El docente como gestor de procesos didácticos socioeducativos: una familia - una universidad
Get PDFThis research emerges impregnated with a deep halo of complexity, which seeks to rethink the work of educational organizations in times of crisis under a hegemonic vision of education and of life itself. It starts from a conception of education as a training activity, permanent, with meaning, transcendental to the current situation of being, according to Balza (2008), an education "that permeates and models the multidimensionality of the human being", therefore that this is conceived in an integral way, as a whole that is nourished by the concurrence and contributions of the sociocultural and socio-pluricultural disciplines, therefore, transdisciplinarity, according to Nicolescu (1996), is to understand the unreality of reality from the unity of knowledge. However, the inter-problematic most felt in this context is directly associated with the teacher as a manager of processes, to mediate in the construction of a family - a university. The methodology is based on the qualitative paradigm of a comprehensive nature, under a phenomenological perspective based on the hermeneutical method, and documentary review and unstructured interview will be used as techniques. To compile the information, 4 teachers from different states of the Nation will be selected. The information will be recorded in descriptive matrices to proceed to its respective categorization and carry out the analysis that will later lead to the hermeneutical interpretation of unreality to reality. The results yielded will finally allow grounded theorizing, in order to generate a theoretical corpus as a new knowledge.Esta investigación emerge impregnada con un profundo halo de complejidad, que busca el repensar del quehacer de las organizaciones educativas en tiempo de crisis bajo una visión hegemónica de la educación y de la vida misma. Se parte de una concepción de la educación como actividad formativa, permanente, con sentido, trascendental a la propia situación actual del ser, a decir de Balza (2008), una educación “que permea y modela la multidimensionalidad del ser humano”, por lo que ésta es concebida de manera integral, como un todo que se nutre de la concurrencia y aportes de las disciplinas socioculturales y sociopluriculturales, pues, la transdisciplinariedad, según Nicolescu (1996), es comprender la irrealidad a la realidad desde la unidad del conocimiento. No obstante, la inter-problemática más sentida en este contexto está directamente asociada al docente como gestor de procesos, para mediar en la construcción de una familia – una universidad. La metodología se fundamenta en el paradigma cualitativo de naturaleza comprensiva, bajo una perspectiva fenomenológica sobre la base del método hermenéutico, y se emplearán como técnicas la revisión documental y la entrevista no estructurada. Para compilar la información se seleccionarán 4 docentes de diferentes estados de la Nación. La información se registrará en matrices descriptivas para proceder a su respectiva categorización y realizar el análisis que posteriormente conducirá a la interpretación hermenéutica de la irrealidad a la realidad. Los resultados arrojados, finalmente permitirán la teorización fundamentada, con la finalidad de generar un corpus teórico como un nuevo conocimiento

Clampaje tardío del cordón umbilical como factor protector de anemia neonatal
Get PDFObjective: To analyze whether late clamping of the umbilical cord is protective factor of neonatal anemia, as it is favorably considered that this procedure improves hemoglobin levels in the short and medium term, however in our environment there are no published works in this regard. Material and Methods: Observational analytical cohort study. This study was conducted in EsSalud Trujillo hospitals between January and October of 2018, randomly selecting 196 newborns, which were divided into two groups of 98 neonates according to whether or not they had late clamping of the umbilical cord at birth. We measure hemoglobin in both groups, the first after birth and after the month of birth. Results: The data obtained indicate that neonates who had late clamping have a probability of 9,11 of not having neonatal anemia with respect to those who did not have late clamping X2 = 109,3128; p = 0,0000; RR = 9,11; I.C. 95 % (4,86 – 17,08). Conclusion: The late clamping is a protective factor of neonatal anemia.Objetivo: Analizar si el clampaje tardío del cordón umbilical es factor protector de anemia neonatal, pues se plantea favorablemente que dicho procedimiento mejora los niveles de hemoglobina en el futuro a corto y mediano plazo, sin embargo, en nuestro medio no existen trabajos publicados al respecto. Material y Métodos: Estudio observacional analítico tipo cohorte. Se realizó en hospitales de EsSalud Trujillo entre Enero y Octubre del 2018, seleccionando de forma aleatoria 196 recién nacidos, los cuales fueron divididos en dos grupos de 98 neonatos según hayan presentado o no clampaje tardío del cordón umbilical al nacer. Se midió la hemoglobina en ambos grupos, la primera luego del nacimiento y posteriormente al mes de nacido. Resultados: Los datos obtenidos indican que los neonatos que tuvieron clampaje tardío tienen una probabilidad de 9,11 de no tener anemia neonatal respecto a los que no tuvieron clampaje tardío X² = 109,3128; p = 0,0000; RR = 9,11; I.C. 95 % (4,86 – 17,08). Conclusión: El clampaje tardío es factor protector de anemia neonatal
