Computational methods
In this article we study the most important problems of computational mathematics - the establishment of calculation rules with the help of which the initial data, using previously created auxiliary circuits and devices, are converted into output data. A computational method is called stable if for any there is a such that the maxsimum output error is less than and the maximum input error is less than

CD48 and Tumor Progression: The Critical Immunoregulatory Function
CD48, a cell surface glycoprotein belonging to the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family, has emerged as a potential therapeutic target with significant clinical implications. In the context of cancer immunotherapy, CD48 plays a crucial role in immune evasion mechanisms and the modulation of immune responses. Engagement of CD48 with tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) can influence their polarization towards an immunosuppressive M2-like phenotype, contributing to tumor progression. Inhibition of CD48-mediated interactions has the potential to enhance anti-tumor immune responses and improve the efficacy of immunotherapeutic approaches, including immune checkpoint blockade and CAR T cell therapy. Combination therapies, patient stratification based on biomarkers, and careful consideration of safety profiles are important aspects to be explored

Investigation of the Process of Obtaining Zinc Hydroxide Carbonate by Precipitation From a Solution of Zinc Nitric Acid with a Solution of Sodium Carbonate
The results of studies on the preparation of zinc hydroxide carbonate by precipitation from a zinc nitrate solution with an 18% sodium carbonate solution are presented. The influence of technological factors on the degree of precipitation of zinc hydroxide carbonate was investigated and the optimal parameters of the process were established. The zinc nitrate solution contains 13,14% ZnO. The maximum degree of precipitation of zinc hydroxide carbonate is observed at pH medium (7,9-8,2), temperature 65-70°C. At the same time, an increase in the duration of the process from 40 to 45 minutes increases the degree of precipitation of zinc hydroxide carbonate from 98,78% to 99,97%
