3D animation - "Unbroken canvas"
No full textOvaj završni rad istražuje proces stvaranja animiranog filma „Unbroken Canvas“, s fokusom na tehničke, kreativne i simboličke aspekte produkcije. Kroz godine rada u video montaži i pripovijedanju vizualnim medijima, došao sam do animacije kao sredstva izražavanja, koje mi pruža veću kontrolu nad kreiranjem likova, svjetova i pokreta. Kao glavna inspiracija za moj rad poslužila je videoigra Team Fortress 2, čiji prepoznatljivi likovi, zahvaljujući alatu Source Filmmaker, postaju idealni „glumci“ u mojim animacijama.
Proces rada uključivao je faze predprodukcije, produkcije i postprodukcije, pri čemu sam koristio razne tehnike animacije, uključujući simulaciju animacije na dvojkama kako bih postigao željeni „isprekidani“ izgled pokreta. Postprodukcija je uključivala dodavanje 2D efekata, montažu u programu Adobe Premiere Pro, kao i kolor korekciju kako bih bili naglašeni tematski tonovi priče, osobito kroz sukob crvene i plave boje koje koristim kao simbol kreativnosti i simbol povučenosti.
Rad također istražuje dublje teme poput sukoba kreativne individualnosti i društvenih pritisaka, te se osvrće na temu kreativnosti kao izlaska iz zone ugode, što je glavna poruka filma. Unatoč tehničkim ograničenjima Source Filmmakera, rad na ovom projektu me potaknuo na inovativna rješenja i kreativni rast, omogućivši mi da se suočim s brojnim izazovima te naučim više o sebi kao kreativcu.This thesis explores the process of creating the animated film "Unbroken Canvas," focusing on the technical, creative, and symbolic aspects of the production. Through years of working in video editing and visual storytelling, I arrived at animation as a means of expression, which offers me greater control over creating characters, worlds, and movements. The main inspiration for my work was the video game Team Fortress 2, whose distinctive characters, thanks to the Source Filmmaker tool, become the ideal "actors" in my animations.
The work process included the stages of pre-production, production, and post-production, during which I employed various animation techniques, including simulating animation on twos to achieve the desired "stuttered" motion effect. Post-production involved adding 2D effects, editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as color correction to emphasize the thematic tones of the story, particularly through the battle of red and blue as symbols of creativity and introversion.
The thesis also delves into deeper themes such as the conflict between creative individuality and societal pressures, and reflects on creativity as stepping out of one's comfort zone, which was the main message of the film. Despite the technical limitations of Source Filmmaker, working on this project inspired innovative solutions and creative growth, allowing me to face numerous challenges and learn more about myself as a creator. Through this work, the importance of creativity, perseverance, and the fight for individual expression in a world that often suppresses individuality is highlighted
Nonverbal communication in sports on the example of handball
No full textTema ovog diplomskog rada je neverbalna komunikacija u rukometu. Prikazat će se postojanje i ulogu neverbalnih kodova u konkretnom sportu. Metodologija se zasniva na znanstveno-istraživačkim metodama poput deduktivne i induktivne metode, analize i sinteze, intervjua te empirijskih znanja. Istraživanjem se želi istaknuti važnost neverbalne komunikacije
u sportu, pokazati njen doprinos u ostvarivanju sportskih dostignuća te podcrtati koliko ona utječe na odnose svih sudionika u sportu. U skladu s time, radna je pretpostavka ovog teksta da je neverbalna komunikacija poprilično važan element postizanja kvalitetnijih rezultata u sportu, konkretno rukometu, te da je ona sastavni dio međusobne komunikacije; pogotovo stoga što je iznimno važno da se u tom procesu razmjene riječi i simbola svi sudionici jednako razumiju.