Producción científica de instituciones de salud nivel III en Scopus. Región La Libertad. Perú, 2010 – 2019
Get PDFObjective: To analyze the scientific production in Scopus of the level III health institutions in the La Libertad Region in Perú during the period 2010-2019. Material and Methods: A bibliometric analysis of the scientific production of the health institutions of the third level of attention of the La Libertad Region in Perú during the years 2010 - 2019 having as a reference source the information from the Scopus bibliographic database. They were included: Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital (TRTH), Belén de Trujillo Hospital (BTH), Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital (VLEH) and Virgen de la Puerta High Complexity Hospital (VPHCH). Results: No institutional affiliation record was found for HBT. HRDT had the highest scientific production with 33 articles, followed by VLEH and VPHCH with 6 and 5 publications respectively. The most frequent subject area was medicine, in the same way the original articles, according to type of document. According to the country of origin of the journals where the academic manuscripts were published, Spain, Perú and Chile, ranked first 3 with 10, 6 and 5 scientific articles respectively. Conclusion: According to the affiliation established by the authors during the study period, the scientific production of level III health institutions in the La Libertad Region is low, with HRDT being the hospital with the largest number of academic publications; however, there is a progressive upward trend.Objetivo: Analizar la producción científica en Scopus de las instituciones de salud nivel III en la Región La Libertad en Perú durante el periodo 2010 – 2019. Material y Métodos: Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico de la producción científica de las instituciones sanitarias del tercer nivel de atención de la Región La Libertad en Perú durante los años 2010 – 2019 teniendo como fuente referencial la información de la base de datos bibliográfica Scopus. Fueron incluidos: Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo (HRDT), Hospital Belén de Trujillo (HBT), Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray (HVLE) y Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta(HACVP). Resultados: No se halló registro de filiación institucional del HBT. HRDT tuvo la mayor producción científica con 33 artículos, seguido de HVLE y HACVP con 6 y 5 publicaciones respectivamente. El área temática más frecuente fue medicina, de igual forma los artículos originales, según tipo de documento. Según el país de origen de las revistas en donde fueron publicados los manuscritos académicos, España, Perú y Chile, ocuparon los 3 primeros lugares con 10, 6 y 5 artículos científicos en forma respectiva. Conclusión: Según la filiación consignada por los autores durante el periodo de estudio, la producción científica de las instituciones de salud nivel III en la Región La Libertad es baja, siendo el HRDT el nosocomio con mayor cantidad de publicaciones académicas; sin embargo, existe una tendencia progresiva al alza

The exercise of Family Medicine demands a swap of the biomedical model to the biopsychosocial and hold on supports such as being full, continuous, coordinated in the assistance and advice to the family. At present, this subject, like the CP in health, is more important than before.En la Residencia de la Especialidad de Medicina Familiar se aprende a reconocer a los enfermos como personas y no como un conjunto de afecciones, a relacionarse con personas de manera global en sus distintas ciclos de vida, a solucionar casi la totalidad de la consulta en Atención Primaria (AP) y congruentemente mermar la cantidad de referencias; siendo así, una especialidad orientada en la AP, ofrece vigilancia integral al enfermo y su familia en el entorno de la colectividad, la cual en nuestro país se inició en 1989. Hallazgo de Cultura infantil: Poemas iniciales didácticos de Vallejo
