The anti-historical and uneconomic perspective of Calderoli's differentiated autonomy: regions as small homelands

The paper analyses the effects of the Calderoli Bill on the nature of Italian regionalism. In particular, it highlights the risks associated with the transfer of functions and responsibilities from the State to the individual Regions, which include the potential reduction of resources available to other Regions, thereby undermining their ability to fulfill the rights of their specific territories. This scenario creates a prejudice against the principles of unity and solidarity, transforming the Regions into quasi-independent entities rather than integral parts of a unified country. This development stands in contrast to the concept of the Regions of Europe, which posits that regional divisions should enhance cohesion and unityIl contributo analizza gli effetti del ddl Calderoli sulla natura del regionalismo italiano.

Although there is a plenty of studies on Paul Celan and, in recent years, on Ghérasim Luca, the friendship between them has been little investigated. This article intends to fill this gap in the context of critical studies. Starting from the texts of the two authors and from the testimonies of those who knew both poets in Romania and France, this study wants to demonstrate that Paul Celan and Ghérasim Luca had a very close link between their artistic activities and their political orientations in Bucharest after the Second World War. These two poets participated at Romanian Surrealism and their texts, written mainly in Romanian, witness their great ethical and poetic passion after the discovery of the Nazi extermination camps. This article traces the most salient phases of their relationship and, above all, highlights the distance which characterized the two poets who followed Surrealism in the middle of the progressive and anti-fascist Left in Romania, by adopting a radically different style of writing.

Chronotopes of crisis. Symbolic space markers in the memories of Jewish migrants to Palestine

On the basis of a re-reading by sociolinguistics and sociolinguistically oriented narratology, Bakhtin’s concept of chronotope enables an innovative approach to the analysis of the oral narratives brought together in the Israelkorpus, as the former opens up access to the complex interaction between the cultural framework conditions, cultural norms and discourses, the personal experiences of the narrators and the specific narrative situation in which the interview takes place. The present work draws on the concept of the chronotope of crisis and examines narrated discontinuities that include encounters with symbolic space markers of anti-Semitic content. The detailed analysis of two examples selected from the sub-corpus created for this study, for which narrative analytical instruments are closely linked with findings from linguistic landscape research, examines how questions of identity are negotiated via changes in access to spaces and wants to work out the connection between narrowing of space, exclusion, and stigmatization. &nbsp

Il Ruolo delle Reti Locali IT.A.CA’ nei Processi di Sviluppo Territoriale. Uno Studio Esplorativo a Partire da una Lettura Transcalare

IT.A.CÀ festival represents an innovation for at least two reasons: on one hand, the festival’s vision aims to boost the progressive awareness of the tourist/host, here intended as “temporary citizen”, as she/he experiences a place; on the other hand, the organization structure is based on a complex networking system made up of vertical (among national committee and local networks) and horizontal (among local stakeholders)  ties. Through the analysis of reporting documents and other documentation produced by the festival organizers since 2009, as well as surveys, the research studies IT.A.CÀ’s multi-level network structure. The aim is not only to achieve a better understanding of the functioning and rooting processes, but also to clarify if and how the involvement of local stakeholders within IT.A.CÀ’s nationwide network affects the spread of a new way to conceive tourist destinations. More specifically, we suggest that local networks linked to IT.A.CÀ can be intended as a driver for social innovation at local level, whether they stem a virtuous auto-poietic process according to which synergies among network members favour new opportunities for cooperation and shared project design.

The Adoption of Chatbot for Customer Service

Modeling, profiling, analysing and understanding of users are becoming increasingly important in many industries also thanks to the support of artificial intelligence, representing a key to success in today’s data-driven world. The aim of the paper is to examine the interactions that occurred between ANAS users and the company’s’ chatbot, in order to highlight the requests, preferences and needs of users and the automated response and support capabilities that are provided to them. To meet the objectives of the research, a qualitative-quantitative study was carried out, including hermeneutic analysis and an automated analysis of the conversations were realized, using a natural language analysis (NLP) tool.   The results show that the conversational material is characterized by being a precious source of information to better understand the needs of the audience and, at the same time, to be able to improve the service offered to the customer. Understanding users, their profile, key issues and requests can help companies personalize their services and adapt strategies from the bottom up. This knowledge of users’ needs can be used to increase their satisfaction and help them find the right answer more quickly and easily, as well as - as has been done - identify aspects to integrate and/or modify for a more effective and efficient communication channel responsive to user needs. Beyond the content, the form of the conversations can represent a further area for improvement. In this sense, important practical implications emerged from the data for artificial intelligence designers and corporate communication professionals working in ANAS. &nbsp

    Spinoza, the Christ of Ethics

The study examines some interpretations of the christological problem in Spinoza, starting from the contributions of two Italian scholars. Cappelli, in a short writing from 1938, analyzes the affinity between Spinozism and Christianity. Di Vona, in a 2011 volume, captures the anomalies of Christ through expressions on his Spirit, present in Spinozian works. The analyzes of the two scholars thematize the connections between the Dutchman and his Christian friends, but also the gap between genres of knowledge in relation to religion and freedom. The article highlights the complexity of a topic, which must have seemed difficult even to the author of Ethics himself. The numerous researches already carried out and those that are still considered possible on the topic will shed light on the shadows over time
