PEDAGOGICAL TOOLS FOR DEVELOPING IMPROVISATION ABILITY OF FUTURE PRIMARY CLASS TEACHERS
This article talks about the competence of pedagogical improvisation, the importance of pedagogical improvisation in the educational system, ways to implement improvisation in the work of a future primary school teacher. In accordance with the main components of the educational process in changing conditions of pedagogical activity, pedagogical improvisation is a process aimed at clarifying the goals of a particular lesson, the content of the educational material, methodological perception and communication in accordance with the goal, and the naming of pedagogical improvisation in dictionaries is also described. The improvisational nature of pedagogical activity creates the necessary conditions for the satisfaction of the teacher's moral and psychological needs for success, professional and personal growth, which is measured by both career growth and the rise to the highest level of mastery and wisdom. The possibilities of various actions for teachers in the process of improvisation are highlighted, and the criteria for pedagogical improvisation are highlighted. In pedagogical improvisation, the components of the creative dominant are attention, imagination, and inspiration. We briefly touched upon the characteristics of pedagogical improvisation as a component of pedagogical creativity
PARENTAL ALCHEMY: NURSE -LED INTERVENTIONS IN TRANSFORMING BEHAVIOURAL CHALLENGES
Behavioural problems in children refer to persistent patterns of disruptive, aggressive, defiant, or socially inappropriate behaviours that are not appropriate for the child’s age and developmental level. These behaviours often interfere with the child’s learning, social interactions, and daily functioning at home, school, or in the community. Mothers of children with behavioural problems often struggle with parenting and frequently adopt arbitrary or inconsistent approaches. In this study, non-probability convenience sampling was used to select eight mothers of children with behavioural problems for the phenomenological qualitative phase, and stratified purposive sampling was employed to select 60 mothers for the pre-experimental study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews for the qualitative phase, and the Parenting Practices Scale was used in the pre-experimental phase to assess parenting styles. The study explored and revealed six major themes: instruction, struggle, support, financial support, knowledge, and parenting burden. Each theme included specific sub-themes. The theme of instruction comprised admonition, parental presence, and non-compliance. Under the theme of struggle, the sub-themes of exasperation and altruism were identified. The support theme included husband and family support. The financial support theme encompassed schooling expenses and financial burden. The parenting burden theme consisted of sub-themes such as educational responsibilities, nurturing, guilt over ineffective parenting, and the emotional and mental well-being of mothers. This study highlighted the profound parenting challenges faced by mothers of children with behavioural problems. The insights gained from the semi-structured interviews were used to develop an appropriate intervention. Following the qualitative phase, the parenting styles of the mothers were evaluated using the Parenting Practices Scale, and the intervention was implemented effectively, as evidenced by the positive post-intervention results
EVALUATION OF AN ISOLATED PHYTOCHEMICAL FROM KIWI FRUIT FOR ITS APOPTOTIC AND CYTOTOXIC EFFECTS ON HEPG-2 LIVER CANCER CELLS

NUTRITIONAL INTERVENTIONS AND MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN PEDIATRIC FOOD ALLERGIES: A REVIEW
The prevalence of childhood food allergies is increasing in both developed and developing countries, posing a significant public health challenge. This review aims to synthesize current evidence on the prevention and management of food allergies, with a particular focus on the role of nutritional components and dietary practices in supporting immune system development and function. Key nutrients such as essential fatty acids, zinc, and vitamin D are believed to enhance the body’s anti- inflammatory and antioxidative defenses, thereby promoting immunological tolerance. Moreover, emerging research highlights the potential of prebiotics and probiotics in modulating gut microbiota and fostering a tolerogenic immune environment. These insights have prompted a critical reassessment of the traditional avoidance-based dietary strategies. Recent findings suggest that early exposure to a diverse range of dietary antigens during infancy may reduce the risk of allergic sensitization by supporting the maturation of the immune system. Consequently, both therapeutic and preventive interventions must be personalized, accounting for individual nutritional needs and allergic risk profiles
Effect of Lambda-Cyhalothrin on Nutritive Content of Edible Muscle
Fish are a significant group of organisms and a significant source of food that is high in protein for human consumption. Many different types of toxicants can affect fish. Fish development and nutritional value are changed by pesticides. Fish and other aquatic invertebrates are extremely poisoned by the synthetic pyrethroid lambda-cyhalothrin. According to its nutritional profile, catfish is a very healthy and wholesome food that is high in protein, low in fat and cholesterol, and a good source of several vitamins and minerals. The purpose of this study is to investigate how lambda-cyhalothrin affects the nutritional value of edible muscle. Through proximate, mineral, and vitamin analysis, the nutritional value of edible muscle was investigated. A notable decrease (P < 0.05) was observed in the lipid, protein, and carbohydrate levels exposed to the two different sub-lethal concentrations of the pyrethroid. Different vitamins of the edible muscle of freshwater catfish exposed to lambda showed a decline after 45 days of exposure to the pyrethroid. Indian culinary practices are deeply rooted in the use of a diverse array of herbs and spices, which not only contribute to