Get PDFThe magazine, Cultura Infantil represents an icon of the cultural, literary and educational life of Peru. Valuable intellectuals such as César Vallejo, Alcides Espelucín, Juan Espejo Asturrizaga, among others, collaborated in this magazine. The HBLL Library of Brigham Young University has had custody of this collection since October 22, 2019, becoming the only library in the world, to date, wich has the complete collection, previously lost to the world for a long time. My intention is to make public this world finding, of which rescue, I am proud to say, I was a participant. In this work I am going to analyze some representative poems of the poetic-educational poetry that Vallejo published in Cultura Infantil magazine between 1913 and 1914. In this work, the poet leaves a didactic lesson through his poetry. The author of Trilce recreates, from his initial works, the beloved land, the deceased brother, mother nature, etc., which are part of his poetry and his later work. These poems are evidence that, since Vallejo’s early writings, in addition to poetry, he ventured into other literary genres. Vallejo’s poems published in Cultura Infantil, already show themes and symbols the poet used repeatedly in his subsequent work, such as water, rain, walk, tears, cemetery, family, etc. The lyrical speaker goes on a physical and metaphorical journey, where in addition to exploring unknown places, he becomes a spiritual guide who guides and teaches the listener, the inner child and the reader.La revista Cultura infantil, representa un ícono de la vida cultural, literaria y educativa del Perú. En esta revista colaboraron valiosos intelectuales como César Vallejo, Alcides Espelucín, Juan Espejo Asturrizaga, entre otros. La biblioteca HBLL de Brigham Young University custodia esta colección desde el 22 de octubre de 2019, constituyéndose en la única biblioteca, en el mundo, que posee, hasta la fecha, la colección completa que ha estado perdida por mucho tiempo. Mi intención es hacer público este hallazgo mundial, para cuyo rescate fui participante. En este trabajo voy a analizar algunos poemas representativos de la poesía poética-educacional que Vallejo publicó en Cultura infantil entre 1913 y 1914, en los cuales el vate, deja una lección didáctica a través de su poesía. El autor de Trilce recrea desde sus obras iniciales, la tierra amada, el hermano muerto, la naturaleza etc. que forman parte de su poesía y de su obra posterior. Estos poemas son evidencia que, desde los escritos tempranos de Vallejo, se van germinando otros géneros literarios, en los cuales incursionó Vallejo, además de la poesía. En los poemas de Vallejo publicados en Cultura infantil ya se van cociendo temas y símbolos que usó el vate reiterativamente en su poesía posterior como: el agua, la lluvia, el ande, las lágrimas, el cementerio, la familia etc. El hablante lírico realiza un viaje físico y metafórico, donde además de explorar lugares ignotos, se convierte en un guía espiritual que orienta y enseña al oyente niño interior y al recepto
Programa de desarrollo personal para el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en los estudiantes de secundaria
Get PDFThe educational system has structured and organized each one of the aspects to be developed for the integral formation of the students in the secondary level, within them it considers the development of social skills, as part of the profile to be achieved in the students of this level, Applying various strategies. In this context, the present study aims to determine the effects of the personal development program for the development of the social skills of secondary school students. The study was applied, pre experimental design. The population was constituted by 782 and the sample by 636 students of the public educational institutions that belong to the UGEL N ° 1 of San Juan de Miraflores. Data collection was carried out in two questionnaires, validated by the trial of 05 experts, with a reliability of 0.7. The results of the personal development program in the development of social skills were significant according to the Cohen index: In assertiveness an average effect was achieved with 0.49, a medium effect was communicated with 0.38 and a large effect was made with 0.69.El sistema educativo tiene estructurado y organizado cada uno de los aspectos a desarrollar para la formación integral de los estudiantes en el nivel secundaria, dentro de ellos considera el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales, como parte del perfil a lograr en los estudiantes de este nivel, aplicando diversas estrategias. En este contexto el presente estudio plantea como objetivo determinar los efectos del programa de desarrollo personal para el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales de los estudiantes de secundaria. El estudio fue aplicado, de diseño pre experimental. La población estuvo constituida por 782 y la muestra por 636 estudiantes de las instituciones educativas públicas que pertenecen a la UGEL N° 1 de San Juan de Miraflores. La recolección de datos se realizó con dos cuestionarios, validados por juicio de 05 expertos, con una confiabilidad de 0.7; los resultados del programa de desarrollo personal en el desarrollo de habilidades sociales fueron significativos conforme al índice cohen: En asertividad se logró un efecto medio con 0.49, comunicación un efecto medio con 0.38 y toma de decisiones un efecto mayor con 0.69
