Self-Care Support for Prevention of Constipation in Elderly Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Patients Undergoing Cancer Chemotherapy
Get PDF本研究ではがん化学療法を受ける高齢びまん性大細胞型 B 細胞リンパ腫 ( 患者へのセルフケアを活かした排便コントロールの支援計画を作成し，その有効性を検討することを目的とした 。2 名の参加者に対し作成した支援計画に沿って看護実践し，内容をセルフケアの視点で分析した。その結果2名とも排便コントロールのセルフケアを習得し支援計画に沿った看護実践は高齢DLBCL患者の排便コントロールスキルの習得に繋がることが示唆された。また，高齢DLBCL患者へのセルフケアを活かした看護の特徴は，がん化学療法中の便秘への関心の高まりを捉えるまでの「便秘体験を知りセルフケアの優先順位を確認する」過程と，その後教育を開始しセルフケアを支援していく「セルフケアの向上を目的に支援する」過程に整理された 。This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a support plan for defecation control utilizing self-care for elderly atients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) undergoing cancer chemotherapy. Nursing care was practiced for two atients according to the support plan, and the contents were analyzed from the perspective of self-care.
The results suggested that both patients learned self-care for defecation control and that nursing practice according to a support plan led to the acquisition of defecation control skills in elderly DLBCL patients. In self-care-based defecation control nursing for elderly DLBCL patients, there was a process of “learning about the experience of constipation and prioritizing self-care of defecation” to capture the growing interest in constipation during cancer chemotherapy and a process of “supporting self-care with the aim of improving self-care of defecation” to initiate education and support self-care.departmental bulletin pape

Learning Speaker Authentication Models Using Data Augumentation with
Get PDFIn this paper, we tried to improve the authentication performance by increasing the training data of the speaker authentication model using voice conversion technology. We used one of the deep learning speaker authentication models, ”x-vector”, and increased the amount of data by incorporating data created by statistical voice conversion techniques as new speaker speech data when training the model. From the experiment, a comparison between models that incorporated data created by the voice conversion technology and those that did not, confirmed that models that incorporated data created by the voice conversion technology performed better, albeit slightly. This suggests that increasing the amount of data using voice conversion techniques is effective in learning speaker authentication models, but its impact was limited; therefore, more detailed study of data generation by voice conversion is needed in the future.departmental bulletin pape
