How should Japanese GAAP be ? : Looking to the future of IFRS after the withdrawal from EU by UK
Get PDF英国によるEU離脱・米国におけるトランプ大統領誕生といった、世の中の予測に反する出来事が相次いでいる。英国によるEU離脱を、IFRSに引き寄せると次の問題意識が生じる。第1に、個別のIFRSに対する問題意識である。英国とEUの離脱交渉は2年、あるいはそれ以上かかると言われている。このような状況において、予想される為替や株価の変動といった資本市場の不確実性が、個別のIFRSにおける見積りに、どのような影響を与えるだろう。第2に、IFRS全体に対する問題意識である。域内国境のない地域創設や経済通貨統合を通じた、経済的・社会的発展というトップダウン型理念に基づいて組成されたEUから英国が離脱を決めたことは、財務諸表の透明性や比較可能性の向上が、利用者の経済的意思決定に資するというトップダウン型理念に基づくIFRSに、どのような影響を与えるだろう。確かに、英国によるEU離脱で、英国上場企業が連結財務諸表の作成・開示において、直ちにIFRS を使わなくなるわけではない。しかし、EU離脱後のIFRS改正時には、EUと英国で判断が異なり、IFRSといっても、実質的に別の会計基準となる可能性もある。この点、IFRSを任意適用する日本は、EUが承認したIFRSではなく、金融庁が承認したIFRSを適用している。したがって、英国によるEU離脱の影響を直ちに直接受けるわけではない。しかし、世界中どの国でも同じ物差しというIFRSの規範は、見直しを余儀なくされ得る。であれば、今のうちに、英国によるEU離脱後のIFRSの行く末を見据えて、日本基準のあり方を検討しておく必要があるのではないか。そこで、本稿においては、先ず、英国による EU離脱を概観する。次に、IFRSにおける EU離脱の影響を検討する。最後に、IFRSにおけるEU離脱の影響を踏まえた日本基準のあり方とその土台になるものを示し、結びに代える。departmental bulletin pape

地域包括支援センター看護職の職種間協働におけるケアマネジメント業務の役割認識と帰属意識の変容プロセス
Get PDF目的：地域包括支援センター看護職の職種間協働におけるケアマネジメント業務の役割認識と帰属意識の変容プロセスを明らかにした概念モデルを作成する。 方法：地域包括支援センターの実務経験4年以上の看護職10名を対象に半構成的面接にてデータを収集し、修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて分析した。 結果：24概念、2サブカテゴリー、9カテゴリーから構成される概念モデルが作成された。地域包括支援センターの看護職は、【円滑な職種間協働を図るための調整】を行い、【職種間の統合】と【職種間の専門性の融合】を循環する職種間協働のプロセスを展開し、【内蔵化された看護専門性機能】を保持する【包括的役割に（への）変容】していた。【他職種と融合する意識に（の）変容】し、【看護職の帰属意識の満ち欠け】を調節する帰属意識の変容プロセスを経ながら、【ケアマネジメント業務へのスライディング・ジレンマ】の陥りから【試行錯誤する帰結のないケアマネジメントに（への）定住】する業務の役割認識の変容プロセスを辿っていた。 考察：「地域包括支援センター看護職の職種間協働における役割認識と帰属意識の変容プロセス」の概念モデルが作成されたと考える。
Purpose: To create a conceptual model that clarifies the transformation process in the recognition of roles in care management work and sense of belonging of nursing professions in interprofessional collaboration at Community Comprehensive Care Centers (CCCC). Method: A modified grounded theory approach was used to analyze the data collected through semi-structured interviews of 10 nursing profession subjects with at least 4 years of practical experience in CCCC. Results: A conceptual model was created consisting of 24 concepts, 2 sub-categories, and 9 categories. A CCCC nursing professional performs “coordination to achieve smooth interprofessional collaboration,” develops circulatory interprofessional collaboration process for “unification between specialists” and“fusion of the special between specialists,” and conducts “the transformation to comprehensive roles” to maintain the “built-in nursing specialized functions.” While passing through the “transformation in the recognition of the fusion among specialists” and the sense of belonging transformation process that adjusts the “rise and fall of the sense of belonging of nursing professionals” we pursued the transformation process in role recognition for the work of “settling into care management without going through trial and error” from falling into the “sliding dilemma to the care management work.” Observation: We think we have created a conceptual model for the roles recognition and sense of belonging transformation process in the interprofessional collaboration among CCCC nursing professionals.departmental bulletin pape
Development and Application of the interface MEISEN (Manual Exploratory Interface on the Simple Evolutionary Network)
Get PDF本論文では、インタラクティヴな相互作用によって目的物を探索する手動型探索インタフェースMEISEN（Manual Exploratory Interface on the Simple Evolutionary Network）を開発し、その応用としてメディアアート作品を創作する試みについて述べている。探索過程にメタフォリカルな表現を取り入れ、感覚的・感性的なものをヴィジュアルに作り出す。仮想世界とのインタラクティヴな身体的動作をきっかけとして、作品との間に感覚を通じて関係を作り出し、この関係性を利用してある状況を設定し、現実世界との間に存在する経験や体験を想起しうる。本作品の課題は、探索という知的な所作に、群馬県の近代化を支えた養蚕、製糸、絹織物業といった一連の蚕糸・絹業をメタファとした感覚・感性を導入し、インタラクティヴィティの中に両者を位置付けることにある。本研究では、インタフェースMEISENを実装した、群馬県内の温泉地を探索する作品OSA（Onsen SeArch）を創作した。体験者はメインストーリーで群馬県内にある豊富な温泉地を探索しつつ、バックストーリーで蚕糸・絹業体験を辿ることができる。メインストーリーとバックストーリーを紡ぐことによって、探索目的に沿った温泉地を探索できるとともに、探索履歴である鮮やかな銘仙を織り出すことができる。
This paper describes a trial to create a manual exploratory interface named MEISEN (Manual Exploratory Interface on the Simple Evolutionary Network) as a Media Art work. MEISEN has metaphoric expression in a search process and creates sensitivity-like things visually. The explorer can create relations through a sense between MEISEN in physical movement by the interaction to the virtual world. The explorer can set the situation in which this relationship is used and can remember existing experiences between the real world. I will introduce the sense that assumed the sericultural industry that supported the modernization of Gunma as a metaphor into a search process, and the purpose of the study is to place both in interactivity. In this study, I have created the work (OSA: Onsen SeArch) which searched for a hot spring resort in Gunma based on the concept of MEISEN. The explorer can do a sericulture experience in a back story while searching for a hot spring resort in a main story. The explorer can search for the hot spring resort along the search purpose by spinning a main story and back story and can weave the bright meisen silk cloth which is a search history.departmental bulletin pape
