Economic and Legal Nature of the Concept of Privatization
No full textThis article will reveal the history of the emergence, essence, legal and economic aspects of the concept of privatization. This research paper analyzes the concept of privatization based on the comparative legal method. It is known that one of the effective ways to develop a market economy, increase private property in society, and reduce state intervention in the economy is the privatization of state assets. Privatization is not only the alienation of state property, but also the formation of new economic structures, the creation of an opportunity for economic companies to carry out entrepreneurial activities in sectors of the economy that were previously closed to them. Privatization makes it possible to solve the problems of monopolizing the economy, stimulating competition, replenishing state and local budgets.
The results of privatization, its success largely depend on how perfect the mechanism of legal regulation of relations between the division of state and municipal property into the property of individuals and legal entities. On the other hand, the concept of privatization is interpreted economically and legally.
In this regard, this article analyzes the concept of privatization, its economic, legal aspects. The article discusses various approaches of doctrinal and normative concepts to privatization. In this regard, it was concluded that the need for an expanded interpretation of the term privatization as a legal category, but taking into account the economic justification

The Effect of Magnetic Field Strength in DC Magnetron
No full textPlasma parameters (electronic temperature , electronic density ( ), electronic cyclotron frequency, ionic cyclotron frequency, electronic gyro radius, ionic gyro radius, drift velocity ( ), plasma potential ( ), were determined under the effect of magnetic field strengths ((0.021-0.062) Tesla) in homemade magnetron sputtering system and discussed to improve the operation of it. Argon gas pressures is (0.5 mbar), a single langmuir probe was used as diagnostic tool. Generally it's found that the behaviors of the electronic temperature, the electronic and ionic gyro radius and the plasma potential decrease with increasing the magnetic field strengths, but the electronic density, electronic and ionic cyclotron frequencies and the floating potential increase with increasing the magnetic field strengths

The Development of Minang Pop Music From the Chain to the Home Village
No full textThe development of Pop Minang music started in overseas areas and then developed into the area of origin. The development of the art of music in Minangkabau, in line with industrial and media developments, has led to the emergence of a new era in Minangkabau music called Modern Minang music. The emergence of Pop Minang music did not start in West Sumatra, but in Jakarta in the 1950s with the presence of the Gumarang Orchestra under the leadership of Asbon Masjid. The Gumarang Orchestra was founded in 1953 by a group of Minang immigrants in Jakarta who incidentally were musicians. The Gumarang Orchestra became famous after the record album Ayam Den Lapeh, sung by Nurseha, hit the market in 1957. In the mid-1970s, the recording business shifted from Jakarta to West Sumatra. In line with this, Minang POP songs began to develop in West Sumatra. This development greatly influenced Minangkabau traditional music universally
