Planejamento estratégico: o caso do Minimercado Bom Dia Ltda
Full text linkCompetitiveness in the supermarket sector refers to the need of using strategic planning for obtaining bigger competitive advantage. Considering this, this study realization has as its mains objective to develop strategic planning for the Minimercado Bom Dia Ltda, considering its business environment. For that, the methodology used was qualitative, quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research, characterizing a case study, from collecting data and information along with the manager and the customers of the Minimercado. From the results, it was developed a mission and the business view, as well as the analysis of the internal and external environment, resulting in the identification of the strategic maintenance posture. Besides that, the establishment of objectives, goals and strategies, along with the action plan, which enabled an orientation for the Minimercado to adopt a strategic planning tool and, then, obtain better results.A competitividade no setor supermercadista remete à necessidade de utilização de um planejamento estratégico para a obtenção de maior vantagem competitiva. Frente a isso, a realização desse estudo tem como principal objetivo elaborar o planejamento estratégico para o Minimercado Bom Dia Ltda, considerando seu ambiente de negócios. Para tanto, utilizou-se como metodologia de estudo, a realização de uma pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, exploratória e descritiva, caracterizando um estudo de caso, a partir da coleta de dados e informações junto ao gestor e aos clientes do Minimercado. A partir dos resultados encontrados, foi desenvolvida a missão e visão do negócio, bem como a análise do ambiente interno e do ambiente externo, resultando na identificação da postura estratégica de manutenção. Ademais, o estabelecimento de objetivos, metas e estratégias, juntamente com o plano de ação, possibilitaram uma orientação para que o Minimercado possa adotar a ferramenta de planejamento estratégico e, assim, obter melhores resultados
Avaliação das propriedades do Aço inoxidável 304 de baixa espessura, após soldagem TIG
Full text linkThis work evaluates the mechanical and microstructural properties of low-thickness 304 stainless steel, subjected to the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process. Using an ER308L electrode and autogenous welding, samples of 304 stainless steel were analyzed to understand the effects of these welding techniques on the characteristics of the material. The results indicate that TIG welding, with both methods, significantly impacts steel properties, such as corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and ductility. The microstructural analysis revealed changes in the grains and the formation of intermetallic phases, highlighting the importance of a detailed post-welding evaluation. It is concluded that TIG welding can substantially change the properties of thin 304 stainless steel, being crucial for the optimization of industrial processes.Este trabalho avalia as propriedades mecânicas e microestruturais do aço inoxidável 304 de baixa espessura, submetido ao processo de soldagem Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG). Utilizando um eletrodo ER308L e solda autógena, foram analisadas amostras de aço inoxidável 304 para compreender os efeitos dessas técnicas de soldagem nas características do material. Os resultados indicam que a soldagem TIG, com ambos os métodos, impacta significativamente as propriedades do aço, como resistência à corrosão, resistência mecânica e ductilidade. A análise microestrutural revelou mudanças nos grãos e a formação de fases intermetálicas, evidenciando a importância de uma avaliação detalhada pós-soldagem. Conclui-se que a soldagem TIG pode alterar substancialmente as propriedades do aço inoxidável 304 de baixa espessura, sendo crucial para a otimização de processos industriais
Uma visão sobre as “Diretas Já” através do jornal A Tribuna (1983-1984)
Full text linkThe analysis of speeches published in the press is essential to understand not only historical events, but also the representations and interpretations that were constructed in certain contexts. In this sense, this research aims to central objective to analyze the speeches published in the newspaper A Tribuna about the movement of Diretas Já, which marked the Brazilian political period, specifically in the months of November from 1983 to April of the following year. Based on this theme, we propose to answer the following question: How did the newspaper A Tribuna approach the Diretas Já movement (1983-1984) in his speeches and what was his position and influence in this political context specific? Thus, assuming that newspapers are not merely storytellers, but builders of meanings and interpretations, it is believed that speeches reported by the newspaper A Tribuna during the Diretas Já period, reflect no
