ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ESCHERICHIA COLI FROM CHILDREN WITH URINARY TRACT INFECTION IN KIRKUK CITY
Introduction: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are among the most common infections worldwide. Uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPECs) are the main causative agent of UTIs. UPECs initially colonize the human host adhering to the bladder epithelium. Adhesion is followed by the bacterial invasion of urothelial epithelial cells where they can replicate to form compact aggregates of intracellular bacteria with biofilm-like properties.
Aim: Isolation and identification of Escherichia coli from urinary tract infection of children and antibiotic susceptibility test by disc diffusion method for Escherichia coli.
Materials & methods: 120 samples will collect from urine of urinary tract infection. These samples will identify on different culture media such as MacConkey agar their biochemical tests will examine. After identification, E. coli isolates will keep in LB broth supplemented with 20% glycerol at -20°C for further use.
Results: A total of 120 samples were taken from patients, with an average of 40(33.3%) samples for males and 80 (66.7%) for females. The results showed that 37(30.8%) of the samples showed positive E. coli growth. About antibiotic susceptibility test E. coli showed total resistance (100%) to Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and Ampicillin. 50% resistance to Nalidixic. Otherwise, E. coli showed 40%, 20%, 60%, 20% and 50% resistance to Imipenem, Amikacin, Gentamicin, Azithromycin and Cefepime respectively.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME
For many years, practically the only additional diagnostic method was radiography of the foot. Analysis of the latest research and publications. In the early stages of DFS, radiography has low sensitivity to pathological processes of soft tissue articular structures, ligaments, bone marrow, paraarticular and paraosseous soft tissues. IMPORTANCE OF ECHOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ADENOMYOSIS
We observed perimenopausal women with adenomyosis, who used echography to determine the degree of adenomyosis. INDICATORS FOR DETERMINING THE HYGIENIC CONDITION OF DENTAL PROSTHESES
Relevance. Removable plate and clasp prostheses help to restore chewing, speech functions and normalize aesthetics, provide good hygienic care. However, through the base of the prosthesis, they negatively affect the tissues of the prosthetic limb and preserved teeth. When using thermoplastic prostheses, a significant part of the chewing pressure is redistributed to the base teeth. Removable lamellar prostheses minimally transfer chewing pressure to the preserved teeth, since the main part of the pressure falls on the mucous membrane of the alveolar process or alveolar part and bone tissue. With high chewing pressure under the base of the prosthesis, metabolic processes in the tissues of the alveolar tumor or the alveolar part change, which manifest themselves in the form of tissue atrophy. When using removable dentures, atrophic processes of the alveolar tumor and the alveolar part are observed

В настоящее время частота инфекций мочевыводящих путей возросла и составляет в среднем 60-65%. При этом, основными возбудителями патологий мочевыводящих путей в подавляющем большинстве являются Ps. aeruginosa, Proteus, E.coli [1, 2]. О необходимости своевременных и эффективных мер по предотвращению инфекционно-воспалительных поражений органов и мочеполовой системы свидетельствует тот факт, что некоторые штаммы этих микроорганизмов обладают высокой вирулентностью и активностью роста, способность размножаться и сохраняться в дезинфицирующих препаратах при низких концентрациях. Кроме этого, для них характерна устойчивость к множественным лекарственным средствам, антибиотикам [3,4]
Prevalence of Helicobacter Pylori among Patients Attended Private Clinic in Kirkuk-Iraq
Background: Helicobacter pylori is one of important gastrointestinal microorganism in which more than half the world's population was infected including Iraq.Patients and Methods: The study was carried out in Kirkuk private clinic for period from June 2022 until April 2023.Three hundred participants included in this study, of both sexes. The age of participants were ranging from below 10 up to 70 years old. H. pylori was detected in both blood serum and feces.Results: The present study found that among 300 participants attended Kirkuk private clinic, examined for detection H. pylori among them, using both blood serum and stools. Results showed that the overall rate of positive H. pylori antibody was (57.95%) while H. pylori antigen was (28.0%) .The rate of both antibody and antigen in female were greater than males. The highest rate of infection was among 21-30 years followed by 31-40 and 41-50 years. Regarding occupations, the highest rate was among house wives, followed by students and employee and the lowest was among free business.Conclusions: It is concluded that the prevalence of H. pylori among private clinic in Kirkuk is high, and infection occurred in different age groups and occupations
Physico-Chemical Properties of the New Domestic Mesh Implant "Niprocel"
The article presents experimental studies on the evaluation of the physico-chemical properties of the new mesh implant "Niprocel". A mesh prosthesis with a composite coating was developed for use in herniology in allogernioplasty of ventral hernias. This series of experiments is a mandatory preclinical study. It has been established that the polypropylene mesh meets the requirements for medical implants in terms of: bioinertness, biocompatibility, adhesion, strength, hemostatic effect, as well as the possibility of sterilization without disturbing the structure and properties
Analysing Some Dominant and Subdominant Species in the Urban Flora of Andijan City
This article provides information on the families belonging to the autochthonous fraction distributed in the urban flora of Andijan city, their genus, number of species, distribution, dominant plants in the spring and autumn synusia, and their current status. Geographical and biomorphological analysis of autochthonous species found in Urbanoflora is presented. Based on the herbarium specimens collected in the conducted field research and stored in the fund of the National Herbarium of Uzbekistan (TASH), it was found that 47 families, 355 species of tall plants belonging to 218 genera are found in the urban flora of Andijan city
