The add on effect of Platelet Rich Plasma in management of Dushtavrana: A Case Study
Wound management principles laid by Acharya Susrutha the father of surgery and the current practice of surgery emphasizes the cosmetic repair of wounds with utmost efficacy. The concept of Shashtirupakrama mentioned by Acharya Susrutha is focused on the Shodhana and Ropana line of management. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) has been researched and used in various fields of medicine focused on cell-based therapy and tissue engineering. This is a single case study on the management of Dushtavrana focusing on the add-on effect of PRP therapy with classical wound management protocol
Effect of Municipal Solid Waste Compost on Tomato and Maize Plants
This study aimedto evaluate the effects of the municipal solid waste (MSW) compost application rate on soil physicochemical properties and growth of two crops plants, Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) and Maize (Zea mays L.).Municipal solid waste composted with dry leaves (DL) and dry leaves + premature compost (DL+PMC) as bulking agents were applied to the soil at 10% and 20% with the following treatments: 10% MSW+DL (T1),20% MSW+DL (T2), 10% MSW+DL+PMC+10% (T3), and 20% MSW+DL+PMC+20% (T4) while soil without compost served as control. Experiments was conducted in 3-L pots and placed in greenhouse in randomized block design. Plant height, number of leaves per plant, root length, and biomass of the plants were monitored up to 60 days to evaluate the growth and quality of the plants. The results revealed that the application of both the composts (MSW+DL+PMC and MSW+DL) of municipal solid waste (MSW) compost at 20%, equalling to a rate of 400 t ha−1, significantly improved soil fertility and growth of plants
Assessment of Water Quality of Neota Dam for Determining its Pollution Status
The current study is to track and evaluate the level of physic-chemical and heavy metal contamination in a water reservoir of Jaipur region and the health hazards due to bioaccumulation. Triplets from specific places inside the Water body were used to collect water samples constantly over a 12-month period, from December 2022 to November 2023 in a quarterly basis. Strict adherence to IS and APHA standards was maintained throughout the sampling and testing process. The observed physico-chemical parameters and heavy metal concentrations were then contrasted with the permissible limits as per the guidelines of the National Plan for Conservation of Aquatic Ecosystem (NPCA), which is overseen by the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change of the Indian government. The levels of heavy metal in water and fishes were analysed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer from the collected samples
Grid Integration of Renewable Energy Resources with Automated Distribution System and Intelligent Control
The rapid proliferation of renewable energy resources has fundamentally transformed our approach to power generation and distribution, creating both unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges for grid operators worldwide. This paper presents a comprehensive framework for integrating renewable energy sources with automated distribution systems through intelligent control mechanisms. We explore how modern technologies—including HVDC architecture, microgrid systems, IoT-enabled smart metering, AI-driven demand response, and predictive maintenance—work together to create resilient, efficient, and sustainable power networks.Our research demonstrates that successful grid integration requires more than just connecting renewable sources to existing infrastructure. It demands a holistic reimagining of how we generate, store, distribute, and consume electrical energy. Through extensive analysis of real-world implementations and emerging technologies, we present a roadmap for utilities, policymakers, and technology developers navigating this energy transition.The framework addresses critical challenges including grid stability, energy storage optimization, real-time monitoring, and automated fault detection. We show how SCADA integration with AI-powered analytics enables predictive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime by up to 40% while improving overall system reliability. Our findings indicate that intelligent microgrids, when properly integrated with conventional transmission systems, can increase renewable energy penetration rates from current levels of 20-30% to potentially 80-90% while maintaining grid stability.This work contributes to the growing body of knowledge on smart grid technologies by providing practical insights into implementation strategies, regulatory considerations, and future research directions. As we stand at the threshold of a renewable energy revolution, understanding these integration challenges becomes crucial for achieving our global sustainability goals

A four-component domino reaction of ethyl-3-oxo-4-(arylsulfonyl) butanoates, aromatic aldehydes, dimedone and ammonium acetate under microwave irradiation in solvent free condition furnished a library of novel ethyl 7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo-4-aryl-2-[(arylsulfonyl)methyl]-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxylates. This method provides many superiority like simplicity, very high yield and environment friendly. The reaction proceed through the Hantzch condensation reaction. The synthesized compounds were subjected to selective cyclooxygenase (COX-1 & COX-2) inhibitor evaluation studies
AEROMYCOLOGICAL STUDIES OF INDOOR ENVIRONMENT OF ADIWASI ASHRAMSHALA,BRAMHAPURI DIST.CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA) INDIA
The aim of this study was to determine fungal spore concentration in the indoor environment of Adiwasi ashramshala Bramhapuri dist. Chandrapur (Maharashtra) India and identification of dominant genera. The indoor places having organic substrate occurs more concentration of fungal propagules as compared to the outdoor environment. Meteorological parameters like temperature, humidit , rain fall and the availability of substrate affects fungal spore concentration . In the present study air samples were collected every month fortnightly from February 2023 to January 2024 by exposer Petri plate method and Hi air sampler method to determine monthly and seasonal variation in fungal spore concentration. The dominant genera of fungi found in Adiwasi Ashramshala were Alternaria,Rhizopus, Mucor, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Chaetomium, Cladosporium, Fusarium andCurvularia . Maximum fungal spore concentration was found in the month of August while minimum concentration was in the month May at different sections of sites. Comparatively the concentration of fungal spore varied in accordance with meteorological parameters of every month and availability of substrate at different sections of study area
