AN ANALYSIS OF RANDOMIZED CONTROL TRIALS OF MICROBIOME ALTERATION AND DIET IN GASTRIC CANCER IN HUMANS-A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
Gastric cancer (GC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality. Growing evidence links diet and the gut microbiome to GC risk and outcomes. Systematic search of PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane CENTRAL, and Web of Science (January 2000–June 2025) following PRISMA 2020. RCTs in adults with GC or precancerous lesions evaluating H. pylori eradication, vitamins/garlic, fiber, probiotics, or synbiotics were included. Quality was appraised with the Jadad tool. Five RCTs (from 410 records) show that 2-week H. pylori eradication lowers gastric cancer incidence and mortality, with vitamin C/E/selenium and aged garlic adding mortality benefits especially in nutritionally vulnerable or non-drinkers. Perioperative fiber-enriched nutrition plus probiotics reduced diarrhoea and length of stay; multistrain probiotics improved inflammatory, immune, and nutritional markers and restored beneficial taxa. In precancerous lesions, a 12-week high-fiber diet increased SCFA-producing bacteria and reduced inflammation. Overall quality was moderate to high. Microbiome and dietary interventions—especially early H. pylori eradication, perioperative fiber/probiotics, and long-term micronutrient/garlic supplementation—offer clinically meaningful benefits across GC prevention and care. Effects appear modified by lifestyle behaviors (smoking, alcohol). Future multicentre RCTs should standardize microbiome endpoints, stratify by baseline nutrition and risk behaviors, and test individualized, microbiome-guided strategies. Clinical integration appears feasible and low risk.

SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING CREATIVE ABILITIES IN STUDENTS
In the field of pedagogy at the global level, a lot of research is carried out on the issues of the development of creative abilities of students of general educational institutions. Today, it is necessary to introduce innovations that are widely used on a global scale into educational processes, scientifically substantiate the methods of developing creative abilities in students, introduce and improve the methods of creative teaching appropriate to the system of public education.
This article covers the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of students ' creative abilities in secondary schools, the feedback of scientists who conducted scientific research on this issue, the creation of sufficient conditions for students to think creatively in the process of creative teaching, the development of opportunities, the stimulation of various new ideas and opinions expressed by students.

EXPLORING THE AWARENESS ABOUT THE RISK INVOLVED IN LONGER USAGE OF BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES
In our society today, many people of all ages use Bluetooth wireless headphones as a means of communication and entertainment. It has evolved into a trendy and fashionable device that allows you to enjoy your music without the distraction of tangled cords. The study aimed to find the customer’s buying preference on different brands, duration of usage and its impact. Descriptive research design was the method employed for this research with the sample size of 102 respondents. In this study convenience sampling was used among the students in the selected Chennai region. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The data was tabulated and analyzed for logical statements using chi-square and regression.
The study found that there is an association between the gender and the preferred Bluetooth type like Wireless neckband Wireless Bluetooth, Over ear headphones, Classic ear-bud. Also, there is a significant relationship between respondents' preferred Bluetooth Brand and price ready to pay for it. And also there is an impact of long usage of Bluetooth among the respondents on Buzzing noise, Dizziness, increased wax quantity.

PHYTOCHEMICAL SCREENING AND ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES OF MEDICINAL PLANTS
Medicinal plants have historically been considered as a very important source of therapeutics, especially because of the availability of bioactive phytochemicals. These are natural products that have been extensively researched due to their possible therapeutic pharmacology to humans because of their important defense roles in the plants. With the development of antimicrobial resistance, finding new sources of antimicrobial compounds synthesized by plants has taken serious consideration. Phytochemical screening is major tool in the assessment of occurrence of such compounds whereas antimicrobial testing also determines the therapeutic value of plant extracts against the pathogen microorganisms. This paper provides a secondary thematic approach to reviewing literature to analyze phytochemical composition and antimicrobial activity of medicine plants. The aim is to reveal the prevalent classes of phytochemicals in medicinal plants, investigate their antimicrobial activity and get the synthesis of thematic findings of different studies. Secondary data was systematically collected, coded, and thematically analyzed to identify recurring patterns and insights.
The analysis revealed four major themes: diversity and richness of phytochemicals, plant-specific antimicrobial efficacy, synergistic potential with conventional antibiotics, and ethnomedicinal significance. Alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and phenolic compounds emerged as the most commonly identified phytochemicals. Several plant species demonstrated significant antimicrobial activity, particularly against resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans. This study underscores the therapeutic potential of phytochemical-rich medicinal plants and highlights the importance of integrating traditional knowledge with modern screening techniques. The findings support further research into plant-based antimicrobial agents as viable alternatives or complements to synthetic drugs.

