    This paper considers the change of the samurai's premises in Edo-machi and Otsukaiban-cyo, referring to the 'FUKUI JOUKA-EZU'. Kami-Edo-machi and Naka-Edo-machi was performed allotment of the premises with the marriage of 'KATSUHIME' in Keicho 16 years. There were many premises substitutes of Kami-Edo-machi immediately after 'KATSUHIME' migrated to Edo for Genna 9 years. The allotment of the premises site of Otukaiban-cyo had a big changed after the salary reduction of Jokyo 3 years.     Disaster Detection of the Iwate-Miyagi Nairiku Earthquake in 2008 by using Satellite Remote Sensing

    The Iwate-Miyagi Nairiku earthquake of magnitude 7.2 on the Richter scale occurred in the Tohoku district in Japan on June 14, 2008. It caused many landslides, debris flows, etc. in the mountainous area. This paper describes the detection and analysis of seismic disasters in Iwate prefecture and Miyagi prefecture by using the satellite data of ALOS-PRISM/AVNIR-2/PALSAR. True-color, false-color, NDVI and pan-sharpen- true-color images are made by using AVNIR-2 and PRISM data. The composite color image, in which R is the PALSAR image after earthquake, and G and B are the PALSAR images before earthquake, is made. Main target sites are Aratozawa-dam area which was seriously damaged by the landslide, and Komanoyu-onsen area which was attacked by the huge debris flow from Mt.     The off the Pacific Coast of Tohoku Earthquake (Mw9.0) occurred in Tohoku Province (including Tokyo Metropolitan area), Japan, at 14:46 on March 11, 2011. The number of victims and missing people was nearly 20,000. JMA seismic intensity 7 was recorded in Kurihara city. Damage of some bridges which were located on the coast were developed by great tsunami. On the Kesen Bridge which is located in Rikuzen-Takada, the superstructure washed away by tsunami. Based on the field investigation, damage of some typical bridges and their restoration (after seven months, October, 2011) are presented in this report.departmental bulletin pape

    Change of Structure in Carbon Steels by Heat Treatment

    We examined the change in metallurgical structure of cold-rolled carbon steels by heat-treatment. Specimens were three kinds of carbon steel of S10C, S25C and S50C. After repeating cold-rolling and heat-treatment at 700℃ or 900℃ in the atmosphere, the steel sheets were about 2mm in thickness. The oxide film on the surface was removed by mechanical abrasion, and the steel sheets were heat-treated at 700℃ or 900℃ in a vacuum. The steel sheets were cold-rolled to 0.5mm in thickness, and cut in size of 5mm×20mm. After the heat-treatment at 100-900℃ in a vacuum, The chemical etched surface of the specimens was observed by using scanning electron microscope. And, we measured Vickers hardness and X-ray diffraction pattern for the heat-treated specimens. The change in metallurgical structure of the carbon steel specimens was discussed on the basis of the heat-treatment temperature dependence of the Vickers hardness and the half-value width of the Fe(311) X-ray diffraction peak obtained by analyzing the X-ray diffraction pattern.departmental bulletin pape

    We report the design and manufacture of experimental apparatus for students. This experimental apparatus is aimed to be used in the experiments of forced excitation of one degree freedom spring-mass system. After a theoretical examination, experiments are made for confirmation. First, the frequency response curves are obtained theoretically. Second, the experiments are conducted with the new experimental apparatus. The experiment gives a good account of its nature not only qualitatively but quantitatively. It will be possible to obtain a value close to the theoretical result, if our students carry out their experiments carefully.departmental bulletin pape

    Effect of chelating agents on preconcentration of trace heavy metals in aqueous solutions by thermoresponsive polymer-mediated extraction

    In the preconcentration of trace heavy metals in aqueous solutions with poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm), the effect of chelating agents on the enrichment of analytes was investigated. The use of 8-Quinolinol (Oxine) instead of ammonium 1-pyrrolidinedithiocardamate (APDC) enabled ca. 80-fold and 56-fold enrichment for Cr and Cu, respectively. The preconcentration factors improved compared to previously obtained values by using APDC (ca. 38 fold for Cr and ca. 44 fold for Cu). This enhancement seems to be due to the decrease in the loss of metal chelates during the measurement of graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Since the loss, however, cannot be completely suppressed even by using Oxine, further investigation such as the use of different chelating agents is required for practical applications of the proposed method.departmental bulletin pape

    We studied the present and future situation of the power generation in Japan, from the view point of the issue of the fossil fuel depletion and the global warming, the accident of Fukushima nuclear power plant, the substantial introduction of alternative energy such as photovoltaic power, and the influence of the energy situation changes on Japanese industries and society. We also analyzed and characterized the power generation systems such as thermal power plant, nuclear power plant and photovoltaic power plant by using the index of the utilization rate of the plants. The utilization rate is determined by counting the time of periodical inspection and trouble shutdown, the decrease of operation rate corresponding of daily and seasonal demand variation, and weather dependence in case of photovoltaic and wind power generation.departmental bulletin pape

    福井工業大学大学院工学研究科博士(工学)2012本論文では,離散事象システムのモデルとして理論/応用の両面で有用とされるペトリネットについて,その数学的解析の基本となる状態方程式について考察し,Fourier-Motzkin 法およびその改良によって,ペトリネットの状態方程式の解の表現ならびに従来の方法では得られなかった解が新たに求められることを明らかにするほか,本来,離散事象に対するものとして提案 されたペトリネットの概念を一般化した時間なし連続ペトリネットについても解析を行っている.また,IT 社会の急速な進展に伴い,ますます重要度が増しているプログラムの生産性向上の技術のうち,プログラムの自動生成について取り上げ,その試作システムの構築を行っている.さらに試作したプログラム自動生成システムの運用において必須となるモジュールの入出力条件のチェックにペトリネットを利用する手法を開発し,その有用性を実証している.doctoral thesi
