Get PDFThe research had the general objective of proposing a competitive strategy to improve the quality of service of the private company For the practical contribution, Parasuraman\u27s theory is based. The population was made up of all the people who acquire a product or service in the company San José- Movistar Chiclayo. Considering the indicated, the population is infinite, having as sample 196 clients. The research was descriptive proactive; To determine the instrument\u27s reliability coefficient, it was analyzed using the cronbach alpha, resulting in 0.870; For the procedure, the statistical program SPSS 25.0 and EMP were used. Finding the following results: In table 6, with respect to the quality of services, it is 57%, indicating the quality of the services of the Movistar company, they are not effectively in all aspects, so they evaluate it now the lowest in the aspect of quality, as there is also another part of the clients that evaluate the quality of services of the Movistar company high at a high level, which concludes that the majority of the client population are dissatisfied with the quality of services provided by said company.La investigación tuvo como objetivo general proponer una estrategia competitiva para mejorar la calidad de servicio de la empresa privada. Para el aporte práctico está basada teoría de Parasuraman. La población estuvo conformada por todas las personas que adquieren un producto o servicio en la empresa San JoséMovistar Chiclayo. Considerando lo indicado la población es infinita, teniendo como muestra 196 clientes. La investigación fue descriptiva propositiva; para determinar el coeficiente de confiabilidad del instrumento, se analizó mediante el alfa cronbach teniendo como resultado 0.870; para el procedimiento se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS 25.0 y EMP. Encontrando los siguientes resultados: En la tabla 6 , con respecto a la calidad de servicios es un 57% indica que la calidad de servicios de la empresa Movistar no están eficaz en todos los aspectos es así que lo evalúan ahora lo más bajo en el aspecto de calidad, como también hay otra parte de los clientes que evalúan su calidad de servicios de la empresa Movistar alta, que da la conclusión que la mayoría de la población de clientes están insatisfechos con la calidad de servicios que brinda dicha empresa

Tiene como objetivo general: analizar las particularidades de los alumnos con bajo aprovechamiento académico en la Escuela Primaria “Cató” en la ciudad de Sumbe. Get PDFThe triumph of the Cuban Revolution in 1959 was immediately followed, in an unprecedented social turmoil, by its process of radicalization. The first law of the cultural nature of the Cuban Revolution would be destined to the foundation of the Cuban Institute of the Art and Industry of Cinema (ICAIC) and created national cinematography of unquestionable aesthetic values and own identity. A relevant characteristic of Cuban cinema in general and of Cuban fiction cinema, in particular, is its vocation for history. In this article, the authors refer to the legitimacy of the use of cinematographic works as historical documents, set out their own methodology for determining the historical information contained in a work of cinematographic fiction, and outline the historiographic value of Cuban cinematographic fiction production between the 1960s and 1990s.El triunfo de la Revolución Cubana en 1959 fue sucedido inmediatamente, en torbellino social sin precedentes, por su proceso de radicalización. La primera ley de carácter cultural de la Revolución Cubana, estaría destinada a la fundación del Instituto Cubano del Arte y la Industria Cinematográficos (Icaic) y gestó una cinematografía nacional de indudables valores estéticos e identidad propia. Una característica relevante del cine cubano en general y del cine cubano de ficción en particular es su vocación por la historia. En el presente artículo los autores refieren la legitimidad del uso de las obras cinematográficas como documentos históricos, exponen una metodología propia para determinar la información histórica contenida en una obra cinematográfica de ficción y exponen de manera general el valor historiográfico de la producción cinematográfica de ficción cubana entre los años 1960 y 1990
El impacto psicológico de la cuarentena por covid-19 en un grupo de adultos peruanos
Get PDFThe objective was to determine the psychological impact of the COVID-19 quarantine in a group of Peruvian adults. It was a basic study, descriptive-correlational level, non-experimental design and cross-sectional. 35 subjects of both sexes participated, from 22 to 87 years old, both from Lima and the provinces. For this purpose, the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) was used, which consists of 7 items from 0 to 3 (Likert type), which includes two aspects: symptoms and disability associated with the disorder. The results indicated that there is a feeling of anxiety among the surveyed subjects due to quarantine (45.7%) and with respect to the fact of staying home for quarantine, this appears as a protective factor against the anxiety experienced by the participants (OR = 0.084, 95% CI = 0.008 -0.839).El objetivo fue determinar el impacto psicológico de la cuarentena por COVID-19 en un grupo de adultos peruanos. Fue un estudio básico, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental y de tipo transversal. Participaron 35 sujetos de ambos sexos, de 22 a 87 años, tanto de Lima como de provincias. Para tal fin, se utilizó la Escala para el trastorno de ansiedad generalizada (GAD-7) que consta de 7 ítems de 0 a 3 (tipo Likert), que incluye dos aspectos: síntomas y discapacidad asociada al trastorno. Los resultados señalaron que existe una sensación de ansiedad entre los sujetos encuestados debido a la cuarentena (45.7%) y con respecto al hecho de quedarse en casa por cuarentena, este aparece como un factor protector contra la ansiedad experimentada por los participantes (OR = 0.084, IC 95% = 0.008 - 0.839)
Escala de Comunicación Familiar (FCS)