A study to evaluate the effectiveness of self-instructional module (SIM) on knowledge regarding early identification and management of conduct disorder in children among primary school teachers at selected schools, Vadodara Gujrat

Conduct disorder is widespread among school especially elementary schools. The prevalence of conduct disorder in male estimated that 12%, while in female equivalent 7.1% in the United States. Objective: 1) To assess the level of knowledge primary school teachers regarding early identification and management of conduct disorder in children. 2) To find out the difference between the mean pre-test and post-test knowledge scores of primary school teachers regarding early identification and management of conduct disorder in children. 3) To determine the association between the mean pre-test knowledge level of primary school teachers regarding early identification and management of conduct disorder in children with their selected socio demographic variables.
“A study to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding integrated management of neonatal and childhood illness (IMNCI) among the GNM 3rd year students of selected nursing schools at Vadodara Gujrat”
Background:The integrated management of neonatal and childhood illness (IMNCI) clinical interventions ensure that every child receives the benefits of preventive measures, as well as appropriate care for their illnesses, based on strong evidences and updated technical knowledge. The core of the IMNCI strategy is integrated case management of the most common childhood problems, with a focus on the most important causes of death.
Objective: 1) To assess the pre-test knowledge regarding the IMNCI among the GNM 3rd year students selected nursing schools.2) To develop planned teaching programme. 3) To assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme regarding IMNCI. 4) To find out the association with the pre-test knowledge and selected demographic variables.
Methods:A quantitative pre-experimental, one-group pre-test post-test design was conducted at Parul Institute of nursing Vadodara Gujrat with 50 GNM 3rd year students using non-probability purposive sampling. A self-structured knowledge questionnaire was administered before and after the teaching intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-test, and chi-square test.
Results: The mean pre-test knowledge score was 10.35 (SD = 2.45), and the post -test mean knowledge score was higher 11.20 with SD of ±2.90 when compared with mean pre- test and post-test knowledge score which was 9.30 with SD of ±2.25. that x2 values computed between the level of knowledge scores of pre-tests and post test with selected demographic variables. Variables such as age, gender, religion, family monthly income, source of awareness were significant at 0.05 level. Hence it is interpreted that age, gender, religion of GNM 3rd year students are statistically associated with their knowledge score.Conclusion:The study revealed with the assumption of the study that the knowledge level of GNM 3rd year student’s the integrated management of neonatal and childhood illness IMNCI is high
CAFNet: Cross-Modal Attention Fusion Network with Uncertainty-Aware Risk Stratification for Automated Uterine Tumor Classification in Ultrasound Imaging
By the age of 50, 70% of women have developed uterine fibroids, leading to healthcare costs of $34 billion every year in the U.S. and 200,000+ hysterectomies. Existing diagnosis based on subjective MUSA criteria has high inter-observer variability (κ=0.42-0.68). Although B-mode and Doppler ultrasound complement each other in morphological and hemodynamic data, there is no framework that uses cross-modal fusion as well as uncertainty quantification to yield real-time classification. We present CAFNet (Cross-Modal Attention Fusion Network), which is able to process in real-time at 23.8 FPS with 28.4M parameters and 3.5 GFLOPs. Based on the Uterine Fibroid Ultrasound data (1,990 images, 369 patients), CAFNet uses two EfficientNet-B0 encoders with Monte Carlo Dropout, bidirectional Query-Key-Value cross-attention. CAFNet was evaluated through 5-fold cross-validation, obtaining 96.4+0.3% accuracy, 94.6+0.5% sensitivity, 97.7+0.2% specificity, and 0.966+0.003 AUC, which is significantly higher than both TransUNet (p=0.008) and MUSA criteria (p<0.001). Multi-modality provided +8.0% improvement compared to single-modality, and the cross-modality gave +3.6% compared to self-attention. Uncertainty quantification allows case handling to be automated (98.2% accuracy) with 72.5% of the workload being taken up by radiologists, and 78% of misclassifications being researched by experts. CAFNet defines the first uncertainty-aware cross-modal attention system to classify uterine tumors, aims to tackle diagnostic variability under resource constraints
EFFICIENT PRIVACY-PRESERVING PUBLIC AUDITING PROTOCOL FOR CLOUD-BASED MEDICAL STORAGE
The booming Internet of Things makes smart healthcare a reality, while cloud-based medical storage systems solve the problems of large-scale storage and real-time access of medical data. The integrity of medical data outsourced in cloud-based medical storage systems has become crucial since only complete data can make a correct diagnosis, and public auditing protocol is a key technique to solve this problem. To guarantee the integrity of medical data and reduce the burden of the data owner, we propose an efficient privacy-preserving public auditing protocol for the cloud-based medical storage systems, which supports the functions of batch auditing and dynamic update of data. Detailed security analysis shows that our protocol is secure under the define of challenged blocks increases, our protocol saves nearly 90% of communication overhead between the TPA and the cloud server
A Homoeopathic Case Series in the treatment of essential hypertension
Hypertension is a major risk factor of cardiovascular disease. It increases the risk of congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease. About 95% of cases are classified as essential hypertension. Homeopathic medicines are used as a complementary approach to the management of hypertension. In this case series, the hypertension patients were treated with individual homoeopathic medicines following homoeopathic principle. Case taking and repertorisation was taken of all patients. The prescribed homoeopathic medicines were Lachesis Mutus, Glonoine, Ignatia Amara, Calcarea Carbonium. The results outcome was measured based on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at baseline and after three months of treatment. At the end of interventions, we observed that the individual homoeopathic medicines were reduced blood pressure levels in both systolic and diastolic. There was an improvement of physical symptoms. During the treatment no adverse events was reported. Homoeopathic individual medicine can be useful to manage the blood pressure levels in essential hypertension patient.