flavor and aroma but also offer significant nutritional, therapeutic, and preservative properties. This review explores the
historical, cultural, and functional significance of herbs and spices widely used in Indian cooking. Drawing from recent
phytochemical, nutritional, and technological studies, the paper highlights the bioactive compounds responsible for the
antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and metabolic regulatory activities of these culinary agents. Additionally,
modern innovations in spice processing and quality control, along with emerging applications in AI-driven food systems,
are discussed. The review emphasizes the growing relevance of these natural ingredients in enhancing food safety,
promoting health, and preserving cultural culinary heritage. By consolidating findings from 25 key research papers, this
work offers a comprehensive perspective on the evolving role of herbs and spices in Indian gastronomy
DEVELOPMENT AND CHARACTERIZATION OF DORZOLAMIDE LOADED NOVASOMES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF GLAUCOMA
A chronic eye condition called glaucoma is characterized by damage to the retinal nerve and progressive vision loss, primarily brought on by high intraocular pressure (IOP). It is one of the main causes of permanent blindness in the world. Currently, the first line of treatment for glaucoma involves pharmacological reduction of IOP through topical administration of drugs. However, because of the anatomical and physiological barriers in the eye, less than 5% of the injected dose usually reaches intraocular tissues. The goal of the research was to develop novasomes to create an efficient medication delivery system for ocular targeting. The solvent evaporation approach was used to develop dorzolamide novasomes utilizing different ratios of cholesterol and free fatty acids (linoleic acid). It was optimized by 32 factorial design. Free fatty acid and cholesterol concentrations were the factors under investigation, along with their effects on particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release. Particle size of all factorial batches was found between 54.1 nm to 434 nm. Batch F6 containing cholesterol and linoleic acid 1:2 proportion showed highest entrapment (98%). The amount of dorzolamide released in vitro from the prepared novasomal dispersions loaded with dorzolamide ranged from 62.76 to 99.76 % and release profile of novasomal batches comparing to eye suspension were better . Ex vivo chicken eye irritation study was performed to check irritation potential of dorzolamide loaded novasomes. In summary, dorzolamide novasomes is an efficient and versatile drug delivery approach which demonstrates significant potential in controlling glaucoma
PERIODONTAL PARAMETERS AND SHAPES OF MAXILLARY CANINES IN A MIDDLE EAST POPULATION – A PRELIMINARY REPORT
BACKGROUND: The periodontium biotype shows considerable variation among individuals, and these differences are often linked to tooth crown morphology. The size, form, and shade of the maxillary canines significantly influence smile esthetics, with sexual dimorphism frequently observed. This study aimed to evaluate the crown forms of maxillary canines and their corresponding gingival characteristics in healthy Middle East Asian adults.MATERIALS AND METHODS: Sixty systemically healthy males and females aged 21–35 years from the middle eastern population were examined. Clinical parameters recorded included crown width (CW), crown length (CL), mesiodistal width (MDW), contact surface length (CS), interproximal papilla height (Ph), and gingival angle (GA). Based on crown morphology, teeth were categorized as trapezoidal, pentagonal, or square (incisor-shaped) groups, which were compared for differences in these parameters.RESULTS: Significant differences were observed among crown shape groups for gingival angle (P < 0.05). In addition, correlations were found between crown morphology and parameters such as MDW/CL ratio.CONCLUSION: Maxillary canine crown shape is significantly associated with variations in gingival angle and MDW/CL ratio. These findings may provide valuable guidelines for esthetic planning in restorative and prosthodontic procedures involving maxillary canines
Comparative Evaluation of Flexural Strength and Impact Strength of Heat Cure Acrylic Denture Base Reinforced with Nanoparticles of Zirconium Oxide, Peek and Glass Fibers- An In-Vitro Study
Aim: The aim of this study is to compare the Flexural Strength and Impact Strength of PMMA with PMMA reinforced with nanoparticles of Zirconium Oxide, Polyetheretherketone and Silanized E-Glass Fibres.Materials and Methods: A total of one hundred and twenty specimens were fabricated. Out of 120 specimens, sixty specimens were fabricated to evaluate Flexural Strength (dimensions: 65mm x 10mm x 2.5mm) and another sixty specimens to evaluate Impact Strength (dimensions: 80mm x 10mm x 4mm). Flexural strength testing conducted using the three-point bending test in a universal testing machine. Impact Strength Testing conducted using Charpy and Izod testing machine. A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to evaluate statistically significant differences among the groups for both flexural and impact strength. Following this, Tukey’s post hoc test was employed for intra-group comparisons.Results: PMMA reinforced with PEEK nanoparticles (Group P) exhibited the highest mean flexural strength (55.08±12.91), followed closely by PMMA reinforced with Glass Fibers (Group G) (52.62±11.26). The control group (PMMA) had the highest mean impact strength (34.95±10.62), followed closely by the Glass Fibers group (33.96±11.64), and then the PEEK group (31.54±11.31).Conclusion: PEEK and glass fibers are more effective reinforcements for improving the mechanical performance of PMMA, particularly in applications requiring greater flexural strength
