No full textThe economy of the department of Potosí, historically has depended on the export of minerals, becoming like supplier of raw material for industrialized countries. To change this economic model of the Government of Evo Morales has been promulgating a series of tax incentives that allow to reduce the payment of taxes for companies that are committed to change the productive matrix of the country.
Precisely, this thesis aims to propose the regulation to Law No. 877 to establish tax incentives for investment in the department of Potosí based on guidelines based on regulations aimed at promoting investment in the countryLa economía del departamento de Potosí, históricamente ha dependido de la exportación de minerales, convirtiéndose así en proveedor de materia prima para países industrializados. Para cambiar este modelo económico del Gobierno de Evo Morales viene promulgando una serie de incentivos tributarios que permiten disminuir el pago de impuestos para las empresas que se comprometan a cambiar la matriz productiva del país.

No full textIn this paper I propose to try to approach the issue of the fundamental right to an impartial judge as the basis for the jurisdictional recognition of excuses and challenges not expressly contained in the civil procedural code currently in force. For this purpose, the work is divided into three parts, the first referring to theoretical support, a doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis (national and comparative) of issues related to judicial impartiality as a fundamental characteristic of the jurisdictional process; the right to an impartial judge as a fundamental right; aspects of impartiality: objective and subjective.En el presente trabajo me propongo intentar un acercamiento al tema del derecho fundamental al juez imparcial como fundamento del reconocimiento jurisdiccional de causas de excusa y recusación no contenidas expresamente en el código procesal civil en actual vigencia. Risk factors associated with the commission of infractions in adolescents in the city of Sucre
No full textThis paper explores the types of crimes that were committed by adolescent offenders at the Solidarity Center in the city of Sucre, and describes some risk factors that are related to offending behavior. -28 adolescent male inmates, aged 13 to 18, who committed various offences such as aggravated robbery, drug use and trafficking, homicide, rape and sexual abuse, participated in this research. The FES scales (Moos R. and Tricket E, 1989) were applied to evaluate the family climate, the EHS scale to investigate social skills and the Graffar-Mendez Modified scale to delimit the socioeconomic level.El presente trabajo explora los tipos de delitos que fueron cometidos por los adolescentes infractores del Centro Solidaridad de la ciudad de Sucre, y describe algunos factores de riesgo que están relacionados con la conducta infractora. -En esta investigación participaron 28 adolescentes internos en dicho centro, de 13 a 18 años de edad, de sexo masculino que cometieron diversas infracciones como robo agravado, consumo y tráfico de drogas, homicidio, violación y abuso deshonesto. Se aplicaron las escalas de FES (Moos R. y Tricket E, 1989) para evaluar el clima familiar, la escala EHS para indagar las habilidades sociales y la escala de Graffar-Méndez Modificada, para delimitar el nivel socioeconómico.Capítulo 1. Self-esteem and coping in sixth grade students in the city of Sucre
No full textThe present research studies the relationship between self-esteem and coping in a sample of 450 students of sixth grade of secondary school in the Educational Units of the city of Sucre, selected at random. Self-esteem is assessed with the Rosemberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSS) and coping styles and strategies with the Frydenberg and Lewis Coping Scale (LCS). The results showed that 53% of the students have a high level of self-esteem, 33% a medium level and 13 % a low level. There are significant differences in men's and women's coping, with men using more problem-oriented coping styles, while women using more relative and unproductive coping styles.La presente investigación estudia la relación entre autoestima y afrontamiento en una muestra de 450 estudiantes de sexto de secundaria de las Unidades Educativas de la ciudad de Sucre, seleccionadas aleatoriamente. La autoestima se evalúa con la Escala de Autoestima de Rosemberg (EAR) y los estilos y estrategias de afrontamiento con la Escala de Afrontamiento de Frydenberg y Lewis (ACS). Los resultados mostraron que el 53% de los estudiantes tienen un nivel alto de autoestima, 33% un nivel medio y el 13 un nivel bajo. Existen diferencias significativas en el afrontamiento de hombres y mujeres, los hombres emplean más el estilo de afrontamiento dirigido a la resolución del problema, mientras que las mujeres utilizan más los estilos de afrontamiento en relación con los demás e improductivo.Capítulo 1.
