Item availability may be restricted - (login required for Holmesglen staff and students)This paper discusses how e-learning resource development and delivery (RDD) is managed using 'The Cascading Professional Development (PD) Model' at Holmesglen Institute of TAFE (HIT) an Australian Vocational Education and Training Institute in Melbourne. The paper provides reasons for selecting 'The Cascading PD Model' and describes the implementation process that embedded the management functions within the ELF role. The model was adopted as a strategy to embed e-learning within main stream learning. 'The Cascading PD Model' assisted in generating an active group of e-learning facilitators (affectionately known as ELFs) who orchestrate within their teaching centres to promote and implement e-learning.Holmesglen Vocational CollegeHolmesglen InstituteCharles Sturt Universit
