Исследование Уремического Синдрома Через Экспериментальные Модели На Крысах
No full textХронический уремический синдром был вызван 5/6 нефрэктомией, а острый уремический синдром - двусторонней нефрэктомией у крыс. При хроническом уремическом синдроме анализ крови и мочи показал высокий уровень азота мочевины (BUN) и креатинина. Кроме того, были обнаружены химические признаки, характерные для вторичной гиперпаратиреоза. Животные страдали от сильной полиурии, протеинурии и альбуминурии, однако, уровень общего белка в крови был увеличен, что вызвало удивление. Экспериментальный хронический уремический синдром представляет собой "синдром экстремальной адаптации" регуляторной активности оставшейся паренхимы почек и всего организма. В отличие от этого, острый уремический синдром, вызванный двусторонней нефрэктомией, представляет собой тяжелое нарушение обмена воды и электролитов, в конечном итоге приводящее к смерти экспериментальных животных через 50-60 часов

Рассматриваются экологические характеристики, проанализирован ареал распространения медоносных растений по экологическим группам. Медоносная флора региона отличается высоким эндемизмом. Установлены зависимости между удельной сырьевой фитомассой изученных видов и разными популяционными параметрами. Выявлены экспоненциальные и линейные типы регрессионной зависимости для рассматриваемых видов медоносных растений
