with the concepts of festival, ritual, and symbol, seeking to interpret how the event mobilizes the population, creates collective meaning, and articulates different cultural traditions. The study investigates how the festival reflects and reconfigures the
intersection between Northeastern culture—marked by the migratory memory of many participants—and local dynamics, with an emphasis on the role of family farming. The aim is to understand how the event impacts residents' daily lives, reframes cultural
practices, and strengthens, or strains, the relationship between identity and economics. Methodologically, the work is anchored in ethnography, through observation, semistructured interviews, and field diary entries. During this stage, accounts were gathered
from local participants—farmers, merchants, and regulars—whose narratives reveal diverse perspectives on the festival's importance. These accounts offer insights into the relationship between tradition and modernity, memory and development, as well as the
transformations observed over time in the event. The results indicate that the "Festa da Farinha" takes on multiple meanings: for some, it symbolizes cultural revival and a space for preserving Northeastern memory; for others, it represents an economic opportunity and a driver for strengthening family farming. Furthermore, there is a tension between traditional aspects and contemporary adaptations, reflecting the complexity of cultural
practices in dynamic contexts.

conceitos de festa, ritual e símbolo, buscando interpretar de que maneira o evento mobiliza a população, cria sentidos coletivos e articula diferentes tradições culturais. O estudo investiga como a festa reflete e reconfigura a intersecção entre a cultura nordestina

agricultores, comerciantes e frequentadores — cujas narrativas revelam perspectivas diversas sobre a importância da festa. Esses relatos oferecem insights sobre a relação entre tradição e modernidade, memória e desenvolvimento, bem como as transformações percebidas ao longo do tempo no evento. Os resultados indicam que a “Festa da Farinha” assume múltiplos significados: para alguns simboliza um resgate cultural e um espaço de preservação da memória nordestina; para outros, representa oportunidade econômica e um motor de fortalecimento da agricultura familiar. Além disso, observa-se uma tensão
entre os aspectos tradicionais e as adaptações contemporâneas refletindo a complexidade das práticas culturais em contextos dinâmicos.

ABORDAGEM DINÂMICA DE PRODUÇÃO DE CONTEÚDO LITERÁRIO UTILIZANDO IAS DE CONTROLE
No full textThis undergraduate thesis investigates the capacity of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the production and evaluation of literary content, focusing on the comparison between human and computational perceptions of quality. The study conducts a comparative analysis between an original short story, authored by the researcher, and three narratives generated by state-of-the-art models: Claude 4 Sonnet (Anthropic), Grok 4 (X), and GPT-5 (OpenAI). The methodology began with the creation of an original short story with a pre-defined theme and Three-Act Structure. Subsequently, prompt engineering was applied to instruct the AI models to generate analogous texts in a single attempt. The resulting works were evaluated by a panel of non-expert human judges and by other AI models, based on criteria of novelty, surprise, diversity, and linguistic complexity. This study aims to contribute to the debate regarding the potentials and challenges of AI in cultural production, offering insights into the creative collaboration between humans and machines.Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso investiga a capacidade da inteligência artificial (IA) generativa na produção e avaliação de conteúdo literário, focando na comparação entre a percepção de qualidade humana e a computacional. O estudo realiza uma análise comparativa entre um conto original, de autoria própria, e três narrativas geradas por modelos de ponta: (Claude 4 Sonnet (Anthropic), Grok 4 (X) e GPT-5 (OpenAI)). A metodologia partiu da criação de um conto original com tema e Estrutura de 3 Atos pré-definidos. Em seguida, aplicou-se engenharia de prompt para instruir os modelos de IA a gerarem textos análogos em tentativa única. As obras resultantes foram avaliadas por um painel de juízes humanos não-especialistas e por outros modelos de IA, com base em critérios de novidade, surpresa, diversidade e complexidade linguística. Espera-se que este estudo contribua para o debate sobre os potenciais e desafios da IA na produção cultural, oferecendo insights sobre a colaboração criativa entre humanos e máquinas
ANÁLISE DAS PRAÇAS PÚBLICAS EM UM BAIRRO PERIFÉRICO NA CIDADE DE CAMPO GRANDE- MS
No full textIn recent years, the demand for open spaces in densely populated areas has intensified, as these
represent an improvement in quality of life and increased property values. In this sense, the role
of public squares stands out, providing numerous benefits, both for environmental quality and
ecosystem balance, and for the health and well-being of the surrounding population,
contributing to sustainable development. This work addresses the Nova Campo Grande
neighborhood, a territorial area located in the northwestern portion of the city of Campo Grande
- MS. Given the considerable territorial extension of the neighborhood and its numerous urban
voids, some of which are green areas, this study proposes mapping the neighborhood's squares,
conducting a structural analysis, and assessing their current uses. To this end, a bibliographic
and cadastral survey on the subject was carried out, followed by mapping and photographic
documentation of the areas, identifying their uses and analyzing perceptions of their current
uses. The results indicate that most of the identified squares have purposes that diverge from
those of a typical square, such as leisure, recreation, well-being, exercise, among others.
Therefore, better planning of these spaces is necessary, considering their regular maintenance.Nos últimos anos, a demanda por espaços livres em zonas adensadas tem se intensificado, uma
vez que, estes representam uma melhoria na qualidade de vida e valorização imobiliária. Neste
sentido, destaca-se o papel das praças que proporcionam inúmeros benefícios, seja para a
qualidade do meio ambiente e o equilíbrio ecossistêmico, quanto para a saúde e bem-estar da
população do entorno, colaborando para o desenvolvimento sustentável. O presente trabalho
aborda o bairro Nova Campo Grande, recorte territorial localizado na porção noroeste da cidade
de Campo Grande - MS. Por se tratar de um bairro com extensão territorial considerável e
possuir inúmeros vazios urbanos, sendo algumas dessas áreas verdes, propõe o mapeamento
das praças do bairro, análise estrutural e percepção quanto aos seus usos atuais. Para isso, foi
realizado levantamento bibliográfico e cadastral sobre a temática estudada, posteriormente
procedeu-se com o mapeamento e levantamento fotográfico das áreas identificando seus usos e
a análise da percepção sobre os seus usos atuais. Os resultados obtidos indicam que do total de
praças identificadas, a maioria tem finalidades divergentes com a de uma praça, tal como o
lazer, recreação, prática de exercícios, dentre outros. Desta forma, é necessário o melhor
planejamento desses espaços considerando a sua regular manutenção