Get PDFOne of the most important systems in society is the family, and with it the communication that arises between members. For this reason, the psychometric evidence of the Family Communication Scale (FCS) was analyzed. The sample was of 210 Peruvian university students, 46.19% were from public universities and 53.81% were from private universities. The sample was made up of 44.29% men and 55.71% women, with participants from the Costa region(85.25%), Sierra (11.44%) and Selva (3.31%). The reagents indicated appropriate adjustment indexes. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) showed the validity of the internal structure and the unidimensionality of the scale, providing the following results: X2= 79,370, gl =35, X2/gl = 2.26, IFC = .945, TLI = .929, RMSEA = .078, SRMR = .046. In turn, the FCS scale has a positive correlation with the family functioning scale and need for social approval; however, it has an inverse relationship with the filio-parental violence scale. On the other hand, the reliability was of α .939 and ω of .94, thus representing the validity of the instrument. Finally, invariance was presented, taking into account gender and university management, resulting in participants understanding and responding similarly to the questionnaire.Uno de los más importantes sistemas en la sociedad, es la familia, y con ella la comunicación que surge entre los miembros. Por tal motivo, se analizó las evidencias psicométricas de la Escala de Comunicación Familiar (FCS). La muestra fue de 210 estudiantes universitarios peruanos, el 46.19% fue de universidad pública y el 53.81% fue de universidad privada, la cual estuvo conformada por 44.29% hombres y 55.71% mujeres, teniendo como participantes en la región Costa 85.25%, Sierra 11.44% y Selva 3.31%. Los reactivos indicaron unos apropiados índices de ajuste, además, el análisis factorial confirmatorio (AFC) evidenció la validez de la estructura interna y la unidimensionalidad de la escala, proporcionando los siguientes resultados: X2= 79.370, gl =35, X2/gl = 2.26, CFI = .945, TLI = .929, RMSEA = .078, SRMR = .046. A su vez, la escala FCS tiene una correlación positiva con la escala de funcionamiento familiar y necesidad de aprobación social; sin embargo, presenta una relación inversa con la escala violencia filio parental. Por otro lado, la confiabilidad fue de α .939 y ω de .94, representando de esta forma la validez del instrumento. Finalmente, se presentó invarianza, tomando en cuenta el sexo y gestión de universidad, dando como resultado que los participantes entendieron y respondieron de forma similar el cuestionario

A Spanish psychometric publishing house currently has more than800 titles of valid and reliable instruments; a local website of Lima, Peru, has drawn up a list containing1,479 instruments; and another website presents a list of 5247 titles of psychometric and projectivetests. The authors propose an improved system of nomination or qualification of psychological tools,using as a reference the fourteen most popular instruments among clinic, educational and organizationalpsychologists.Los test, escalas, inventarios y pruebas son herramientas útiles en psicología para recolectar datosprecisos y cada semestre aumenta el vademécum de instrumentos psicométricos y proyectivos; pero losautores de estas herramientas presentan tantas singularidades e imprecisiones al momento de titularsus propias creaciones que hacen colapsar el tradicional sistema de clasificación de instrumentos. Aislamiento de cepas fúngicas de una poza de relaves para la biorremediación de plomo y cadmio
Get PDFEnvironmental contamination by heavy metals represents a serious problem for humans and the ecosystem due to its degree of toxicity, which is why it is necessary to have treatment alternatives for its disposal. The bioremediation process of the lead (II) and cadmium (II) metals was carried out; through the use of native fungi isolated from the oxidation pool of the metallurgical laboratory of the National University of San Agustín, Arequipa - Peru; in Sabouraud dextrose and potato dextrose broth culture media, the fungal strains were cultivated to carry out the lead (II) and cadmium (II) removal tests, a batch system was used and the removal percentage was determined. Rhizopus sp and Aspergillus niger were isolated and identified; in the removal tests it was determined that Rhizopus sp was the strain that most removed the lead (II) in 86.39 %, cadmium (II) in 69.23 % and the mixture in 74.82 %. On the other hand Aspergillus niger removes lead (II) in 74.19 %, cadmium (II) in 44.72 % and the mixture in 66.90 % and for the biomass consortium Aspergillus niger-Rhizopus sp removes lead (II) in 84.17 %, cadmium (II) in 43.42 %, and the mixture at 53.43 %. Rhizopus sp and Aspergillus niger fungal biomass efficiently removes lead (II) and cadmium (II) metals, representing a potential alternative for bioremediation processes.La contaminación ambiental por metales pesados representa un problema grave para el ser humano y el ecosistema por su grado de toxicidad, es por ello que es necesario tener alternativas de tratamiento para su disposición. Se realizó el proceso de biorremediación de los metales plomo (II) y cadmio (II); mediante el empleo de hongos nativos aislados de la poza de oxidación del laboratorio metalúrgico de la Universidad Nacional de San Agustín, Arequipa – Perú; en medios de cultivo Sabouraud dextrosa y caldo papa dextrosa se cultivaron las cepas fúngicas para realizar los ensayos de remoción de plomo (II) y cadmio (II), se trabajó en sistema batch y se determinó el porcentaje de remoción. Se logró aislar e identificar a Rhizopus sp y Aspergillus niger; en los ensayos de remoción se determinó que Rhizopus sp fue la cepa que más removió plomo (II) en 86,39 %, cadmio (II) en 69,23 % y la mezcla en 74,82 %. Por otra parte Aspergillus niger remueve plomo (II) en 74,19 %, cadmio (II) en 44,72 % y la mezcla en 66,90 % y para el consorcio de las biomasas Aspergillus niger-Rhizopus sp remueve plomo (II) en 84,17 %, cadmio (II) en 43,42 %, y la mezcla en 53,43 %. La biomasa fungal de Rhizopus sp y Aspergillus niger remueven eficientemente los metales de plomo (II) y cadmio (II), representando una alternativa potencial para procesos de biorremediación