Svaki trening i svaka utakmica zaseban su komunikacijski proces. Osnovna mu je svrha uspostava suodnosa u kolektivu te pojedinačni razvoj svakog sportaša. S obzirom na tip komunikacije, njegov intenzitet i cjelokupni kontekst, rukomet – kao uostalom bilo koja druga sportska aktivnost – prilikom interpersonalne i grupne komunikacije iskazuje posebne
karakteristike, od kojih ćemo se osvrnuti na ključne. Cilj rada je pokazati koliko je neverbalna komunikacija važna u rukometu; postizanje vrhunskog rezultata nemoguće je bez njene primjene. U ovom radu pokušat će se objasniti koliko je, kada i zašto primjena neverbalne komunikacije neophodna.The topic of this graduation thesis is non-verbal communication in handball. The existence and role of non-verbal codes in specific sports will be presented. The methodology is based on scientific research methods such as deductive and inductive methods, analysis and synthesis, interviews and empirical knowledge. The aim of the research is to emphasize the importance of non-verbal communication in sports, to show its contribution to the achievement of sports accomplishment and to show how much it affects the relationships of all participants in sports.
Accordingly, the main point of this text is that non-verbal communication is an important element of achieving better results in sports, specifically handball, and that it is an integral part of mutual communication; especially since it is extremely important that in this process of exchanging words and symbols, all participants are equally understood. Each training session and each game is a separate communication process. Its main purpose is the establishment of team relations and the individual development of each athlete. Considering the type of communication, its intensity and overall context, handball - like any other sports activity - exhibits special characteristics during interpersonal and group communication of which, we will refer to the key ones. The aim of the paper is to show how important non-verbal communication is in handball; achieving a top result is impossible without its application. This

No full textOvim diplomskim radom će se dati prikaz istraživanja interakcije Generacije Z na društvenim mrežama te će dati prikaz analize uloge influencera kao ključnih figura na društvenim mrežama. Osim navedenog ovim radom će se dati uvid u praćenje objava influencera kao i sadržaje koji oblikuju identitet i preferencije pripadnika generacije Z. U uvodu se predstavlja tema istraživanja, naglašavajući važnost proučavanja interakcije mladih i medija te sukladno tome pregled društvenih mreža u drugom poglavlju identificira različite vrste ovih platformi i njihovu ulogu u svakodnevnom životu. Pregled poglavlja ukazuje na različite vrste platformi poput Facebooka, Instagrama, TikToka, Twitera i drugih, ističući kako je njihova primjena postala novi način komunikacije i interakcije među ljudima bez koje im je život nezamisliv. Treće poglavlje detaljno definira pojam generacije Z, ističući njihove ključne karakteristike poput digitalne pismenosti, visoke povezanosti s tehnologijom te snažne interese za online interakcije i izražavanje. Oni danas predstavljaju modernu generaciju koja pokazuje visoku razinu digitalne pismenosti koja im je od rođenja postala svakodnevnica te je promijenila način funkcioniranja pojedinca, a samim time i cjelokupnog društva. Fenomen influencera, u četvrtom poglavlju, pruža uvid u kategorizaciju influencera prema vrsti sadržaja koji stvaraju te njihovom utjecaju na generaciju Z putem društvenih mreža, a sama važnost kakvu influenceri imaju ilustrirana je primjerima iz svijeta i Hrvatske. Ovo zanimanje svrstano je u skupine koje ovise o raznim faktorima, poput broj pratitelja na društvenim mrežama, vrsta sadržaja i ostalo te svaki influencer teži da dođe do najviše kategorije i da bude što uspješniji. Peto poglavlje iznosi detalje istraživanja o utjecaju influencera na generaciju Z s jasno postavljenim ciljevima i hipotezama. Metodologija istraživanja, uključujući opis uzorka i korištene metode, pruža osnovne temelje za analizu rezultata koji su nakon toga interpretirani kako bi se utvrdio stvarni utjecaj influencera na pripadnike generacije Z. Rasprava u istom poglavlju ističe ključne faktore samog istraživanja, identificira njegova ograničenja te ističe doprinos istraživanja, no samo istraživanje pokazuje da su influnceri značajni ispitanicima generacije Z zbog privlačnosti i zanimljivosti njihovog sadržaja. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 201 ispitanika kako bi se analizirala njihova sociodemografska obilježja, učestalost praćenja influencera na spomenutim mrežama, razlozi njihovog praćenja, utjecaj influencera na njihove kupovne odluke i životni stil, odnosno u kojoj mjeri se pojedinac odlučuje na isto zbog objave influencera te je izračunat i Cromah Alpha koeficijent da se utvrdi razina pouzdanosti mjerne ljestvice. Ovaj rad pruža uvid u važnost i utjecaj influencera u digitalnom dobu i kako njihova prisutnost oblikuje percepcije i ponašanja mladih generacija.This thesis presents a study on the interaction of Generation Z on social media and analyzes the role of influencers as key figures on these platforms. Additionally, it provides insights into the monitoring of influencers' posts and the content that shapes the identity and preferences of Generation Z members. The introduction presents the research topic, emphasizing the importance of studying the interaction between young people and media. Accordingly, the second chapter reviews social media, identifying different types of these platforms and their role in everyday life. This chapter highlights various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and others, emphasizing how their usage has become a new way of communication and interaction among people, making life unimaginable without them. The third chapter defines Generation Z in detail, highlighting their key characteristics such as digital literacy, high connectivity with technology, and strong interests in online interactions and expression. They represent a modern generation that demonstrates a high level of digital literacy that has become an everyday norm from birth, changing the way individuals function and, consequently, society as a whole. The phenomenon of influencers, discussed in the fourth chapter, provides insight into the categorization of influencers according to the type of content they create and their impact on Generation Z via social media. The importance of influencers is illustrated with examples from around the world and Croatia. This profession is categorized based on various factors such as the number of followers on social media, the type of content, and other aspects, with each influencer striving to reach the highest category to be as successful as possible. The fifth chapter details the research on the influence of influencers on Generation Z, with clearly defined objectives and hypotheses. The research methodology, including a description of the sample and methods used, provides the foundation for analyzing the results, which are then interpreted to determine the actual impact of influencers on Generation Z members. The discussion in the same chapter highlights the key factors of the research, identifies its limitations, and emphasizes the contribution of the research. The study shows that influencers are significant to Generation Z respondents due to the attractiveness and interest of their content. The research was conducted on a sample of 201 respondents to analyze their sociodemographic characteristics, the frequency of following influencers on the mentioned platforms, the reasons for following them, the impact of influencers on their purchasing decisions and lifestyle, and the extent to which individuals decide based on influencers' posts. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to determine the reliability level of the measurement scale. This thesis provides insight into the importance and impact of influencers in the digital age and how their presence shapes the perceptions and behaviors of young generations

No full textSkladište je prostor koji se koristi u svrhu uskladištenja robe. Roba se nakon određenog vremena skladištenja uključuju u daljnje procese odnosno u transport, proizvodnju ili potrošnju. To je prostor u kojemu se čuvaju, smještaju i izdaju određeni materijali, sirovine, poluproizvodi i gotovi proizvodi. Glavna funkcija skladišta je skladištenje robe prilikom čega roba mora zadržati svoju prvobitnu kvalitetu i svojstva. Kako bi se ostvarila glavna funkcija skladišta, bitan je odabir vrste skladišta i izbor lokacije skladišta, što ovisi o vrsti djelatnosti poslovne organizacije. Osim navedenog, na skladišni proces utječu i sredstva za skladištenje i sredstva za odlaganje, te transportna sredstva koja moraju biti prilagođena vrsti robe koja se skladišti.
Skladišta imaju veliku ulogu u poslovanju organizacije, te je posvećenost načinima skladištenja i optimizaciji skladišnih procesa i prostora vrlo bitna stvar u ukupnom poslovanju. Skladišni sustav i procesi koji se odvijaju u skladištu integralni su dio svakog procesa proizvodnje proizvoda. Skladišni sustav podrazumijeva podršku, potporu i podupiranje brojnih i složenih aktivnosti u skladišnom poslovanju (uskladištenje, smještaj, razdioba, operacije u skladišnim prostorijama, iskladištenje), pružajući uspješnu i učinkovitu podršku i potporu svim aktivnim sudionicima u poslovanju organizacije. After a certain storage period, goods should be included in further processes such as transport, production, or consumption. It is a place where specific materials, raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are kept, placed, and issued. The main function of the warehouse is to store goods while maintaining their original quality and properties. To achieve the primary function of the warehouse, the choice of the type of warehouse and its location is important, depending on the type of business activity of the organization. Additionally, the storage process is influenced by storage and disposal means and transport means, which must be adapted to the type of goods being stored.
Warehouses have a significant role in the operation of an organization, and attention to storage methods and the optimization of storage processes and storage itself is very important in overall business operations. The key role of the warehouse is in the logistics process and in building and maintaining connections with business partners. Storage and warehouse processes affect customer service and inventory levels, which ultimately has a direct impact on the organization's success in sales and marketing. In other words, warehouses are a source of cost reduction and productivity improvement in logistics processes. Media perception of the migrant crisis in Croatia - the role of the media in shaping public opinion
No full textMigrantska kriza potencirana je ratovima i prevratima u arapskim zemljama Mediterana, ali i nedorečenim intervencijama zapadnih saveznika u slamanju tamošnjih diktatorskih režima u Arapskom proljeću. U jesen 2015. godine, neposredno prije parlamentarnih izbora na hrvatske granice naišao je val migranata s balkanske rute u kojem je u zapadnu Europu preko Hrvatske u razdoblju od nekoliko mjeseci prošlo više stotina tisuća migranata. Dolazak velikog broja izbjeglica i migranata u Europu od 2015. na dalje, potaknuo je europske i hrvatske medije na svakodnevno izvještavanje o „migrantskoj krizi“. O migrantima se većinom izvještavalo neutralno te da oni većinom nisu bili predmetom stereotipiziranja. Ipak, dominantni je okvir izvještavanja kod svih portala tijekom cijelog analiziranog razdoblja bio sigurnosni, a ne humanitarni. To se ne odnosi na Crveni križ koji navodi svoj utjecaj na osiguravanje kvalitetnog života migranata u Hrvatskoj. Nedvojbeno je da je fenomen migracija važna tema na medijskoj agendi u Hrvatskoj, a samim time nameće se i kao važno društveno pitanje jer su mediji ključni akteri u polju konstruiranja, perpetuiranja i prenošenja značenja te u tom smislu imaju neizostavnu ulogu u postavljanju i usmjeravanju javnih rasprava, kao i u informiranju opće populacije. Analiza medijskih reprezentacija osvijetlila je medijsko-proizvodne prakse problematične za javnost i javni interes koje, nažalost, nisu ništa novo: o temi se izvještava senzacionalistički, što uključuje dramatizaciju, patetiku te manipulaciju emocijama publika, s intencijom pobuđivanja jakih pozitivnih ili negativnih sentimenata, dok je središnja karakteristika izvještavanja o temi konflikt, koji se reprezentira kao temeljna društvena relacija između različitih aktera, otvarajući prostor kontroverznim akterima da privuku pažnju publika (bez obzira na potencijalno štetne posljedice za društvo u cjelini).The migrant crisis was intensified by wars and upheavals in the Arab countries of the Mediterranean, but also by the vague interventions of the Western allies in breaking the dictatorial regimes there during the Arab Spring. In the fall of 2015, just before the parliamentary elections, a wave of migrants from the Balkan route came across Croatia's borders, in which hundreds of thousands of migrants crossed into Western Europe via Croatia over a period of several months. The arrival of a large number of refugees and migrants in Europe from 2015 onward prompted European and Croatian media to report on the "migrant crisis" on a daily basis. Migrants were mostly reported neutrally and that they were mostly not subject to stereotyping. Nevertheless, the dominant reporting framework of all portals during the entire analyzed period was security, not humanitarian. This does not apply to the Red Cross, which cites its influence on ensuring the quality of life of migrants in Croatia. There is no doubt that the phenomenon of migration is an important topic on the media agenda in Croatia, and thus it is also an important social issue, because the media are key actors in the field of constructing, perpetuating and transmitting meaning, and in this sense they have an indispensable role in setting and directing public debates. , as well as in informing the general population. The analysis of media representations shed light on media-production practices that are problematic for the public and the public interest, which, unfortunately, are nothing new: the subject is reported sensationally, which includes dramatization, pathos and manipulation of the audience's emotions, with the intention of arousing strong positive or negative sentiments, while the central characteristic of reporting on the topic of conflict, which is represented as a fundamental social relationship between different actors, opening space for controversial actors to attract the attention of the audience (regardless of the potentially harmful consequences for society as a whole)
Organization of the construction of the residential building Margalići in Zagreb
No full textTema završnog rada temelji se na istraživanju izvođenja građevinskih radova koji su potrebni za izradu stambene zgrade Margalići u Gornjem Vrapču. Analiza obuhvaća ključne faze procesa izvođenja radova, uključujući planiranje, izvođenje i upravljanje resursima. U završnom radu opisao sam podatke o predmetnom projektu. Daljnjom razradom izrađen je detaljan tehnički opis o građevini u kojem sam naveo lokaciju, površinu, namjenu i još podataka koje čine tehnički opis. Kod tehnologije izvođenja, sve je potkrijepljeno sa slikama sa gradilišta, a za sam opis korišten je troškovnik i glavni projekt. Shema gradilišta je sastavljena od strane autora. Pomoću količina iz troškovnik, dobiven od izvođača, izradio sam analizu cijena te u nastavku opisano i izračunato trajanje aktivnosti u danima koje je grafički prikazano u gantogramu.The topic of the final thesis is based on the research of the execution of construction works that are necessary for the construction of the residential building Margalići in Gornje Vrapče. The analysis covers the key stages of the work execution process, including planning, execution and resource management. In the final paper, I described the data on the subject project. With further elaboration, a detailed technical description of the building was created, in which I stated the location, area, purpose and other data that make up the technical description. In terms of execution technology, everything is supported by pictures from the construction site, and the cost sheet and the main project were used for the description. The scheme of the construction site was drawn up by the author. Using the quantities from the cost sheet, obtained from the contractor, I made a price analysis and described and calculated

Knowledge and frequency of contraceptive use among adolescents
No full textRazdoblje adolescencije je vrijeme puno izazova i promjena gdje mladi ljudi stupaju u fazu intenzivnog fizičkog, emocionalnog i socijalnog razvoja. U ovom osjetljivom razdoblju, pitanja vezana uz spolnost i reproduktivno zdravlje postaju sve izraženija i važnija. Upravo zbog toga, poznavanje, razumijevanje i primjena kontracepcije iznimno su bitni za očuvanje zdravlja i dobrobiti adolescenata. Tijekom izrade ovog završnog rada fokus je bio na istraživanju percepcija, stavova i ponašanja adolescenata u kontekstu reproduktivnog zdravlja, s posebnim naglaskom na kontracepciju. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo studente preddiplomskog studija sestrinstva i fizioterapije i studente diplomskog studija sestrinstva – menadžment u sestrinstvu Sveučilišta Sjever, ukupno uključenih 90 studenata u razdoblju od 21. rujna 2023 do 18. listopada 2023. Cilj je bio razumjeti koliko su mladi informirani o različitim metodama kontracepcije, koje stavove zauzimaju prema korištenju kontraceptiva te kako društveni, obrazovni i obiteljski faktori utječu na njihove odluke i prakse u vezi s kontracepcijom. Od ukupnog broja sudionika čak 61 sudionik (67,8%) je spolno aktivan. Sudionici su većinom koristili kontracepcijske metode, njih 35 (38,9%), dok ih samo 8 (8,9%) sudionika nije koristilo. Značaj obrazovanja o spolnosti ističe se kao važan u osnaživanju adolescenata da donose odgovorne odluke o vlastitom reproduktivnom zdravlju. Rad također adresira potrebu za sveobuhvatnim pristupom koji uključuje podršku obitelji, obrazovnih i zdravstvenih ustanova u pružanju točnih informacija i resursa mladim ljudima. Ovaj završni rad potvrđuje važnost integriranog pristupa u promicanju zdravog reproduktivnog zdravlja adolescenata, naglašavajući kako informiranost, otvoreni dijalog i pristup kontracepcijskim sredstvima mogu značajno doprinijeti smanjenju rizika od neželjenih trudnoća i spolno prenosivih bolesti među mladima.Period of adolescence is a time full of challenges and changes, where young people step in a phase of intense physical, emotional and social development. In this sensitive period, questions regarding sexuality and reproductive health become more expressed and important. Because of that, knowing, understanding and application of contraception is extremely important for preservation of their health and beneficial for their heath. While writing this final paper, the focus is on research perception, stance, and behaviour of adolescents in the context of reproductive health, with special emphasis on contraception. Research includes nursing and physiotherapy undergraduates and nursing graduate students - management nursing university North, 90 students were questioned in the period from 21st of September 2023. until 18th of October 2023. The main goal is to understand how much young people are informed about different kinds of contraception, what stance they take when using contraception and how social, educational and family segments affect their decisions about contraception. Out of all participants even 61 (67.8%) is sexually active. Participants mostly use contraceptives 35 (38.9%), while 8 (8,9%) participants did not use contraception. The significance of sexuality education is highlighted as important in empowering adolescents to make responsible decisions about their own reproductive health. The paper also addresses the need for a comprehensive approach that includes supporting families, schools and health care facilities in providing accurate information and resources to young people. This final paper confirms the importance of an integrated approach in promoting healthy adolescent reproductive health, emphasizing how information, open dialogue and access to contraceptives can significantly contribute to reducing the risk of unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases among young people

No full textTema ovog završnog rada je proračun čelične konstrukcije hale sukladno europskim normama.
Definirane su geometrijske karakteristike hale i analizirana opterećenja sa kojima je proveden
statički proračun za određivanje unutarnjih sila u konstruktivnim elementima. Dimenzioniranje
konstruktivnih elemenata temelji se na rezultatima provedenog statičkog proračuna sukladno
graničnim stanjima nositvosti. Napravljena je i provjera graničnog stanja uporabivosti, odnosno
deformacije. Statički proračun i dimenzioniranje je provedeno u računalnom programu „Dlubal“
koji se temelji na metodi konačnih elemenata. Za analizu opterećenja korišten je računalni program
„Opterećenja“, a za proračun priključaka računalni program „Idea StatiCA“.
U radu su definirani osnovni pojmovi vezani za montažno građenje, sam materijal čelik,
dijelovi čelične hale i program Dlubal. Prikazan je opis hale, cjelokupna analiza i proračun čelične
konstrukcije hale sukladno europskim normama uz pomoć navedenih računalnih programa i
uspoređen je proračun iz računalnih programa sa tradicionalnim načinom proračuna.The topic of this final paper is analysis of the steel structure of the hall in accordance with
European standards. The geometric characteristics of the hall were defined and the loads were
analyzed, with which the static calculation was carried out to determine the internal forces in the
structural elements. The dimensioning of structural elements is based on the results of the static
calculation in accordance with the load-bearing limit states. A check of the limit state of usability,
i.e. deformation, was also made. Static analysis and dimensioning was carried out in the "Dlubal"
computer program, which is based on the finite element method. The "Opterećenja" computer
program was used for load analysis, and the "Idea StatiCA" computer program was used for
connection calculations.
The paper defines the basic terms related to prefabricated construction, the material steel itself,
parts of the steel hall and the Dlubal program. The description of the hall, the overall analysis and
calculation of the steel structure of the hall in accordance with European standards is presented
with the help of the mentioned computer programs, and the calculation from the computer
programs is compared with the traditional method of calculation
