    Comparative Study on the Anatomical Features and Chemical Composition of Leucaena leucocephala Wood for Pulp and Paper Application

    Leucaena leucocephala, locally known as “petai belalang,” is widely found in Malaysia and utilised for forage, reforestation, and as a source of timber for furniture and construction. This study aims to identify and compare the anatomical properties, chemical composition, and wood density of L. leucocephala at three stem positions (top, middle, and bottom). Wood samples aged 3–5 years were collected from the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan area. Anatomical characteristics were assessed by measuring fibre length, fibre diameter, and lumen diameter. Chemical composition analyses, including lignin, hemicellulose, ?-cellulose, holocellulose, and extractives, were conducted following TAPPI standards. Results indicated that the bottom section had the highest mean fibre length (1072.5 µm), lowest fibre diameter (22.0 µm), and the thinnest fibre wall (1.35 µm). The middle section exhibited the most favourable chemical properties, with the highest hemicellulose content (18.44%), lowest lignin content (28.96%), and moderate extractives (1.12%). Holocellulose was highest at the bottom (68.79%), followed by the middle (67.24%) and top (65.62%). Regression analysis showed that fibre length is a more reliable predictor of pulp and paper strength than wood density. These findings suggest that L. leucocephala, particularly from the bottom and middle sections, holds strong potential for pulp and paper applications

    Comparative Tribological Efficiency of Hard Coatings on Titanium Alloy Across Lubrication Regimes

    The tribological performance of diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings on Ti-6Al-4V was evaluated under dry air and 0.9% NaCl at a 1 N normal load using ball-on-disk tests (3000 cycles) with alumina counterfaces. Uncoated Ti-6Al-4V exhibits high friction and wear; therefore, the influence of saline lubrication, relative to dry conditions, on the DLC response was quantified. Steady-state coefficients of friction (COF; mean ± SD, n = 3) decreased from 0.38 ± 0.03 (dry) to 0.19 ± 0.02 (0.9% NaCl; p < 0.001), accompanied by shallower wear tracks and carbon-rich debris consistent with tribofilm stabilization. The ball-specific wear rate (k) likewise decreased from 4.60×10−5 to 2.23×10−5 mm³/(N·m) (~51% reduction). These findings highlight the coupling between aqueous lubrication and DLC tribofilm stability and provide guidance for components operating in saline-like environments

    Malay Warrior Board Game A Method of Appreciation of The Narrative of Hikayat Hang Tuah