No full text"Cartography of the Invisible: Mirrored Eyes in Scenes of Expanded Audiovisual" investigates the relationships between the real and the fictional within the context of expanded audiovisual practices, focusing on the videoinstallation Insight (2012) by Sebastián Díaz Morales. Through a cartographic approach, the work seeks to understand the audiovisual device as an assemblage of images and sounds that generates new modes of perceiving the real. The analysis of the filmic object weaves together philosophy, aesthetic inquiry, and reflections on image technologies in order to consider a state of intersection among different media, circuits, and platforms. Attentive to the boundaries between reality and fiction, the research, understood as an inventory, proposes a cartography in which the gaze operates as an instrument for reflecting both on the work’s formal and narrative construction and on its condition as a device.“Cartografia do Invisível: Olhos de Espelho em Cenas de Audiovisual Expandido” investiga as relações entre o real e o ficcional no contexto do audiovisual expandido, tendo como objeto a videoinstalação Insight (2012), de Sebastián Díaz Morales. A partir de uma abordagem cartográfica, o trabalho propõe compreender o dispositivo audiovisual como um agenciamento de imagens e sons que produz novas formas de percepção do real. PERFIL DOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE MATO GROSSO DO SUL NA UTILIZAÇÃO DE CRÉDITO CONSIGNADO
No full textThis research aimed to identify the profile of public servants at a higher education institution who use payroll-deducted loans and the determining factors for their acquisition, analyzing the impacts of indebtedness and proposing educational measures aimed at the responsible use of credit, through a technical report with data obtained from a questionnaire applied to active and retired employees of this institution. The literature review was conducted on the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar platforms, indicating that factors such as age range, remuneration, and level of education directly influence the rate of use of payroll-deducted loans. It was also observed that most employees of this higher education institution do not have adequate knowledge of personal finance, which contributes to the recurrent use of loans and consequent commitment of income. The document analysis showed that approximately 10% of the payroll amounts are allocated to three main payroll-deducted loan providers of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul: Sicredi Cooperative, Banco do Brasil, and Caixa Econômica Federal. The results obtained through the applied questionnaire indicate that the majority of civil servants with the highest commitment of payroll deduction margin have a family income between R 9,000.00, and the main motivation for obtaining payroll loans is to pay off previous debts. This study advances the discussion of the topic by highlighting the need for institutional financial education policies aimed at the federal public service, reinforcing the importance of the technical report as a tool to support awareness of personal and institutional financial management.
Keywords: payroll loan; public servant indebtedness; financial education; federal civil servants.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo principal identificar o perfil dos servidores públicos de uma instituição de ensino superior, que utilizam o crédito consignado e os fatores determinantes para sua aquisição, analisando os impactos do endividamento e propondo medidas educativas voltadas ao uso responsável do crédito, por meio de relatório técnico, com dados obtidos em questionário aplicado aos servidores ativos e aposentados desta instituição. A revisão da literatura foi realizada nas plataformas Scopus, Web of Science e Google Scholar, indicando que fatores como faixa etária, remuneração e nível de escolaridade influenciam diretamente na taxa de utilização do crédito consignado. Observou-se também que a maioria dos servidores desta instituição de ensino superior não possuem conhecimentos adequados em finanças pessoais, o que contribui para o uso recorrente de empréstimos e consequente comprometimento da renda. A análise documental demonstrou que cerca de 10% dos valores de folha de pagamento são destinados a três principais consignatárias da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul: Cooperativa Sicredi, Banco do Brasil e Caixa Econômica Federal. Os resultados obtidos por meio do questionário aplicado apontam que a maioria dos servidores, com maior comprometimento de margem consignável possui renda familiar entre R 9.000,00, e a principal motivação para a aquisição de empréstimos consignados é para quitação de dívidas anteriores. Este estudo avança na discussão do tema ao evidenciar a necessidade de políticas institucionais de educação financeira voltadas ao serviço público federal, reforçando a importância do relatório técnico como instrumento de apoio à conscientização da gestão financeira pessoal e institucional.

