals with trust on social media, specifically trust in information on these platforms. It is divided into 2 parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes social media, the issue of information and misinformation, and the concept of trust, including its relationship with information and misinformation on social media. In the practical part, a mixed research design is employed. It is chosen to provide a broader perspective on the researched issue. The key part is a quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey. This survey examines differences among university students within defined constructs. Hypotheses and statements are formulated and subsequently tested. The qualitative part of the research involves conducting a group interview using the focus group method, which complements the conducted questionnaire survey. The research findings are briefly commented on in the conclusion of the thesis

Veškeré analýzy jsou poté zaneseny do SWOT matice. Následuje průzkum preferencí spotřebitelů vybraného segmentu pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na závěr práce je navrhnuta komunikační kampaň pro produkt dle metody 5M, v níž jsou využity veškeré výstupy z analýz a průzkumu preferencí spotřebitelů.ObhájenoThe aim of this thesis is to design a communication campaign for the new product

This is followed by an exploration of the preferences of consumers in the selected segment through qualitative research using the method of semi-structured interviews. At the end of the thesis, a communication campaign for the product is proposed according to the 5M method, in which all the outputs from the analyses and consumer preference survey are used

Teoretická část se zabývá oblastí personálního marketingu spolu s vymezením personálního marketingového mixu a HR komunikační kampaně. Pozornost je zaměřena i na aktuální trh práce a jeho možné predikce. V praktické části jsou představeny personální procesy společnosti JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o., přičemž je rozebráno její vnitřní a vnější prostředí, jež souvisí s náborovou komunikační kampaní. Analýza vnitřního prostředí je provedena pomocí analýzy dokumentů, skupinových a hloubkových rozhovorů se zaměstnanci. Vnější prostředí je zkoumáno prostřednictvím SLEPT analýzy, analýzy konkurence a buzz monitoringu. Na základě zjištěných informací je pak proveden komplexní návrh komunikační kampaně dle metody 5M včetně možných doporučení pro podnik.ObhájenoThe diploma thesis aims to create a project proposal for a communication campaign to recruit employees for for the Pilsen plant of JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o. using the 5M method. The theoretical part deals with the area of HR marketing along with the definition of the HR marketing mix and HR communication campaign. Attention is also focused on the current labor market and its possible predictions. The practical part presents the HR processes of JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o., analyzing its internal and external environment related to the recruitment communication campaign. The analysis of the internal environment is carried out using document analysis, focus groups and in-depth interviews with employees. The external environment is examined through SLEPT analysis, competitor analysis and buzz monitoring. Based on the information gathered, a comprehensive communication campaign proposal is developed following the 5M method, including possible recommendations for the company

Dále se práce zaměřuje na právní úpravu, a to jak vnitrostátní právní úpravu, tak i na mezinárodní protidrogové úmluvy. Nejobsáhlejší částí diplomové práce je samotná metodika vyšetřování drogové kriminality, která se dělí do několika podkapitol. Především je kladen důraz na podkapitolu zabývající se zvláštnostmi počátečních, neodkladných a vyšetřovacích úkonů a na podkapitolu upravující zvláštnosti následných úkonů. Nativistické postoje v komunikaci SPD a KSČM: komparace
No full textNativismus se do širšího evropského povědomí dostal v souvislosti s Evropskou migrační krizí, která vrcholila v letech 2015 a 2016. Na základě několika dostupných definic lze nativismus obecně definovat jako nepřátelství vůči všemu, co je považováno za cizí a co může potenciálně ohrozit homogenitu země. Nativismus lze chápat jako ideologii, ale také jako komunikační strategii, kterou využívají politické strany ve svých manifestech, přičemž nativismus využívají k dosažení požadovaných cílů. Tato práce zkoumá nativistické postoje v komunikaci politických stran Svoboda a přímá demokracie (SPD) a Komunistická strana Čech a Moravy (KSČM) na jejich oficiálních facebookových stránkách v horké fázi volebních kampaní 2016-2022. Cílem bylo identifikovat a analyzovat případné nativistické postoje v jejich komunikaci. Analytická část práce odhalila, že strana SPD používá ve své komunikaci nativistickou rétoriku, zatímco KSČM nevykazuje téměř žádnou míru nativistických postojů. Zjištění naznačují postupné změny v komunikační strategii SPD a absenci explicitních nativistických postojů u KSČM ve sledovaném období.ObhájenoNativism has come into wider European awareness in the context of the European migration crisis which peaked in 2015 and 2016. Based on several available definitions, nativism can be broadly defined as hostility towards anything that is considered foreign and that can potentially threaten the homogeneity of a country. Nativism can be understood as an ideology, but also as a communication strategy used by political parties in their manifestos, using nativism to achieve their desired goals. This thesis examines nativist attitudes in the communication of the political parties Svoboda a přímá demokracie (SPD) and Komunistická strana Čech a Moravy (KSČM) on their official Facebook pages during the hot phase of 2016-2022 election campaigns. The aim was to identify and analyse potential nativist attitudes in their communication. The analytical part of the thesis revealed that the SPD party uses nativist rhetoric in its communication, while the KSČM shows hardly any levels of nativist attitudes. The findings suggest gradual changes in the SPD's communication strategy and the absence of explicit nativist attitudes in the KSČM over the period under study

Práce je vypracována ve formě komparativní případové studie, která využívá kvalitativní výzkumné metody a zkoumá nástroje tvrdé a měkké moci, které obě země v Jemenu uplatňují. Saúdská Arábie použila vojenskou sílu na obranu jemenské vlády a zároveň v zemi propaguje své státní náboženství wahhábismus. Írán však spoléhá spíše na nástroje měkké moci a podporuje hnutí Ansar Alláh, které svrhlo jemenskou vládu a přijalo íránskou rétoriku.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis examines the rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran in the context of the Yemen civil war between 2015 and 2023. This comparative case study uses qualitative research methods to explore the hard and soft power instruments both countries have employed in Yemen. Saudi Arabia has used military force to defend the Yemeni government while promoting its state religion, Wahhabism, in the country. Iran, however, has relied more on soft power tools and supported the Ansar Allah movement, which overthrew the Yemeni government and adopted Iranian rhetoric
