The study examined the effect of system and technology risk on the organizational performance of selected commercial banks in Anambra State, Nigeria. The population of the study was three hundred and twenty (320) employees of the selected banks in Anambra. 300 copies of the questionnaire were returned and certified fit for the study. Census method was employed because of the manageable size of the population. Descriptive survey design was employed in the collection of data which were analyzed using correlation analysis, and the hypotheses were tested at a 5% level of significance A five-point Likert structured questionnaire was deployed in eliciting data from the respondents. The Cronbach Alpha was used to determine the reliability of the instrument. The Cronbach Alpha value of 0.637 and 0.694 respectively were obtained. The study employed Regression method to determine the effect of operational risk management and performance of selected commercial banks understudy. System and technology risk has a t-statistics of -3.014 and a probability value of 0.003 which is statistically significant. Thus, we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternate hypothesis which states that system and technology risk has a significant effect on organizational performance of selected commercial banks in Anambra State, Nigeria. Therefore, the study recommended that, the management of banks should institute measures on system access and navigation, as well limit system abuse by staff and bank customers. This could be made manifest by establishing data protocols with authorized access to information on the system

Specifically, it determined the relationship that exists between flexible work hours and job satisfaction in pharmaceutical firms as well as the relationship that exists between compensation system and quality service delivery in pharmaceutical firms of Anambra State. This study employed a descriptive survey research design and was anchored on Equity Theory by John Adams (1963). The population of the study was 549 out of which 231 was the sample size derived using Taro Yamane Technique. Data were collected from respondents with the aid of a structured questionnaire. The collected Bio data were analysed using descriptive statistics of frequency tables, percentages and arithmetic mean while hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, version 27). Hypothesis one revealed that flexible work hours had a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction in the studied pharmaceutical firms with r = 0.874 n = 202 and p-value of 0.031 (p<0.05). Hypothesis two also indicated that there is a positive significant relationship between compensation system and quality service delivery in the pharmaceutical firms with r = 0.923, n = 202, and p-value of 0.026 (p<0.05). Hence, the study concluded that there is a positive relationship between reward management and employee performance in pharmaceutical firms in Anambra State, Nigeria. It was therefore recommended that pharmaceutical firms give employees flexible work hours as a reward to boost job satisfaction which will lead to client satisfaction. The study population was 1005 while the sample size was 286 determined using Taro Yamane’s Statistical formula. Data were collected using structured questionnaire and were analyzed using Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient while the hypotheses were tested using .05 level of significance. From the findings, it was shown that there was a significant positive relationship between information overload and emotional exhaustion in deposit money banks in Anambra State (r =.966, P-value = < .05). It was therefore concluded that technostress has a significant relationship with employee engagement in money deposit banks in Anambra State. Hence, the study recommends that the management of the studied organizations should try to regulate the amount and types of work related information the employees are exposed to within the work premises to avoid them being overwhelmed by information thereby causing emotiona
