No full textThis work deals with the incorporation of the principle of contradiction in the processes of coercive execution of sentences in sums of money, in the perspective of the civil procedural code Law 439 in Bolivia.
A doctrinal analysis is carried out to respond to an issue of concern to judges and magistrates, such as the introduction of contradiction in the processes of execution of sentences, which in the opinion of some destructures the nature of the process of coercive execution.
For this reason, the execution process is initially studied from the conceptual perspective and doctrine of a legal nature, as well as the concepts of sentences, procedural principles that govern the execution of sentences and principles of civil procedure, in order to better contextualize the analysis.Este trabajo versa sobre la incorporación del principio de contradicción en los procesos de ejecución coactiva de sentencias en sumas de dinero, en la perspectiva del código procesal civil Ley 439 en Bolivia.
Se realiza un análisis doctrinal para responder a un tema de preocupación de jueces y magistrados, tal el de la introducción de la contradicción en los procesos de ejecución de sentencias, que en opinión de algunos des-estructura la naturaleza del proceso de ejecución coactiva.
Por ello se estudia inicialmente el proceso de ejecución en la perspectiva conceptual y doctrina de naturaleza jurídica, así como los conceptos de sentencias, principios procesales que rigen la ejecución de sentencias y principios del proceso civil, para contextualizar mejor el análisis.Capítulo 1. No full textThe reform of the civil process was mandated by the 2006 Constitution, the Judicial Branch Law (Law 025 of 24 June 2010), the new social reality and technological advances that demanded a new civil justice system that guaranteed substantive rights. In reality, the 1976 code of civil procedure, and its partial reform by Law No. 1760 of 28 February 1997, despite the opinion of its mentors on the fundamentals, was a vain attempt at reform, because in fact the process continued to be slow bureaucratic and functional to corruption.La reforma del proceso civil era un mandato de la Constitución de 2006, la Ley del Órgano Judicial (Ley 025 de 24 de junio de 2010), la nueva realidad social y los adelantos tecnológicos que exigieron un nuevo sistema de justicia civil que garantice los derechos sustantivos. En realidad el código de procedimiento civil de 1976, y su reforma parcial mediante ley Nº 1760, de 28 de febrero de 1997, pese a la opinión de sus mentores en lo fundamental supuso un intento vano de reforma , porque en los hechos el proceso continuaba lento burocrático y funcional a la corrupción.Capítulo 1. Study of the relationship between nutritional status and dental caries in preschool children attending the dental office of the Children's Hospital "Sor Teresa Huarte Tama" in the period August 2016 to October 2017
No full textA cross-sectional, descriptive, observational study was conducted. The research was carried out in the dental study of the Children's Hospital "S.T.H.T." in the city of Sucre Bolivia from August 2016 to October 2017. We worked with 226 preschool children (3 to 6 years old) who had an individual medical history where we registered name, age, sex, weight, height, presence or not of cavities. The mothers were asked to fill in a questionnaire to establish the type of diet and oral hygiene habits of their children. Most of the children studied presented dental caries, predominantly active caries, more than half of the children presented mild chronic malnutrition, poor oral hygiene and consumption of a cariogenic dietSe realizó un estudio transversal, descriptivo, observacional. La investigación se realizó en el estudio odontológico del Hospital del Niño "S.T.H.T." de la ciudad de Sucre Bolivia de agosto 2016 a octubre 2017. Se trabajó con 226 niños en edad preescolar (3 a 6 años) a los cuales se realizó una historia clínica individual donde se registró, nombre, edad, sexo, peso, talla, presencia o no de caries, a las madres se realizó un cuestionario para establecer el tipo de dieta y hábitos de higiene oral de sus hijos. La mayor parte de los niños estudiados presentaron caries dental, predominando las caries activas, más de la mitad de los niños presentaron desnutrición crónica leve, higiene bucal deficiente y consumo de dieta cariogénicaCapítulo 1.