    ABSTRACT Hikayat Hang Tuah is a traditional Malay literary work that often attracts the attention of scholars both within and outside the nation. The story is always a topic of discussion in academic circles through the existence of studies from various perspectives such as the language content in the text by Hussin Sarif (2009), a comparison between modern works and the original text by Monique Zaini-Lajoubert (2010), the relevance of Hang Tuah as a heroic figure by Rahimah (2018), the symbol of sovereignty in the text by Tengku Mohd Ali and Ja’afar (2013), the character of Hang Tuah by Hashim Musa (2014), the character of Hang Tuah in the context of civilization by Ayu Nor Azilah Mohamad (2017), and the truth of Hang Jebat as a hero by Mohamed Anwar Omar Din (2019). The existence of these studies proves that the content of Hikayat Hang Tuah is still relevant for extensive study in various aspects, especially through the method of the Malay Hero Board Game which still needs to be explored. The study applied the Malay Heroes Board Game using two conceptual frameworks, namely 5W1H by Rudyard Kipling (1902) namely What, Who, Where, When, Why and How and the ADDIE model by FSU (1975) consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluate. The results of the study found that the Malay Heroes Board Game could be a product that has the potential to elevate the Hikayat Hang Tuah as a new medium in appreciating the narrative of classical Malay literature.   ABSTRAK Hikayat Hang Tuah merupakan sebuah karya kesusasteraan Melayu tadisional yang sering menjadi tumpuan pengkaji dalam negara mahupun luar negara. Hikayat ini sentiasa menjadi perbincangan dalam arena akademik melalui kewujudan kajian pelbagai sudut seperti kandungan bahasa dalam teks oleh Hussin Sarif (2009), perbandingan karya moden dengan teks asal oleh Monique Zaini-Lajoubert (2010), kerelevanan Hang Tuah sebagai tokoh wira oleh Rahimah (2018), simbol kedaulatan dalam teks oleh Tengku Mohd Ali dan Ja’afar (2013), sifat peribadi watak Hang Tuah oleh Hashim Musa (2014), watak Hang Tuah dalam konteks peradaban oleh Ayu Nor Azilah Mohamad (2017) serta kebenaran Hang Jebat sebagai seorang pahlawan oleh Mohamed Anwar Omar Din (2019). Kewujudan kajian-kajian ini membuktikan bahawa kandungan Hikayat Hang Tuah masih relevan untuk dikaji secara meluas dalam pelbagai aspek khususnya melalui kaedah seni permainan Pahlawan Melayu Board Game yang masih perlu diterokai. Kajian mengaplikasikan Pahlawan Melayu Board Game dengan menggunakan dua kerangka konsep iaitu 5W1H oleh Rudyard Kipling (1902) iaitu What, Who, Where, When, Why dan How serta model ADDIE oleh FSU (1975) yang terdiri daripada Analysis, Design, Development, Implement dan Evaluate.     Analysis on the Influence of Place Branding Strategies on Rural Tourism : A Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Approach—A Case Study of Kampung Agong

    Abstract  This study delves into the intricate dynamics of rural tourism development through the lens of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework, applied to the context of place branding strategies. Focused on Kampung Agong as a case study, the research aims to comprehensively evaluate the impact of place branding initiatives, encompassing performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and technological factors, on the advancement of tourism in rural locales. Using a quantitative methodology that includes structured questionnaires distributed to 128 stakeholders involved local tourism operators, government representatives, and tourists. The rationale for this selection of participants was to capture a comprehensive view of the factors influencing place branding effectiveness across different stakeholder perspectives. The study reveals the nuanced interplay between these branding strategies and the growth of tourism in Kampung Agong. By unraveling the key determinants of tourists\u27 acceptance and utilization of technological advancements facilitated by Place Branding initiatives, insights into enhancing the sustainable growth of tourism in rural areas are unearthed. Moreover, the study contributes to understanding the dynamics of destination branding and offers insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance tourism development through strategic branding initiatives, thus fostering the socio-economic upliftment of rural communities like Kampung Agong.   Abstrak Kajian ini menyelidiki dinamika rumit pembangunan pelancongan luar bandar melalui lensa kerangka Teori Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Teknologi Bersepadu (UTAUT), yang digunakan dalam konteks strategi Penjenamaan Tempat. Tertumpu kepada Kampung Agong sebagai kajian kes, penyelidikan ini bertujuan menilai secara menyeluruh impak inisiatif Penjenamaan Tempat, merangkumi Jangkaan Prestasi, Jangkaan Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial dan Faktor Teknologi, terhadap kemajuan pelancongan di kawasan luar bandar. Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif yang merangkumi soal selidik berstruktur yang diedarkan kepada 128 pihak berkepentingan, termasuk pengendali pelancongan tempatan, wakil kerajaan, dan para pelancong. Pemilihan para responden spesifik ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pandangan yang menyeluruh mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberkesanan penjenamaan tempat dari pelbagai perspektif. Kajian itu mendedahkan interaksi bernuansa antara strategi penjenamaan ini dan pertumbuhan pelancongan di Kampung Agong. Dengan merungkai penentu utama penerimaan pelancong dan penggunaan kemajuan teknologi yang difasilitasi oleh inisiatif Penjenamaan Tempat, pandangan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan mampan pelancongan di kawasan luar bandar digali.     Pedagogical Adaptation: Teaching Bahasa Melayu Phonics to Students with Autism in the State of Johor