No full textIndigenous Knowledge in Schools is an initiative that seeks to promote the continuing education of teachers in indigenous school education, especially those working in the early years of basic education in indigenous schools; to offer didactic and pedagogical resources that meet the specificities of community organization, multilingualism, and interculturality that underpin educational projects in indigenous communities; to provide support for the development of curricula, definition of methodologies, and evaluation processes that meet the specificities of literacy, numeracy, and knowledge processes of indigenous peoples; and to foster research that results in the development of didactic and supplementary materials in various languages, bilingual and monolingual, according to the sociolinguistic situation and in accordance with the specificities of indigenous school education.The book "Terena Legends and Myths" brings together a series of stories recounted by the families of the literacy teachers themselves and by the community in general. The literacy teachers took on the role of listeners and recorded the accounts. These various stories, told orally from generation to generation, resulted in this book, suitable for the final years of elementary school. The book is quite up-to-date and aligned with the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), and is interdisciplinary, allowing it to be used in the four major areas of education. The book contains twenty-three stories, including legends and myths popular in the Ipegue village community.Saberes Indígenas na Escola é uma ação que busca promover a formação continuada de professores da educação escolar indígena, especialmente daqueles que atuam nos anos iniciais da educação básica nas escolas indígenas; oferecer recursos didáticos e pedagógicos que atendam às especificidades da organização comunitária, do multilinguismo e da interculturalidade que fundamentam os projetos educativos nas comunidades indígenas; oferecer subsídios à elaboração de currículos, definição de metodologias e processos de avaliação que atendam às especificidades dos processos de letramento, numeramento e conhecimentos dos povos indígenas; fomentar pesquisas que resultem na elaboração de materiais didáticos e paradidáticos em diversas linguagens, bilíngues e monolíngues, conforme a situação sociolinguística e de acordo com as especificidades da educação escolar indígena.
O livro Lendas e Mitos Terena reúne uma série de histórias relatadas pelos familiares dos próprios professores alfabetizadores e pela comunidade em geral. Os professores alfabetizadores se colocaram na posição de ouvintes e registraram os relatos. Estas várias histórias contadas oralmente de geração em geração resultaram neste livro adequado para as séries finais do Ensino Fundamental. O livro é bastante atual e está em adequação com a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), é interdisciplinar, podendo ser usado nas quatro grandes áreas de ensino. O livro contém vinte e três histórias entre lendas e mitos populares na comunidade da aldeia Ipegue

