Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali
No full textAbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi, serta motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali. Populasi yang dipakai ialah karyawan pada Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 33 karyawan. Data dianalisis memakai Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Korelasi Parsial, Korelasi Berganda, serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil yang didapatkan, yakni (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) secara simultan kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanMengacu pada hasil, bisa disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi, serta motivasi sangat berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali.Kata kunci:Â Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan Restoran.AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance at Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali. The population in this research is the employees of Chez Gado-Gado Restoran, Seminyak, Bali and a sample of 33 is drawn. Data is analyzed using the multiple linear regression test, the partial correlation analysis, the multiple correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study found that (1) the leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (2) the communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance (3) the motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and (4) the simultaneous leadership, communication, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali
No full textAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian melibatkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24.00 for Windows dengan analisis Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Analisi Uji T-test, dan Analisis Uji F-test. Uji Hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,394 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,155 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05 , disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 11,566 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan secara simultan motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai F-hitung 190,733 > nilai F-tabel 2,30 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas, Badung, Bali.Kata kunci:Â Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance at Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali by using quantitative methods. No full textAbstrakPerkembangan sistem informasi dan komunikasi di era saat ini memberikan pengaruh besar pada penerapan sistem informasi dan komunikasi di berbagai bidang, salah satunya sistem rekam medis rumah sakit. Peneliti menemukan sistem rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Buleleng masih menggunakan metode manual. Waktu penyediaan rekam medis pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng masih mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian maka dibuat sistem rekam medis elektronik berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre experimental design pre test post test dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji usability sebesar 83.6% atau dapat diklarifikasikan sangat baik. Hasil analisis uji bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxondengan nilai sebesar 0.00 < 0.05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adanya efektifitas penggunaan sistem rekam medis elektronik pasien rawat jalan berbasis web terhadap waktu penyediaan rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng.AbstractThe development of information and communication systems in the current era has a major influence on the application of information and communication systems in various fields, one of which is the hospital medical record system. Researchers found that the medical record system at Buleleng General Hospital still uses the manual method. The time for providing outpatient medical records at the Buleleng Regency General Hospital is still experiencing delays. To answer the research questions, a web-based electronic medical record system was created. This study uses a pre experimental research design pre test post test with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the usability test value is 83.6% or can be classified as very good. The results of the bivariate test analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a value of 0.00 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study is the effectiveness of the use of a web-based outpatient electronic medical record system on the time of providing medical records at the Buleleng Regency General Hospital
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Mutu Rekam Medis Pasien Rawat Jalan Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam di RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar
No full textAbstrakBerdasarkan data 200 rekam medis yang diteliti menemukan kelengkapan rekam medis terdapat persentase lengkap 110 (55%) dan tidak lengkap 90 (45%), untuk keakuratan rekam medis yang akurat 172 (86%) dan tidak akurat 28 (14%), untuk ketepatan waktu presentase tepat 184 (92%) dan terlambat 16 (8%), dan aspek hukum yang sesuai 174 (87%) dan tidak sesuai 26 (13%). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu rekam medis poliklinik Penyakit Dalam di RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Rancangan Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitik kuantitatif, dengan jenis cross sectional dan pengelolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji univariat dan uji bivariat dengan chi-square. Berdasarkan 4 kriteria analisis kuantitatif, ditemukan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang signifikan kelengkapan nilai p value 0,000<0,05, keakuratan nilai p value 0,001<0,05, Ketepatan waktu pengembalian nilai p value 0,375>0,05, dan aspek hukum nilai p value 0,000<0,005 pada mutu rekam medis Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam di RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar.AbstractThe quality of medical records is a step towards improving health services for both individuals and groups in accordance with the expected health outcomes and in accordance with the latest professional knowledge. No full textAbstrakBarong bangkung merupakan barong dengan bentuk seperti induk babi yang pemujaannya berupa ngelawang (datang ke depan pintu gerbang atau lawang rumah-rumah penduduk). Saat menari barong bangkung, penari membutuhkan daya tahan kardiorespirasi yang baik agar lincah dalam menari dengan membawa beban kostum barong bangkung serta gerakan yang dinamis. Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi (VO2maks). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh dengan Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi (VO2maks) pada penari barong bangkung di Sekaa Demen Barong Bale Agung, Banjar Bale Agung, Cemagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dengan sampel berjumlah 17 orang. Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi didapat dengan Tes Lari 2,4 Km dan Indeks Massa Tubuh didapatkan dengan mengukur berat badan (kg) serta tinggi badan (m2). Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.952. hal ini menunjukkan terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh dengan Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi pada penari barong bangkung di Sekaa Demen Barong Bale Agung. When dancing barong bangkung, dancers need good cardiorespiratory endurance to be agile in dancing by carrying the weight of the barong bangkung costume and dynamic movements. Body Mass Index (BMI) is one of the factors affecting Cardiorespiratory Endurance (VO2max). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Body Mass Index and Cardiorespiratory Endurance (VO2max) in barong bangkung dancers at Sekaa Demen Barong Bale Agung, Banjar Bale Agung, Cemagi. This study uses a simple random sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria with a sample of 17 people. Cardiorespiratory endurance was obtained by 2.4 km running test and body mass index was obtained by measuring body weight (kg) and height (m2). The results of the study used the Pearson product moment correlation test with a significant value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of -0.952. This shows that there is a significant negative correlation between Body Mass Index and Cardiorespiratory Endurance in barong bangkung dancers at Sekaa Demen Barong Bale Agung. It can be concluded that the higher the BMI value, the Cardiorespiratory Endurance will decrease
ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN METODE DCT DENGAN DWT PADA CITRA MEDIS

Very many benefits are offered in the use of telemedicine, as well as time, cost and effort effectiveness. Medical image plays an important role in the interests of learning, medical analysis and diagnosis Medical images that have a large size takes time in the process of sending data. The importance of image compression is how a large image can be changed in terms of file size but does not eliminate the important information contained in the image so that the data transmission process can be more effective and not spend a lot of resources. The purpose of this research is membadingkan two methods of image compression that is DCT and DWT where the parameter measured is the compression ratio and compression process time. this research shows that DWT method is better than DCT in x-ray image with ratio compression ratio with average 91,99% for DWT method and 91,96%, for process time method DWT is superior with average 2,45 second and method DCT of 52.62 seconds.Keywords : DCT, DWT, Compression, Telemedicine.ABSTRAKTelemedicine dapat dianggap sebagai alat yang dapat membantu banyak orang yang menderita berbagai masalah kesehatan. Citra medis memegang peranan penting dalam kepentingan pembelajaran, analisa dan diagnosa medis Citra medis yang memiliki ukuran yang besar memerlukan waktu dalam proses pengiriman data. Pentingnya dilakukan kompresi citra adalah bagaimana suatu citra yang besar dapat dirubah dari segi ukuran filenya namun tidak menghilangkan informasi penting yang terdapat pada citra tersebut sehingga proses pengiriman data dapat lebih efektif dan tidak menghabiskan sumber daya yang banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membadingkan dua metode kompresi citra yaitu DCT dan DWT dimana parameter yang diukur adalah rasio kompresi dan waktu proses kompresi. penelitian ini bahwa metode DWT lebih baik daripada DCT pada citra x-ray dengan perbandingan rasio kompresi dengan rata – rata 91,99% untuk metode DWT dan 91.96%, untuk waktu proses metode DWT lebih unggul dengan rata-rata 2,45 detik dan metode DCT sebesar 52,62 detik.Kata kunci : DCT, DWT, Kompresi, Telemedicin

Many product advertisers want to convey a message to their viewers tobe the center of attention, one of which is Wardah beauty products. A product that uses the "halal" labeland often includes religious elements such as Muslim models. Wardah cosmetic products try to conveya message to viewers about beauty through Wardah advertisement that women can have an impact andbenefit in all aspects of life ranging from the environment, social, to others, even the world. This articlediscusses the effects of visual advertising from the Wardah brand of cosmetic products on Indonesianwomen, particularly Generation Z women. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach by usingvisual analysis on the video advertising and interviewing targeted participants from five IndonesianGeneration Z women and then comparing, combining, conceptualizing and drawing conclusions fromthe interview results using SWOT analysis approach. The population in this study were all consumers who were not identified in the Janar Vape Batubulan. Samples were taken using a purposive using a purposive sampling method in order to obtain 96 respondents as the sample. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficients of t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS 23.00 software (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customers Satisfaction, Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and simultaneous service quality and Promotion have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on Janar Vape Batubulan.Keywords : Service Quality, Promotion, Customer SatisfactionABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah menelaah Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Janar Vape Batubulan.