    ABSTRACT Education is a crucial concern that should be given top priority for all students. The phrase "special education student" is designated for a distinct cohort of students with special needs who undergo a distinct learning process compared to typical students. These students with unique needs are provided with a specialised curriculum and dedicated instructors who spend their time teaching them. This study aimed to assess the extent to which teachers utilise modules, oral language use and multimedia aspects in teaching Bahasa Melayu phonics. This study employs a quantitative research design and is substantiated by quantitative data. A sample of 42 special education teachers who specifically instruct autistic students was selected from four schools in the Johor region. A questionnaire survey was employed as a research instrument. Descriptive analysis was employed to calculate the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The module approach construct is considered to be at a moderate level based on the data, with a minimum value of 3.43 and a standard deviation of 0.654. Compared to strategies used in oral language use, the multimedia elements approach is more advanced, with a minimum score of 4.14 and a standard deviation of 0.612. Hence, it is imperative to develop a customised programme that addresses the specific requirements of these pupils, considering factors such as scheduling, resources, cultural considerations, instructional methods, expert support, and community engagement. ABSTRAK Pendidikan adalah isu penting yang harus diberikan keutamaan utama bagi semua pelajar. Frasa "pelajar pendidikan khas" merujuk kepada kumpulan pelajar yang mempunyai keperluan khas dan menjalani proses pembelajaran yang berbeza berbanding pelajar tipikal. Pelajar dengan keperluan unik ini diberikan kurikulum khas serta tenaga pengajar khusus yang menumpukan masa mereka untuk mengajar mereka. Kajian ini bertujuan menilai sejauh mana guru menggunakan modul, penggunaan bahasa lisan, dan aspek multimedia dalam pengajaran fonik Bahasa Melayu. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk penyelidikan kuantitatif dan disokong oleh data kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri daripada 42 orang guru pendidikan khas yang mengajar pelajar autistik, dipilih dari empat sekolah di wilayah Johor. Instrumen penyelidikan yang digunakan ialah soal selidik. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengira peratusan, min, dan sisihan piawai. Berdasarkan data, pendekatan penggunaan modul berada pada tahap sederhana dengan nilai min 3.43 dan sisihan piawai 0.654. Berbanding strategi penggunaan bahasa lisan, pendekatan elemen multimedia adalah lebih maju dengan nilai min 4.14 dan sisihan piawai 0.612. Oleh itu, adalah penting untuk membangunkan program khusus yang memenuhi keperluan spesifik pelajar ini dengan mengambil kira faktor seperti jadual pembelajaran, sumber, pertimbangan budaya, kaedah pengajaran, sokongan pakar, dan penglibatan komuniti

    Utilising of Instagram Application as a Learning Platform to Enhance Teaching and Learning Process among Vocational College Students