Paradigma sociocrítico en investigación
Get PDFThis article aims to analyze the socio-critical paradigm in its relationship with scientific research, which is why the paradigm is previously defined as the representation of the commitment of the members of a scientific community with a way of exercising or guiding scientific practice. Likewise, it seeks to conceptualize the socio-critical paradigm, which is based on social criticism with a tendency to self-reflection, understanding that knowledge is built on the basis of concerns that arise from the needs of certain social groups (Maldonado, 2018), where Unlike the positivist paradigm, the researcher is no longer just an observer to become a generator of change that facilitates social transformations. On the other hand, the origins, position of authors, characteristics, principles and applications in different specialties are analyzed. Finally, the conclusions seek to reflect on the applicability of the socio-critical paradigm in our society.El presente artículo pretende analizar el paradigma sociocrítico en su relación con la investigación científica, por ello previamente se define el paradigma como la representación del compromiso de los integrantes de una comunidad científica con una forma de ejercer o guiar la práctica científica. Asimismo, se busca conceptualizar el paradigma sociocrítico, el cual se sustenta en la crítica social con tendencia a la autorreflexión, entendiendo que los conocimientos se construyen en base a inquietudes que surgen de las necesidades de determinados grupos sociales (Maldonado, 2018) en donde el investigador a diferencia del paradigma positivista deja de ser solo un observador para convertirse en un generador de cambio que facilite las transformaciones sociales. Por otro lado, se analiza los orígenes, postura de autores, características, principios y aplicaciones en distintas especialidades. Finalmente, a través de las conclusiones se busca reflexionar acerca de la aplicabilidad del paradigma sociocrítico en nuestra sociedad

Evaluación del desempeño docente en instituciones educativas públicas
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to identify significant differences regarding the evaluation of teacher performance between participants and non-participants of the Second Specialty Program in Primary Education Didactics in those in public educational institutions belonging to UGEL No. 01, year 2019, is of comparative descriptive level, whose design is non-experimental and of a transversal nature, ex post facto. For this, a class observation sheet was designed, a data collection instrument, which was made up of 26 single response items on a Likert scale, its design was made taking into account the Good Teacher Performance Framework (MBDD) . The intentional non-probabilistic sample consisted of 72 teachers of the primary level in public institutions, belonging to UGEL No. 01 of Metropolitan Lima, Peru. The results found show significant differences in teacher performance in both groups compared. It also shows that there are differences between the two domains: a) Preparation for student learning, and, b) Teaching for student learning.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general identificar diferencias significativas respecto a la evaluación del desempeño docente entre los participantes y no participantes del Programa de Segunda Especialidad en Didáctica de la Educación Primaria en las en las instituciones educativas públicas pertenecientes a la UGEL N° 01, año 2019, es de nivel descriptivo comparativo, cuyo diseño es no experimental y de naturaleza transversal, ex post facto. Para ello, se diseñó una ficha de observación de clase, instrumento de recogida de datos, la cual estuvo conformada por 26 ítems de respuesta única en una escala de Likert, su diseño se hizo teniendo en cuenta el Marco de Buen Desempeño Docente (MBDD). La muestra no probabilística intencional estuvo conformada por 72 docentes del nivel primaria en instituciones públicas, pertenecientes a la UGEL Nº 01 de Lima Metropolitana, Perú. Los resultados encontrados evidencian diferencias significativas en el desempeño docente en ambos grupos comparados. Asimismo, se demuestra que existen diferencias entre los dos dominios: a) Preparación para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, y, b) Enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes
