Dionysus sails over the sea. Around the Geto-Thracian horizon of the European myth-poetic matrix
Moving on the ontological perspective traced by Plato and on the mystical and aesthetic one identified by Rohde, Nietzsche and Pârvan, Dan Botta recovers the Geto-Thracian horizon of the European myth-poetic matrix and highlights the importance of a “mythological reason” that takes charge of containing the tragic enigma of artistic creation in a dialectic between classicism of forms and romanticism of contents. It is a genealogical path of poetic making which, crossing the Mediterranean to the Black Sea, revolves around the myth of Dionysus as a nostalgic form of regret, but also as a promise for the future
Schiava ubriaca d’amore. Salomè di Dario Bellezza
The essay analyses the play Salomè, written in verses by the poet Dario Bellezza (1944 - 1996) in the late Eighties. In 1990, Salomè is enacted under the direction of Renato Giordano at Beat 72 theater in Rome, during the programme I poeti scrivono per il teatro curated by Giorgio Manacorda. As playwright, Bellezza tells the story of the famous Judaic princess Salomè, whose myth already has a variety of interpretations, and he revisits the tale according to his own poetic point of view. His unique reading gives the drama a raw kind of autobiographical undertone, which, in turn, translates into one of the most original retellings of a myth ever proposed in the Italian literature of the XX century.
The French Republican motto, “Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité”, adopted during the French Revolution, embodies the fundamental values of the Republic born of the Revolution. By closely examining the use of these words in the specific discursive context of the four main candidates in the 2022 presidential election (Emmanuel Macron, Marine Le Pen, Éric Zemmour and Jean-Luc Mélenchon), the study sets out to grasp the semantic richness inherent in these words, detecting the ideological subtleties that each of the candidates associates with these symbolic pillars of the republican vocabularyLa devise républicaine française, « Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité », adoptée lors de la Révolution française, incarne les valeurs fondamentales de la République née de la Révolution.

An element-based analysis of nasal-glide assimilation in the Taqbaylit prepositional phrase
In this paper we aim to describe and analyze the different phonetic realizations resulting from nasal-glide assimilations in some dialects of Taqbaylit Berber. Specifically, we aim to study the assimilation of the nasal-approximant /n-w/ which yield to different labial(ized) realizations [ww, pp, ppw, bbw, ggw], and the nasal-yod /n-j/ that result in palatal segments [jj, kk, gg] depending on the dialect. While these facts are well documented, most works are limited to descriptive accounts and rarer are the attempts to theoretically explain their phonological derivation. Our analysis is couched in Element Theory (Kaye et al. 1985, 1990, Harris 1990, 1994, among others) and proposes to analyze the internal structure of the surface segments and their link to the underlying forms and explain their distribution in Taqbaylit dialects. Our analysis also contributes to the theoretical debates on the link between voicing and nasality and their element-representation