    ABSTRACT Learning via social media platforms like Instagram is a preferred e-learning approach in modern education, aligning with 21st-century learning. Traditional methods often limit access to resources, reduce motivation, and hinder cognitive and creative growth. Integrating Instagram into technical and vocational courses can enhance learning engagement and effectiveness. This study aims to assess the level of knowledge, identify perceptions, and evaluate students\u27 literacy in using the Instagram application for educational purposes. The study also employed the ADDIE model for research design in developing video products and was conducted in a survey format. A total of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling, and the study findings were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. In this study, the research instrument developed was in the form of a questionnaire, and both face and content validity were assessed implemented. Additionally, the study obtained a reliability value of 0.956, indicating a high level of reliability. The results of the analysis conducted on three aspects namely, knowledge (min=0.82), perception (min=0.74), and literacy (min=0.75)- showed positive and high minimum values. Therefore, the study findings suggest that using the Instagram application can facilitate the teaching and learning process in technical and vocational courses regarding knowledge, perception, and literacy. In conclusion, the results demonstrate that Instagram can enhance teaching and learning processes in technical and vocational courses by increasing engagement, creativity, and cognitive skills. Integrating social media platforms such as Instagram into vocational education can revolutionize teaching strategies and support 21st-century learning goals. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran melalui platform media sosial seperti Instagram adalah pendekatan e-pembelajaran yang semakin digemari dalam pendidikan moden, selari dengan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Kaedah tradisional sering membatasi akses kepada sumber, mengurangkan motivasi, dan menghalang perkembangan kognitif serta kreativiti. Integrasi Instagram dalam kursus teknikal dan vokasional dapat meningkatkan penglibatan dan keberkesanan pembelajaran. Dalam pada itu, pembelajaran abad ke-21 berasaskan media sosial seperti Instagram seharusnya diterapkan dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran bagi kursus teknikal dan vokasional. Kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengkaji tahap pengetahuan, mengenalpasti persepsi dan mengkaji literasi pelajar dalam penggunaan aplikasi Instagram dalam pembelajaran. Kajian ini turut menggunakan model ADDIE bagi reka bentuk kajian dalam pembangunan produk video dan kajian ini berbentuk tinjauan. Jumlah responden adalah seramai 100 orang dengan menggunakan kaedah persampelan secara rawak dan dapatan kajian dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25. Dalam kajian ini, instrumen kajian yang telah dibangunkan adalah berbentuk soal selidik dimana kesahan antara muka dan juga kesahan kandungan turut dilaksanakan. Selain daripada itu, kajian ini juga memperolehi nilai kebolehpercayaan sebanyak 0.956 dan berada pada tahap yang tinggi. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan terhadap tiga (3) aspek iaitu pengetahuan (min=0.82), persepsi (min=0.74) dan literasi (min=0.75) menunjukkan nilai min yang positif dan tinggi. Oleh itu, dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa dengan menggunakan aplikasi Instagram ini mampu memudahkan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran berdasarkan kursus teknikal dan vokasional menerusi aspek pengetahuan, persepsi dan literasi. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi Instagram boleh meningkatkan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam kursus teknikal dan vokasional dengan meningkatkan penglibatan, kreativiti, dan kemahiran kognitif. Mengintegrasikan platform media sosial seperti Instagram ke dalam pendidikan vokasional dapat merevolusikan strategi pengajaran dan menyokong matlamat pembelajaran abad ke-21.  

    Traditional Belief Rituals and Taboos in the Manora Performance of Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin at the Songkhla Lake

