No full textIn this monograph an analysis of the voluntary processes is made, highlighting the new incorporation made by the legislator when adding the application for registration in the registry of real rights, which I am sure will be the most frequently processed in public courts throughout the Bolivian territory. In the second chapter, we have the different definitions given to the voluntary process such as being a trial, controversy, etc., as well as the concepts of voluntary process, of the most recognized authors such as Guillermo Cabanellas, Hugo Alsina, Lino Palacio and Couture, in addition to the characteristics that mark this type of process, which is documentary, evidentiary, fiscal, to require a demonstration easily accessible to all.En esta monografía se realiza un análisis de los procesos voluntarios, destacando la nueva incorporación que realiza el legislador al agregar la solicitud de inscripción en el registro de derechos reales, que seguro estoy será el que se tramitará con mayor frecuencia en los juzgados públicos en todo el territorio boliviano. En el capítulo segundo, tenemos las diferentes definiciones que se le da al proceso voluntario como ser juicio, controversia, etc., así también tenemos los conceptos de proceso voluntario, de los autores más reconocidos como ser Guillermo Cabanellas, Hugo Alsina, Lino Palacio y Couture, además de las características que marcan a este tipo de proceso, que es de carácter documental, probatorio, fiscalizador, a requerir una demostración fácilmente accesible a todos.Capítulo 1. No full textDeciduous dentition comprises a series of characteristics that will help us to establish a predictive pattern with respect to the permanent dentition, according to the characteristics that the deciduous dentition will have an impact on the permanent dentition, these characteristics are the type of dental arches, molar ratio, canine ratio, primate spaces, overjet, overbite, forms of dental arches, the same that can be evaluated more accurately when they have concluded their eruption called as static period between 3 to 5 years of age. The aim of this research is to determine the frequency of arches and dental relationships in the deciduous dentition in children aged 3 to 5 years who attend the dental service of the San Antonio de los Sauces Hospital in the municipality of Monteagudo from September 2016 to May 2017.La dentición decidua comprende una serie de características que nos ayudarán a establecer un patrón predictivo respecto a la dentición permanente, de acuerdo a las características que presenta la dentición decidua repercutirá en la dentición permanente, estas características son el tipo de arcos dentarios, relación molar, relación canina, espacios primates, overjet, overbite, formas de arcos dentarios, las mismas que se pueden evaluar con mayor precisión cuando han concluido su erupción denominado como periodo estático comprendido entre los 3 a 5 años de edad. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la frecuencia de tipo de arcos y relaciones dentarias en la dentición decidua, en niños de 3 a 5 años de edad que acuden al servicio de odontología del Hospital San Antonio de los Sauces del Municipio de Monteagudo de Septiembre 2016 a Mayo 2017.Capítulo 1.