only the textual content related to facts that occurred, but also to visions and political and ideological positions of that time. As a basis for carrying out this research, primary sources will be used such as editions of the newspaper A Tribuna, documents historical references to the Diretas Já movement, and secondary sources that address the Brazilian political history from a perspective of the 1980s and the press' dealings with History. The methodology used will be Discourse Analysis, to search for the different speeches that the newspaper A Tribuna issued about Diretas Já.A análise dos discursos veiculados na imprensa é fundamental para compreendermos não apenas os acontecimentos históricos, mas também as representações e interpretações que foram construídas em determinados contextos. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo central analisar os discursos publicados no jornal A Tribuna sobre o movimento das Diretas Já, que marcou o período político brasileiro, especificamente nos meses de novembro do ano de 1983 ao mês de abril do ano seguinte. A partir dessa temática, nos propomos a responder a seguinte pergunta: Como o jornal A Tribuna abordou o movimento das Diretas Já (1983-1984) em seus discursos e qual foi a sua posição e influência nesse contexto político específico? Deste modo, partindo do pressuposto de que os jornais não são meios meramente contadores de história, mas construtores de significados e interpretações, acredita-se que os discursos noticiados pelo jornal A Tribuna durante o período das Diretas Já, refletem não apenas o conteúdo textual relacionado a fatos ocorridos, mas também a visões e posicionamentos políticos e ideológicos daquela época. Como base para a realização desta pesquisa, serão utilizadas fontes primárias como edições do jornal A Tribuna, documentos históricos referentes ao movimento das Diretas Já, e fontes secundárias que abordem a história política brasileira numa perspectiva da década de 1980 e do trato da imprensa com a História. Violência institucional nos crimes de estupro
Full text linkThe study aimed to analyze institutional violence in rape crimes, based on the bias of law 14,321/2022. In a practical way, the research was based on primordial assumptions, namely, the explanation of how institutional violence occurs, the conceptualization of revictimization and negative influence in the face of new complaints, also explaining consent and possible restriction of defense. The study is about the law and its effectiveness. The results highlight the need for complaints to combat crime, with the device in question being a great ally, with unique importance for building security and respect. By ensuring dignified and specialized treatment, with competent professionals, it is possible to increase the number of criminal communications. Thus, the justification for the research is to explain the function of the norm, to understand that its use does not cause a restriction on the adversarial process and broad defense, but leads to criminal action respecting the principle of human dignity.O estudo objetivou analisar a violência institucional nos crimes de estupro, delimitando-se sobre o viés da lei 14.321/2022. De modo prático, a pesquisa fundou-se em pressupostos primordiais, sendo eles, a explicação de como ocorre a violência institucional, a conceituação da revitimização e influência negativa frente novas denúncias, explicado também sobre o consentimento e possível cerceamento de defesa. O estudo é sobre a lei e sua eficácia. Os resultados evidenciam a necessidade de denúncias para combater o delito, sendo o dispositivo em pauta um grande aliado, com importância ímpar para construção de segurança e respeito. Garantindo um tratamento digno e especializado, com profissionais competentes, é possível aumentar o número de comunicações criminais. Dessa forma, a justificativa da pesquisa, é explicar a função da norma, compreender que sua utilização não causa cerceamento do contraditório e ampla defesa, mas conduz a ação penal em respeito ao princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana
Análise dos limites de aplicação do legítimo interesse para o tratamento de dados no Brasil à luz da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados
Full text linkThis scientific article analyzes the limits of data processing in the Brazilian legal system against the LGPD. It is a relevant topic due to the competence given to the ANPD. The methodology used is qualitative applied research, with descriptive objectives and bibliographical research. By objectives, we sought to analyze the application of the legal method of data processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the fragility of the principle compared to user privacy. The topic for debate is justified, due to the
technological advancement of relationships, which generated new ways of protecting the fundamental rights of privacy and intimacy. It is concluded that there was a deficiency in the construction of the LGPD, with efficient mechanisms not being created in the protection of personal data, and opening space for interpretations, therefore demanding legislative change, that aims to seek express and unequivocal consent, efficiently safeguarding the rights constitutional rights of the citizen.Este artigo científico analisa os limites do tratamento de dados no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro
