Disorders Function of the Heart and Kidney in Diabetes Mellitus
This article presents data on the prevalence of various types of heart remodeling in patients with type 2 diabetes with DN. It was found that the severity of structural and functional changes in the heart depends on the stage of diabetic nephropathy. New data are presented that establish a clear relationship between the indicators characterizing the structural and functional state of the heart and kidneys in patients with type 2 diabetes with DN. New facts have been obtained indicating that the basis of combined renocardial disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes is impaired vascular endothelial function
Using Moringa Seed Peel Powder to Remove Dyes from Aqueous Solutions
Moringa seed peel powder was used to remove methylene blue dye from the aqueous solution. The surface of the Moringa seed peel powder was characterized using (FT-IR) infrared spectroscopy, (BET) surface specification, and (SEM) scanning electron microscopy. The influencing factors were studied. On adsorption, which is the amount of adsorbent, contact time, initial concentration of the dye, temperature, and acid pH to predict the optimal conditions under which the adsorption process takes place. Adsorption equilibrium and adsorption rate data were evaluated using different isotherm and kinetic models. The isotherm results showed that the Langmuir model gave better results for the studied equilibrium data. The adsorption kinetic data better follow the pseudo-second order model. Thermodynamic variables were also evaluated and the calculated parameters indicated that the adsorption process was spontaneous and exothermic in nature

Bacteriologic and Immunologic Study for Some Patients with Psychological Stress
In recent decades, many stresses have increased on members of society, which has led to the emergence of many psychological diseases related to psychological stress. Therefore, this study aims to find the relationship between individuals who suffer from psychological stress and increased number of intestinal bacteria, as well as to study some immunological parameters related with stress. The study enrolled 180 participants including 97 (53.9%) patients suffering from schizophrenia disease and 53 (29.4%) patients with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as 30 (16.7%) persons as control group. Blood samples and clinical feces were collected from patients in Al-Rashad and Ibn Al-Rushd Hospitals in Baghdad province during the period August 2022 to March 2023, and the information of each sample was taken in its own questionnaire. The bacteria were diagnosed by phenotypic, microscopic, and biochemical tests. the results revealed that Klebsiella spp. was the most bacterial species in schizophrenia patients which reached to 30 (48.4%), while the number of Escherichia coli isolates was 12 (19.3%). In Alzheimer's patients, Klebsiella spp. was the most common bacterial species in schizophrenia patients which reached to 11 (35.5%), while the number of Escherichia coli isolates was 7 (22.6%). The study include estimation the levels of immunological parameters IL-6 and TNF-α using ELISA. The results revealed elevation the level of IL-6 (P<0.05) in sera of patients in comparison with healthy control group , which reached to )2.73±0.68( and (3.06±0.83 pg/ml) for patients with schizophrenia and Alzheimer's diseases respectively , while it was 0.94±0.16 Pg/ml in healthy control group. In addition, the level of tumor necrosis factor- alpha (TNF-α) showed a significant increase (P<0.05) in patients with schizophrenia (5.18±1.25 pg ml) and Alzheimer's disease (4.91±0.77 p /ml) compared to the healthy control group (2.16±0.37 pg/ml). In conclusions, the psychological diseases (schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s) associated with stress increased the number of intestinal bacteria in feces samples of patients in comparison with healthy control group, also increased the levels of the cytokines IL-6 and TNF- α in patients compared with healthy control group
Сomparative Analysis of the Combined Form of Uterine Fibroids and Adenomyosis in Women Who Had Covid-19 Before the Pandemic and During the Pandemic
In gynecology, uterine myoma and adenomyosis are among the most common diseases. We can observe a significant increase in the detection of uterine myoma and adenomyosis and their complications after the coronavirus pandemic. The study was conducted in the department of gynecology III multidisciplinary clinic TMA for the period 2018 - 2022, the case histories of patients admitted for inpatient treatment for uterine myoma and adenomyosis were studied. A retrospective analysis of pre-covid and post-covid periods was performed. Thus, the results of the study showed that the rate of operative treatment for uterine myoma was 48.4% of all the operations performed during the study period. Over the last 2 years (the pandemic period) there was a 1.3-fold increase in the frequency of radical organ-assisted operations. Frequent complicated forms of myoma and adenomyosis after covid is a cause of bleeding and an indication for the operative treatment

EVALUATING THE RESULTS OF OBESITY IN CHILDREN AGED 8 TO 14 YEARS ACCORDING TO MAGNESIUM LEVELS
Background In developed countries, it is a public health problem that affects both adults and children. Objective: This study aimed to assess health outcomes related to children with obese according to magnesium levels. Patients and method 120 samples were recruited, and clinical data were collected from one year, from January 2022 to February 2023. All examinations and laboratory tests were performed on the children, which included two groups, the first of which included children suffering from obesity and the second group of children of normal weight. Magnesium levels were assessed based on the degree of obesity and defined for children for all levels of obesity for both groups. Also, the general health of children was evaluated based on the quality-of-life scale. Results This study measured the levels of several biochemical markers in morbidly obese children. The recorded values were as follows: serum magnesium (1.6 ± 0.41), total cholesterol (188.46 ± 26.32), LDL-cholesterol (141.3 ± 27.11), triglycerides (108.46 ± 16.28), HDL-cholesterol (50.66±8.3).
In contrast, this research discovered that the biochemical rates of children with a healthy weight exhibited Serum magnesium levels of 2.5 ± 0.2, Total cholesterol levels of 131.60 ± 29.7, Triglyceride levels of 93.42 ± 23.60, and HDL-cholesterol levels of 58.72 ± 12.84. The blood pressure readings showed notable disparities between the two groups. In the group of morbidly obese children, the average Systolic Blood Pressure (BP) was 57.60 ± 12.3, and the average Diastolic BP was 61.86 ± 9.86. In contrast, the group of normal-weight children had an average Systolic BP of 46.33 ± 8.5 and an average Diastolic BP of 58.2 ± 11.6. Conclusion Most of obese children had a considerable drop in magnesium levels
