The real picture of the country is underdeveloped in standard of living, high rate of population growth, low level of per capita income, country’s economic and technological business, commerce and communication etc. in accordance with the first world countries. The actual development and progress mainly depends on the proper use of human resource. Human Resource Management is a systematic approach to ensure that the right people will be in the right place at the right time. If the Human Resource is placed in the right place in right time in right post then the country will be developed very quickly. The majority people of Bangladesh are uneducated and unskilled so they are unemployed. Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC) has created many employment opportunities for a large number of people in this regard. This study has been under taken with a view to obtain information about the “Human Resource Management of Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC). The result of the study shows that the Human Resource Management is playing a significant role to develop Bangladesh through (BRAC)
Economic and Social Development of Women in Bangladesh with the Blessings of NGO: A case study on Srizony Bangladesh

The position of Bangladesh is 25th among the 39th poorest countries. In Bangladesh, most of the people live in the rural areas. Mostly they are poor and cannot fulfill their basic needs. The poor people are affected in malnutrition, illiteracy, helpless and not empowered etc. There have been applied different development models through Government and Non-Government Organizations to alleviate poverty. They have great influence on the life rural woman. Their goal of development is to increase the well-being and quality of life of the rural woman through growth of social vertices. Women are nearly half of the population. They represent a half of the countries human resources and thus a half of its potential. It provides micro credit to the poor woman, because they are helpless. By taking micro credit they reduce their poverty and try to change their life. It emphasizes the development of rural women who are the half of the total population of Bangladesh. Development can be defined as the expansion in people’s ability to make strategic life choices in a context where this ability was previously denied to them. Hence our women are very much deprived of different kinds of opportunity for the cover of decades. Still it is continuing. Therefore NGO stands by them to develop in the entire life of women. In addition, there is a real change that has been done by such NGOs which are working in the study area. Women have developed and removed their sorrowful life over two decades by involving with NGO.Keywords: , ,
An Empirical Study on Perception of Service Quality in Islamic Banking Sector of Bangladesh
Get PDFIn today's global and border less market, service quality is gaining importance for successful survival of banks. This study examines the perception of bank customers regarding service quality of the Islamic banks as well as conventional banks in Bangladesh. This study is important due to an emerging trend of Islamic banking practices in Bangladesh besides conventional banking to replace Riba based products with the sharia'h compliance products. Data were collected from 720 bank customers by using stratified random sampling. It is found that the perception of customers of Islamic banks regarding service quality is higher than the perception of customers of conventional banks. The results indicate that there is significant difference in perception of service quality among customers of Islamic banks on the basis of gender but there is no significant difference in service quality perception of male and female customers of conventional banks. This study enables policy makers and bankers to make effective and quality oriented arrangements to have satisfied and delighted customers for long term benefits
Knowledge Sharing Attitudes: The Role of Job Satisfaction, Extraversion and Self-Rated Performance
Get PDFThe main objective of this paper is to find the role of job satisfaction, individual employee personality (extraversion and self rated performance) on two knowledge sharing attitudes, the willingness to share knowledge and the eagerness to share knowledge, since knowledge sharing is vital to out compete in this global business context. This study contributes to the limited research base on knowledge sharing in Bangladesh and the investigation about the factors that affect knowledge sharing in Bangladeshi organizations. Primary data have been used for this study collected through questionnaire survey. The result of the study shows that Satisfied, extrovert and self rater are eager to share information more likely than expect some balance which is aligned with the prior literature. Relevant literatures are also studied about topics related to this research. Recommendation and conclusion form the last part of this paper

Keats’s synaesthetic imagery performs two major functions in his poems: it is part of their sensual effect and the natural scenario traits. Author analyzed through the Romantic features such as imagination, emotion, nature and beauty of Keats’s creations. This study explores the big data issues and also throws light on big data applications, it’s opportunities and challenges. This study also analyze how the application of big data help to provide the customized solution to customers and grab the market share .Explorative research design and secondary data were used for this study. The available literature shows that customized marketing programs, better decision making, innovate new products are the most significant challenges. On the other hand, privacy, skill requirement, analytical and technical challenges are the most important obstacle to the application of big data in Bangladesh. Job Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers: A Case Study on Chuadanga District

Bangladesh government has taken various measures to educate its population in recognition of the potentials of education for its nation. Since 1971s, Bangladesh government has recognized education as one of the top priority areas. Job satisfactions of secondary school teachers mean teachers are satisfied or dissatisfied in the job as a teacher in the secondary school. For this purpose determine the satisfaction level. In this case researcher prepared a structured questionnaire. Through this questionnaire data are collected. In this collected data determine personal and job related factors. Calculating these determine the level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction level. Overall the most of the secondary school teachers are dissatisfied in their present job. Though the govt. secondary school teacher are satisfied with most of the factors but non-govt. secondary school teachers are dissatisfied with most of the factors