frente à LGPD. É temática de relevância em razão da própria competência que é dada à ANPD. A metodologia utilizada é a qualitativa de pesquisa aplicada, com objetivos descritivos e pesquisa bibliográfica. Por objetivos, buscou-se analisar a aplicação do modo legal de tratamento de dados com base no legítimo interesse, bem como a fragilidade do princípio em comparação à privacidade do usuário. Justifica-se a temática para debate, devido ao avanço tecnológico das relações, que geraram novas formas de tutelar os direitos fundamentais da privacidade e intimidade. Conclui-se, que houve deficiência na construção da LGPD, não sendo criado mecanismos eficientes na proteção dos dados pessoais, e abrindo espaço para interpretações, demandando portanto alteração legislativa, que vise buscar o consentimento expresso e inequívoco, resguardando de maneira eficiente os direitos constitucionais do cidadão

Full text linkThis article aims to find ways to involve the community in the process of protection of children and adolescents in foster care situations. The study provides a historical analysis of the Doctrine of the Irregular Situation in opposition to the Doctrine of Integral Protection, seeking to explain how the Family Reception provided for in the Law, as well as revealing the importance of the family for development psychological, emotional, physical and intellectual of children and adolescents in the development phase. It is understood that Family Reception is a more efficient option, to the detriment of Institutional Reception, due to its form of private and individualized care within a family. This institute provides care for children in vulnerable situations and their reintegration, when possible, into their family of origin, helping them their needs, in order to minimize the problems that caused the separation.O presente artigo tem como objetivo encontrar formas de envolver a comunidade no processo de
proteção de crianças e adolescentes em situações de acolhimento. O estudo traz uma análise histórica da Doutrina da Situação Irregular em contraposição à Doutrina da Proteção Integral, buscando explicar como funciona o Acolhimento Familiar previsto na Lei, bem como, revelando a importância da família para o desenvolvimento psíquico, emocional, físico e intelectual das crianças e adolescentes em fase de desenvolvimento. Entende-se que o Acolhimento Familiar é uma opção mais eficiente, em detrimento ao Acolhimento Institucional, devido a sua forma de atendimento particular e individualizado em uma família. Esse instituto proporciona o cuidado dos infantes em situação de vulnerabilidade e a sua reintegração, quando possível, à família de origem, auxiliando-os nas suas necessidades, a fim de minimizar as problemáticas causadoras da separação
Aplicabilidade da prisão preventiva de ofício na Lei Maria da Penha – Lei nº11340/06
Full text linkThis work proposes to examine the consequences of the changes promoted by the Anti-Crime Package in relation to the Maria da Penha Law and the autonomy of the individuals involved, through the method of bibliographic procedure and hermeneutic approach method. Law No. 13,964/2019 implemented changes to the national legal system that negatively affected the autonomy and protection system for women, established by Law No. 11,340/2006. The new distribution of responsibilities among judges in criminal proceedings, specifically the figure of the guarantee judge, could be harmful for women victims of violence, unless the guarantee judge also has specialization in the area. Preventive detention, provided for in article 20 of Law 11,340/2006, was not implicitly annulled and must be adjusted to article 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, allowing the judge to order preventive detention on his own initiative at any stage of the criminal process.Este trabalho propõe-se a examinar as consequências das alterações promovidas pelo Pacote Anticrime em relação à Lei Maria da Penha e à autonomia dos indivíduos implicados, através do método de procedimento bibliográfico e método de abordagem hermenêutico. A Lei nº 13.964/2019 implementou alterações no sistema legal nacional que afetaram negativamente a autonomia e o sistema de proteção destinado às mulheres, estabelecido pela Lei nº 11.340/2006. A nova distribuição de responsabilidades entre os juízes no processo penal, especificamente a figura do juiz de garantias, pode ser prejudicial para as mulheres vítimas de violência, a menos que o juiz de garantias também tenha especialização na área. A prisão preventiva, prevista no artigo 20 da Lei 11.340/2006, não foi implicitamente anulada e deve ser ajustada ao artigo 311 do Código de Processo Penal, permitindo que o juiz ordene a detenção preventiva por iniciativa própria em qualquer etapa do processo penal
UPF Campus VR: uma experiência virtual, imersiva e interativa na Universidade de Passo Fundo