    ABSTRACT Nora or Manora Rong Khru in Songkhla is a heritage performance art deeply rooted in ritual beliefs, as it involves ceremonies inviting the ancestral spirits of Manora lineage to receive homage. This study addresses the gap in understanding of Manora rituals in contemporary society, where Manora performances are now merely viewed as cultural performances, whereas in reality, they represent a profound spiritual heritage belief deeply embedded in Southern Thai tradition. Therefore, this study examines the rituals and traditional beliefs of the Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin group, with particular emphasis on preserving the authenticity of rituals, rules, and prohibitions that must be observed by their descendants in the current social context. Additionally, these rituals aim to introduce new generations to the art of Manora. The study focuses on the ritual beliefs of Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin in Songkhla Province, including the strict rules and prohibitions upheld by the descendants of the Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin group. This qualitative research collected data through observation and interviews with an expert from the Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin group in Songkhla Province. The findings explain the ritual beliefs of Manora, including matters that constitute rules and prohibitions for the descendants of the Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin group in Songkhla Province. The study identified 10 ceremonial beliefs: beliefs about Khru Mor Nora, beliefs about redemption, beliefs about celebrating Serd and tying the great cloth, beliefs about Taeng Khe, beliefs about healing diseases, beliefs about Yiebsen, beliefs about hair cutting, beliefs about dancing with bracelet insertion, beliefs about Khaosong and Rangsong, and beliefs about black magic. ABSTRAK Nora atau Manora Rong Khru di Songkhla merupakan persembahan seni warisan yang sarat dengan ritual kepercayaan kerana ia adalah upacara menjemput nenek moyang keturunan manora hadir untuk memberi penghormatan kepada roh moyang manora. Kajian ini membincangkan jurang pemahaman terhadap ritual manora dalam masyarakat kontemporari di mana persembahan manora kini dilihat hanya sebagai seni persembahan budaya semata-mata, sedangkan hakikatnya ia merupakan warisan kepercayaan spiritual yang mendalam dalam tradisi masyarakat Thailand Selatan. Justeru, kajian ini meneliti ritual dan kepercayaan tradisional Kumpulan Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin dengan memberi tumpuan khusus kepada aspek pemeliharaan keaslian ritual, peraturan, dan larangan yang perlu dipatuhi oleh keturunannya dalam konteks sosial semasa. Selain itu, ritual ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan generasi baharu yang bakal melangkau ke seni manora. Kajian ini berfokus kepada ritual kepercayaan Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin di Wilayah Songkhla. Di samping itu, terdapat peraturan dan larangan yang dipegang teguh bagi keturunan kumpulan Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin. Kajian ini berbentuk kajian kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan datanya dijalankan dengan mengunakan kaedah pemerhatian dan temu bual dengan seorang pakar dalam kumpulan Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin di Wilayah Songkhla. Hasil kajian ini menjelaskan ritual kepercayaan manora termasuk perkara-perkara yang menjadi peraturan dan larangan bagi keturunan kumpulan Manora Arunnoi So Eeb-Uwab Sin di Wilayah Songkhla. Kajian mendapati bahawa terdapat 10 upacara kepercayaannya, iaitu kepercayaan tentang Khru Mor Nora, kepercayaan untuk menebus kesalahan, kepercayaan tentang meraikan Serd dan mengikat kain besar, kepercayaan tentang Taeng Khe, kepercayaan tentang penyembuahan penyakit, kepercayaan tentang Yiebsen, kepercayaan dalam memotong rambut, kepercayaan tentang menari dengan sisipan gelang, kepercayaan tentang Khaosong dan Rangsong dan kepercayaan tentang ilmu hitam

    Critical Factors of Fatal Accidents: A Case Study in a Manufacturing Plant in Johor

    ABSTRACT This study explores the critical factors contributing to fatal workplace accidents in the manufacturing sector, focusing on a case involving a fatal incident at a manufacturing plant in Johor, Malaysia. The primary objective of the study is to identify the key causes behind the incident to improve understanding of existing safety management deficiencies. A qualitative approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews with five relevant individuals, including investigators, management staff, and eyewitnesses. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns and key themes. The findings reveal several critical contributing factors, including lack of proper safety equipment, inadequate safety training, poor risk management practices, inconsistent safety supervision, and absence of post-incident investigation. These insights highlight the urgent need for systemic improvements in workplace safety practices and support the adoption of more proactive and structured safety management approaches within the manufacturing sector. ABSTRAK Kajian ini menyiasat faktor-faktor kritikal yang menyumbang kepada kemalangan maut di tempat kerja dalam sektor pembuatan dengan memfokuskan kepada satu kes kemalangan maut yang berlaku di sebuah kilang pembuatan di Johor, Malaysia. Objektif utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti punca utama yang membawa kepada insiden tersebut bagi membantu meningkatkan kefahaman terhadap kelemahan dalam pengurusan keselamatan sedia ada. Kajian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kaedah temu bual separa berstruktur yang melibatkan lima orang individu berkaitan termasuk pegawai penyiasat, pengurusan, dan saksi kejadian. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik bagi mengenal pasti corak dan tema utama. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan beberapa faktor utama yang menyumbang kepada insiden kemalangan maut, termasuk kekurangan peralatan keselamatan, latihan keselamatan yang tidak mencukupi, amalan pengurusan risiko yang lemah, pengawasan keselamatan yang tidak konsisten, serta ketiadaan siasatan dalaman pasca insiden. Penemuan ini memberi implikasi penting terhadap keperluan penambahbaikan sistem keselamatan organisasi, serta menyokong pelaksanaan pengurusan keselamatan kerja yang lebih proaktif dan sistematik dalam sektor pembuatan