No full textThe present dissertation aims to understand the types of paintings and graphics belonging to
women and men in the set of drawings traditionally produced by the Ejiwajegi/ Kadiwéu,
especially among the indigenous population of the Alves de Barros village (Porto Murtinho-
MS). Through this investigative proposal, I intend to comprehend the types of materials used
by both women and men when creating these drawings, for example, whether there are specific
colors and utensils for each gender within the community. As an indigenous member of this
people, my interest lies in clarifying any current confusions regarding the use of these patterns
and materials between women and men. With this project, I hope to contribute to the
continuation of this knowledge among my people, strengthening it in the villages, and also
producing educational materials that inform future generations about this subject.A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo entender quais são as pinturas e os grafismos
pertencentes a cada um dos gêneros, às mulheres e aos homens, no conjunto de desenhos
tradicionalmente produzidos pelos Ejiwajegi/ Kadiwéu, especialmente entre a população
indígena da aldeia Alves de Barros (Porto Murtinho-MS). A partir desta proposta investigativa,
pretende-se compreender também os tipos de materiais utilizados por mulheres e homens na
realização destes desenhos, por exemplo, se existem cores e utensílios específicos de
determinado gênero na comunidade. Como indígena deste povo, meu interesse está em
esclarecer possíveis confusões no uso destes padrões e materiais, entre as mulheres e os
homens, recorrentes na atualidade. Com isto espero contribuir para a continuidade deste saber
em meu povo, seu fortalecimento nas aldeias e também produzir materiais didáticos que
informem sobre essa temática às futuras gerações

No full textThis study focuses on the Economic Development of Chapadão do Sul, more precisely on the employability aspect driven by the city’s significant growth. The objective of this work was to analyze the economic development and employment opportunities in the municipality of Chapadão do Sul (MS), identifying the sectors that most contribute to job creation and the profile of local companies. The study sought to identify how the recent economic growth of the municipality, strongly driven by agribusiness and various areas within the commerce and services sectors, has directly influenced the labor market and increased the need for professional qualification. The research was developed through a documentary survey and quantitative analysis of secondary data collected from job posting platforms, social networks, and institutional reports such as “Radar Sebrae” and records from the Casa do Trabalhador. A total of 2,233 companies and 474 job openings were analyzed between June and September 2025, considering their sector and category. The results show that the service sector was the main generator of jobs during the period, followed by commerce, which maintained a growing pattern, and agribusiness, while the industrial sector still presents a reduced participation. This research also observed that the municipality faces a significant shortage of professionals in the areas of machine operation, general services, and commercial assistants, which are the main drivers of job opportunities in the city. Thus, it is concluded that the economic growth of Chapadão do Sul has significantly expanded job opportunities and stimulated business development, reinforcing the need for public policies and educational initiatives aimed at workforce training and productive diversification, which are essential to sustain the municipality’s economic development.Este trabalho tem como tema o Desenvolvimento Econômico de Chapadão do Sul, mais precisamente a vertente empregabilidade, impulsionada pelo crescimento expressivo da cidade. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a composição setorial da economia e as oportunidades de emprego no município de Chapadão do Sul (MS), identificando os setores que mais contribuem para a geração de vagas e o perfil das empresas locais. O estudo buscou identificar, como o crescimento econômico recente do município, fortemente movido pelo agronegócio e por diversas áreas dos setores de comércio e serviços, tem influenciado diretamente o mercado de trabalho e aumentado a necessidade de qualificação profissional. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de levantamento documental e análise quantitativa de dados secundários coletados em plataformas de divulgação de vagas de emprego, redes sociais e relatórios institucionais, como o “Radar Sebrae” e os registros da Casa do Trabalhador. Foram analisadas 2.233 empresas e 474 vagas ofertadas entre junho e setembro de 2025, levando em consideração seu setor e categoria. Os resultados mostram que o setor de serviços foi o principal gerador de empregos no período, seguido pelo comércio no qual se manteve um padrão crescente e pelo agronegócio, enquanto a indústria ainda apresenta participação reduzida. Nesta pesquisa também foi observado que o município apresenta uma grande falta de profissionais nas áreas de operação de máquinas, serviços gerais e auxiliares no comércio, sendo os que mais movimentam as oportunidades de trabalho na cidade. Com isso conclui-se que o crescimento econômico de Chapadão do Sul tem ampliado significativamente as oportunidades de trabalho e estimulado o desenvolvimento empresarial, reforçando a necessidade de políticas públicas e iniciativas educacionais voltadas à capacitação da mão de obra e à diversificação produtiva, fundamentais para sustentar o desenvolvimento econômico do município
