No full textThe type of study was observational, descriptive and cross-sectional, which determined the prevalence of CEP and its relationship to CWB in 120 children aged 3 to 5 years. The result showed that in the present group of children extrinsic chromagenic pigmentations were more prevalent in females with 32%, 70% in children aged 5 years, besides being 5 times more likely the prevalence of high caries in children without pigmentation in relation to children with extrinsic chromagenic pigmentation who presented moderate caries.El tipo de estudio fue observacional, descriptivo y de corte transversal, que permitió determinar prevalencia de PECE y su relación con CIT en 120 niños de 3 a 5 años. El resultado mostró que en el presente grupo de niños fueron más prevalentes las pigmentaciones cromógenas extrínsecas en el sexo femenino con un 32%, el 70% en los niños de 5 años, además de ser 5 veces mas probable la prevalencia de la caries alta en los niños sin pigmentación en relación a los niños con pigmentación cromógena extrínseca que presentaron caries moderada.Capítulo 1. No full textThe present research study has the general objective of determining the validity of the neck circumference in comparison with the body mass index in patients over 20 years of age. Methods: 135 men and 185 women participated in the study. The anthropometric markers were measured, the body mass index was taken, and compared with the neck circumference of the same. Overweight and obesity levels were defined by Body Mass Index according to the World Health Organization > 25.0 and > 30.0, respectively.El presente estudio de investigación tiene como Objetivo General: Determinar la Validez de la Circunferencia de Cuello en comparación con el Índice de Masa Corporal en pacientes mayores de 20 años de consulta externa. Métodos: En el estudio participaron 135 hombres y 185 mujeres. Se midieron los marcadores antropométricos se sacó el índice de masa corporal, y se comparan con la circunferencia del cuello de los mismos. During all that time, Legal Pluralism in its original Brazilian version has been a success reaching its fourth revised and updated edition.1 Now Editorial Dykinson offers us the possibility of releasing this latest version in Spanish.
The novelties that appear in relation to the edition of Editorial MAD are many, but most of them are found in chapter IV, sections 4 and 5. Wolkmer deepens the phenomenon of legal pluralism in the Latin American and Brazilian reality, and also , makes a more detailed analysis of the concept at a theoretical and doctrinal level, but I will talk about all this later.Ya han pasado diez años desde la primera edición española de este libro. Durante todo ese tiempo, Pluralismo Jurídico en su versión original brasileña ha sido todo un éxito llegando a su cuarta edición revisada y actualizada.1 Ahora Editorial Dykinson nos brinda la posibilidad de sacar esta última versión en castellano.
Las novedades que aparecen con relación a la edición de la Editorial MAD, son muchas, pero la mayoría de ellas se encuentran en el capítulo IV apartados 4 y 5.