Integrating Yoga into Academic Settings: Effects on Students' Emotional Regulation and Well-being
This study investigates the impact of a structured school-based yoga program on Emotional Intelligence and psychological well-being among secondary school students. Against the backdrop of increasing stress, emotional dysregulation, and academic pressure in adolescence, the research explores how yoga—a holistic practice combining asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath regulation), and dhyana (meditation)—can enhance students’ self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social competencies within an educational setting. Ninth-grade students from an urban co-educational institution were divided equally into experimental and control groups using purposive sampling. The experimental group underwent a three months yoga intervention during school hours, while both groups were assessed pre- and post-intervention using a standardized Emotional Intelligence Scale. Statistical analysis revealed that students who participated in the yoga program demonstrated significant improvements across all measured domains: understanding emotional, understanding motivation, empathy, and handling relationship. These outcomes align with previous empirical findings that underscore yoga’s effectiveness in promoting emotional resilience, cognitive control, and self-efficacy in youth. Furthermore, the study contributes to the growing body of evidence supporting yoga as a culturally relevant, cost-effective, and scalable intervention for integrating mental health promotion into educational curricula. The findings advocate for the inclusion of contemplative practices in school systems to support adolescent mental well-being and socio-emotional learning, particularly in contexts striving to harmonize modern education with traditional values
Innovative Approaches to Wastewater Treatment Using Bioengineering Techniques
In the recent past, effluent disposal has become one of the greatest concerns in the world because of increase industrialization and urbanization resulting to water pollution. This has facilitated the attempt at looking at diseases in a new light and therefore coming up with a new paradigm shift on treating diseases or diversification of the approach by overcoming environmental, economical or social barriers to diseases and treatment through out of the box thinking. Therefore, bioengineering, a branch of biology and engineering sciences, is regarded as one of the most suitable solutions to the problems of wastewater treatment. The function of microorganisms, plants as well as bioengineering activities such as bioreactors, bio augmentation and phytoremediation on wastewater is discussed in this paper. It explores stet opportunities that can be exploited in the removal of pollutants and the potential for getting valuable resources back in the form of microbial technologies, constructed wetlands and NMIs. In addition, there are modern materials like nanomaterials, microbial electrochemical system, and membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment included in the subject. From this paper, it is concluded that bioengineering is about enhancing the mechanism of wastewater treatment through sustainable approaches and the circular economy
Effects of Music Therapy Using Rhymes on Enhancing Social Skills and Behavioural Patterns in Children with Autism – An Experimental Study
Background: Autism is characterized by marked abnormalities in social interaction and communication as well as the presence of stereotypies and unusual interests. Concerning the presence of these abnormalities, this study was conducted to determine the effect of music therapy using rhymes which would be compared with therapy sessions without music therapy to enhance social skills and behavioural patterns in children with autism.Aims and Objectives: To determine the effects of music therapy using rhymes on enhancing social skills and behavioural patterns in children with autism.Materials and Methods: This study includes 24 participants and they were divided into two group’s i.e. experimental group and control group. Each group consists of 12 participants. Intervention given was therapy with music for experimental group anf therapy without rhymes for control group for 5 days per week for 4 weeks. Outcome measure used was CARS scale at baseline and at end of 4 weeks. Materials used were pen, pencil, CARS sheet, bubbles, animal toys, mobile phone and speaker.Results: After statistical analysis of data, results illustrated that experimental group and control group both showed improvements however significant improvements were seen in experimental groupConclusion: The study illustrated that significant effects were seen in experimental group. Hence, the study concludes that music therapy using rhymes does have significant effects on enhancing social and behavioural patterns in children with autism
Isolation and identification of different amino acids and other phytoconstituents through LCMS, GCMS analysis of Ananas comosus and evaluation of antifungal activity
Aim-The project investigates the presence of different phytoconstituents and antifungal activities of protein concentrated part of Pineapple, scientifically known as Ananas comosus.Objective-Pineapple scientifically known as Ananas comosus having different phytoconstituents unexplored and evaluation of antifungal activity have to be established.Material and method-The pineapple juice have been extracted and lyophilized. Then ion exchange chromatography was performed to isolate different amino acid. Different salts were used for protein precipitation, and various solvents were used, including petroleum ether, n-hexane, ethanol, methanol, and aqueous media. Then this protein concentrated part was sent to TAAB Biostudy center, Kolkata, aqueous extract was send to IIB Kolkata for LCMS, n-hexane part was sent to GCMS to IICB, Kolkata,The antifungal activity was performed with A. niger & C.albicans with ethanolis extract and two different protein concentration with Sabogaurd media.Results-The amino acids glycine, alanine, phenylalanine, glutamic acid, histidine and arginine were found in isolated part of protein concentration. The LCMS study of aq extract of shows the presence of Gallic acid, Pyrocatechol, Hydroxytyrosol, Chlorogenic acid, Caffeic acid, Syringic acid etc. The GCMS study shows the presence of decane, 3,7-dimethyl-; benzene, 1,3-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-; dodecane, 4-methyl-; dodecane, 2,6,11-trimethyl-; heptadecane; 2,11-2,6,10-trimethyltridecane; nonadecane etc.The antifungal activity was established for A. niger & C.albicans with ethanolis extract with ethanolic extract and protein concentrated part I
