Ohara village is a mountain village of the special heavy snowfall area in the valleys of the Ishikawa prefectural border. There are only two residents in this village, so it is thought that there will be no settlement in the near future. In this paper about approach of starry sky tourism in the Katsuyama, Kitadani-Cho Ohara Village. A total of three starry sky tourism tour were conducted in 2017 and 2018, 2019, with the main theme being starry sky. Three tour are the questionnaire favorable opinion a lot, was a very meaningful tour. Therefore, this study was able to develop a starry sky tourism system. In the future to continue to provide continuous support.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on Utilization of Local Ports for Streamlining Logistics - Focusing on Container Cargoes -
Recently, the major ports in Japan such as Tokyo, Yokohama, Kobe and Osaka are so intense congested that the logistics operators are faced with difficulty to distribute their commodity and goods. On the other hand, local ports are not so congested. In this paper, the authors estimate logistics costs in surrounding area of Tsuruga port when container cargoes shift from major ports to local port by applying optimization problem. The authors indicate that the logistics operators are enable to reduce their transportation costs by utilization of Tsuruga port, but actually they utilize the major ports. Therefore, the authors analyze correlation between container cargo handling volume of local ports and size of regional economic on their hinterland and examine the practical reason not to utilization of local ports.departmental bulletin pape
Photo Ionization of 5-Methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b] benzothiazole
Photoionization of tricyclazole(5-Methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]benzothiazole: TCA) of typical agricultural chemical was achieved with two-photon two-step excitation by using 266-nm laser pulse irradiation in the presence of cyclodextrins (CDs). Ionization of TCA within the laser flash (5 ns) produced a radical cation of TCA and hydrated electrons. The ionization quantum yield (Φion) of TCA in the presence ofα-, β-and γ-CD calculated to be0.27%,0.21%,0.44%, respectively, and it is due to the property of the TCA/CDs inclusion complex. The Φion of TCA in the presence of CDs (1.0×10-2M)was independent of the fluorescence lifetime. In the case of CD concentration effect, Φion of TCA/β-and γ-CD were dependent on the fluorescence lifetime. Additionally, we observed the different phenomena of florescence spectra of TCA/CDs. Presence results indicate that intramolecular charge transfer state(ICT) of TCA/CDs is significantly related due to confinement by the cyclodextrin nanocavities. These results suggest the possibility of the photolysis of molecular with ICT such as agricultural chemicals in aqueous solution by using TPI of UV light irradiation.departmental bulletin pape
Time Series Analysis of Daily Restaurant Sales: Extraction of Trend, Day-of-the-Week Effect, and Rain Effect
Daily sales of restaurants are affected by several factors such as a day of the week, holidays, and the weather. Therefore, a model decomposing a time series of sales into such factors would definitely be useful. The present study proposes a quantitative model for daily sales of a restaurant based on a state-space model framework, which helps in objectively understanding the characteristics of restaurant sales that were previously discussed only through on-site intuitions. In addition, this model was applied for three years to the daily sales data of a restaurant located adjacent to Fukui station. As a result, the trend was found to be significantly upward during the summer and year-end but declined during the autumn. It was also found that weather may significantly depress a restaurant's sales.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of Wearing a Compression Undershirt during Exercise on the Autonomic Nervous System
The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of wearing a compression undershirt during exercise on the autonomic nervous system. Ten male students at Fukui University of Technology volunteered to be subjects in this study. The control experiment was done by determining the effect of wearing a compression undershirt on the autonomic nervous system at rest. The actual experiment was done by determining the effects of wearing a compression undershirt while thesubjects did push-ups, squats, and a low-intensity exercise. It was found that by wearing a compression undershirt, the strain degree of the parasympathetic nerve decreases, and the strain degree of the sympathetic nerve increases, more during push-up exercises. A low-intensity exercise increases the strain degree of the sympathetic nerve by wearing a compression undershirt even though the low-intensity exercise stimulates the parasympathetic nerve. This study was supported by a research grant from Fukui University of Technology and was orally presented in the briefing session of the Special Research Funds in Fukui University of Technology held on March 18,2020.departmental bulletin pape
Consideration on foot posture evaluation at ball impact of soccer instep kicking
During instep kicking in soccer, it is important to use the correct foot posture of the swing leg. This includes tilting the foot, plantar flexing the ankle joint, and turning the dorsum of the foot forward at ball impact. Therefore, in this study, we proposed a method to quantitatively evaluate the foot posture during soccer instep kicking. Three-dimensional coordinates of the lateral malleolus, lateral rear of the shoe, and lateral front of the shoe at ball impact were obtained using two cameras and the three-dimensional DLT method. From these three points, we constructed three axes to determine the foot posture. We quantified the foot posture based on the orientation of the three axes. Our results indicate that this evaluation method allows us to elucidate some patterns of the foot posture during soccer instep kicking.departmental bulletin pape
Estimation of Cable Tensions of Cable-stayed Bridge using Vibration Method and PSO
In the maintenance and management of the cable-stayed bridges, it is important to measure the cable tension and to maintain the cable tensions within permissible errors for the designed cable tensions. In this study, a reliable method to estimate the cable tensions of cable-stayed bridge is proposed by using the natural frequency and PSO. The natural frequency is measured by the vibration method. The cable tensions are identified by using the least-square method and PSO. The effectiveness and usefulness are illustrated by applying the method to the Bandai bridge (PC pedestrian cable-stayed bridge) in Echizen city.departmental bulletin pape
Topo-logical Study of “Oku" on the Place of Deathbed in the classical literature (2), in case of the “Sanuki no Suke Nikki vol.II"
In this study (2), “Sanuki no Suke Nikki(diary) vol.II" as a text, we also try to explore the mentality of the Dwelling from the point of view of “Oku" mentality. After the death of the Emperor Horikawa, the court lady Nagako agreed to serve the new Emperor Toba, a boy of four. “Nikki vol.II" is made up of her reminiscences of Horikawa in the place of new Court, so complexed Time, one of the elements of four “Oku" mentality, is watched out especially in this article. In “vol.I", characteristic Space spreading own outside is found out, then in “vol.II", characteristic Time spreading own inside is drawn out. And also the relationship between Space and Time is verified by “Oku" at the same time.departmental bulletin pape

The necessity of introducing experiments and phenomena that align students' interests.
An important things in physics education today is to keep students interested. For students to even understand the material qualitatively, it is necessary to develop a method of teaching that links the material to natural phenomena. Many children are familiar with playing with tops, and there are similar natural phenomena to this, such as the rotation of the earth, that may interest students. Also to explain rotational movement, it was found that the idea of preserving angular momentum was easy for students to understand, even if they were taught at an early stage. This paper will introduce the Motor Boomerang as a teaching material that can be demonstrated in small rooms and classrooms.departmental bulletin pape