    The Impact of Learning Outcomes and Career Guidance on Employability Skills in Chinese Vocational Graduates

    ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of learning outcomes and career guidance on the employability skills of Chinese vocational college graduates specializing in cross-border e-commerce. The research was motivated by the existing mismatch between graduates\u27 skills and labor market demands, exacerbated by technological advancements and globalization. While previous studies have explored the direct effects of learning outcomes and career guidance on employability skills, there was a gap in understanding the mediating role of career guidance in this context. This study aims to address this gap by examining the influence of learning outcomes on employability skills and evaluating the role of career guidance as a mediator. Employing a quantitative approach, 280 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM to assess the relationships between these constructs. The findings confirmed a significant positive relationship between learning outcomes and employability skills, with career guidance acting as a crucial mediator. The study suggested that vocational colleges should prioritize the development of clear, industry-aligned learning outcomes and invest in comprehensive career guidance services to enhance graduate employability skills in the competitive e-commerce sector. By aligning educational programs with labor market demands, policymakers can ensure that graduates are well-prepared for the workforce, thereby fostering sustainable development in China\u27s vocational education system. ABSTRAK Kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengkaji kesan hasil pembelajaran dan bimbingan kerjaya terhadap kemahiran kebolehpasaran graduan kolej vokasional di China yang menumpukan kepada pengkhususan e-dagang rentas sempadan. Penyelidikan ini digerakkan oleh ketidakpadanan sedia ada antara kemahiran graduan dan keperluan pasaran buruh, yang semakin ketara akibat kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi. Walaupun kajian lepas telah meneroka kesan langsung hasil pembelajaran dan bimbingan kerjaya terhadap kemahiran kebolehpasaran, masih terdapat jurang dalam memahami peranan bimbingan kerjaya sebagai pemboleh ubah pengantara dalam konteks ini. Kajian ini bertujuan menangani jurang tersebut dengan meneliti pengaruh hasil pembelajaran terhadap kemahiran kebolehpasaran serta menilai peranan bimbingan kerjaya sebagai pengantara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sebanyak 280 soal selidik yang sah telah dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan PLS-SEM bagi menilai hubungan antara konstruk-konstruk ini. Dapatan kajian mengesahkan wujudnya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara hasil pembelajaran dan kemahiran kebolehpasaran, dengan bimbingan kerjaya berperanan penting sebagai pengantara. Kajian ini mencadangkan agar kolej vokasional memberi keutamaan kepada pembangunan hasil pembelajaran yang jelas serta sejajar dengan industri, di samping melabur dalam perkhidmatan bimbingan kerjaya yang menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan kemahiran kebolehpasaran graduan dalam sektor e-dagang yang kompetitif.     Gender-Based Assessment of Indigenous People towards Conservation, Management, and Perception in Taguibo Watershed, Butuan City, Philippines

    The Taguibo Watershed is a key biodiversity area in Caraga Region, providing a source of water to the entire city of Butuan. A gender-based analysis of Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in Taguibo watershed aims to determine the socioeconomic, conservation, environmental management practices and perception of male and female respondents. Following a mixed-method approach, the data were gathered through the use of structured survey questionnaires, key informant interviews, and validation through a focus group discussion. Data were analyzed using Spearman Correlation to determine the relationship. A total of 323 IP respondents, 113 (35%) were male and 210 (65%) were female. Most had low education and family income, high percentage of the occupation were housewives and farmers. Gender had a very highly significant (p.<0001) relationship on occupation, but household members (p 0.4460), educational attainment (p 0.0335), and family income (p 0.1299) have no significant relationship. The study reveals that gender should not be a basis for determining one’s ability to participate in the conservation and effective management of the Taguibo Watershed. Respondents expressed confidence that continued direct management and conservation of the watershed by members of the indigenous cultural community can lead to sustainable outcomes