Full text linkThe use of Virtual Reality as a marketing and tourism tool tends to create public empathy. Students interested in getting to know a university campus could have the opportunity to visit infrastructure spaces virtually, obtaining information about the courses offered in a different way, in addition to captivating the curiosity of the general public. With this in mind, this work presents the UPF Campus VR, a prototype that uses Virtual Reality devices and interaction techniques for 3D interfaces that provide the experience of an immersive visit to the University of Passo Fundo campus. It was developed using resources from the Unity game engine, the XR Interaction Toolkit package, and the Blender modeling tool. The work also carried out a pilot study to evaluate the UPF Campus VR, using technology acceptance instruments (5-point scale) and user experience (7-point scale). Eight volunteer participants took part in the experiment. The evaluations were very positive, highlighting the solution's ease of use (x = 4.50), its usefulness as a tool to support dissemination (x = 4.75), and original application aspects (x = 6.50) and interesting (x = 6.88) in user experience. The differentiators of the proposed approach are its availability as a virtual and immersive advertising tool, and significant advantages in terms of interactivity and engagement.O uso da Realidade Virtual como ferramenta de marketing e turismo tende a criar empatia do público. Estudantes interessados em conhecer um campus universitário poderiam ter a oportunidade de visitar espaços de infraestrutura virtualmente, obtendo informações acerca dos cursos oferecidos de forma diferenciada, além de cativar a curiosidade do público em geral. Com isso em mente, este trabalho apresenta o UPF Campus VR, um protótipo que utiliza dispositivos de Realidade Virtual e t´técnicas de interação para interfaces 3D que proporcionam a experiência de uma visita imersiva ao campus da Universidade de Passo Fundo. Ele foi desenvolvido usando recursos da game engine Unity, do pacote XR Interaction Toolkit, e da ferramenta de modelagem Blender. O trabalho também realizou um estudo piloto para avaliar o UPF Campus VR, usando instrumentos de aceitação de tecnologia (escala de 5 pontos) e de experiência de usuário (escala de 7 pontos). Oito participantes voluntários participaram do experimento. As avaliações foram muito positivas, destacando a facilidade de uso da solução (x = 4,50), a utilidade como ferramenta de apoio à divulgação (x = 4,75), e aspectos de aplicação original (x = 6,50) e interessante (x = 6,88) na experiência do usuário. Os diferenciais da abordagem proposta são a disponibilidade como ferramenta virtual e imersiva de publicidade, e vantagens significativas em termos de interatividade e engajamento e agachamento

Full text linkThe present study seeks to analyze the use of photographic recognition to obtain evidence and the consequences that the incidence of false memories can cause for the procedural outcome and even for
possible conviction of the individual being investigated in a given criminal case. In that regard, it is necessary to discuss the evolution of the production of evidence in the criminal sphere, as well as understand how human memories are formed, taking into account all the elements that can influence the report of the witness or victim, so that the evidence collected is, above all, free from defects or propensities for a given person. This is how it becomes visibly necessary to analyze the possible occurrence of false memories and their influence on the criminal process, especially when it comes to authorship criminal.O presente estudo busca a análise quanto ao uso do reconhecimento fotográfico para obtenção de prova e os reflexos que a incidência de falsas memórias podem causar para o deslinde processual e até mesmo para eventual condenação do indivíduo que está sendo investigado em determinada demanda criminal. Nesse sentido, mostra-se necessário discorrer acerca da evolução da produção das provas no âmbito penal, bem como entender como se dá a formação das memórias humanas, levando em consideração todos os elementos que podem influenciar o relato da testemunha ou vítima, afim de que a prova colhida seja, sobretudo, livre de vícios ou propensões à determinada pessoa. É dessa forma que se torna visivelmente necessária a análise da possível ocorrência de falsas memórias e a sua influência no processo penal, principalmente em se tratando da autoria delitiva
Sistema robótico de separação de peças têxteis baseado em reconhecimento de cor
Full text linkThis paper presents the development of a prototype for the automated identification and separation of fabric pieces in the textile industry. The main functionalities of the system are described, including the use of color sensors, an adapted suction mechanism and a multi-axis robot managed by a microcontroller, in addition to the materials used and details of the operating logic. Finally, the results obtained in the tests performed and suggestions for future improvements are presented.O presente trabalho apresenta o desenvolvimento de um protótipo para a identificação e separação automatizada de peças de tecido na indústria têxtil. São descritas as principais funcionalidades do sistema, incluindo o uso de sensores de cor, um mecanismo de sucção adaptado e um robô multi-eixo
gerenciado por microcontrolador, além dos materiais utilizados e detalhes da lógica de funcionamento. Ao final, são apresentados os resultados obtidos nos testes realizados e sugestões para aprimoramentos futuros
