    Construction of an irrigation crane for watering green areas

    U završnom radu opisuje se izrada konstrukcijskog dijela hidraulične naprave za zalijevanje zelenih površina korištenjem programa Solidworks. U prvom dijelu rada, u uvodu, riječ je općenito o stroju za zalijevanje zelenih površina, hidraulici, hidrauličnim sustavima, čelicima i konstrukcijskim čelicima. U nastavku rada govori se detaljnije o hidraulici, cjevovodima, hidrauličnim pumpama, cisternama i kiperskim sanducima. U eksperimentalnom dijelu završnog rada prikazana je konstrukcijska izvedba i izrada same dizalice poljevača za zalijevanje zelenih površina, njezine glavne karakteristike, konstruiranje modela i pozicija te razrada svakog pojedinog dijela. Nakon toga slijedi analiza izrade konstrukcije u kojem je navedeno potrebno vrijeme za izradu hidraulične naprave, korišteni materijali i okvirna cijena izrade. Na kraju završnog rada prikazano je kako sam uz primjenu stečenih znanja i modernih inženjerskih alata, razvio i izradio hidrauličnu dizalicu za zalijevanje zelenih površina. Rješenje je prilagođeno zahtjevima kupca i mogućnostima izrade poduzeća Hidraulike Kurelje d.o.o.In this thesis, describes the development of the structural part of a hydraulic device for watering green areas using the SolidWorks software. The first part of the paper, the introduction, provides a general overview of the watering machine, hydraulics, hydraulic systems, steels, and structural steels. The following sections explore hydraulics in more detail, including pipelines, hydraulic pumps, tanks, and tipper containers. The experimental part of the final paper presents the structural design and construction of the watering crane for green areas, its main features, the modeling and positioning process, as well as the breakdown of each individual part. This is followed by an analysis of the construction process, which includes the estimated time required for manufacturing the hydraulic device, its weight, and the approximate production cost. At the end of the paper, the conclusion outlines how I used my acquired knowledge and modern engineering tools to develop and construct a hydraulic crane for watering green areas. The solution was adapted to the customer’s requirements and the manufacturing capabilities of the company Hidraulika Kurelja d.o.o

    Rad opisuje važnost totalne endoproteze kuka kao standardnog zahvata za liječenje degenerativnih promjena, uz naglasak na individualnoj rehabilitaciji. Proučava se anatomija kuka, pri čemu se prikazuje građa zgloba, mišići i uzroci ozljeda s fokusom na biomehaničku kompleksnost tog područja. Stavlja se naglasak također i na vrste kirurških zahvata, indikacije, moguće komplikacije, vrste proteza i operativne pristupe. U fizioterapijskoj procjeni prikazane su metode mjerenja pokretljivosti, boli i funkcionalnosti kako bi se pratilo stanje pacijenta tijekom rehabilitacije. Prijeoperacijski protokol naglašava pripremu pacijenta kroz edukaciju, fizičku procjenu i psihološku podršku. Poslijeoperacijski protokol donosi detaljan prikaz rehabilitacije po fazama, uključujući vježbe, mjere opreza, kontrolu boli i postupno povećanje opterećenja. Uspješan oporavak nakon ugradnje proteze ovisi o individualiziranoj fizioterapiji, timskom pristupu i podršci pacijentu kroz sve faze rehabilitacije i oporavka.The paper describes the importance of total hip arthroplasty as the standard procedure for treating degenerative changes, with an emphasis on individualized rehabilitation. It examines the anatomy of the hip, presenting the structure of the joint, the surrounding muscles, and the causes of injuries, with a focus on the biomechanical complexity of this region. Attention is also given to the types of surgical procedures, indications, possible complications, types of prostheses, and surgical approaches. In the physiotherapeutic assessment, methods for measuring range of motion, pain, and functionality are presented to monitor the patient’s condition throughout rehabilitation. The preoperative protocol emphasizes patient preparation through education, physical assessment, and psychological support. The postoperative protocol provides a detailed overview of phase-based rehabilitation, including exercises, precautionary measures, pain management, and the gradual increase of load. Successful recovery following prosthesis implantation depends on individualized physiotherapy, a multidisciplinary approach, and support for the patient throughout all stages of rehabilitation and recovery

    The impact of packaging on the possibility of reducing the ecological footprint of the city of Ludbreg

    U ovom radu analiziran je utjecaj ambalaže na ekološki otisak s posebnim osvrtom na Grad Ludbreg, koji je primjer dobre prakse u održivom gospodarenju otpadom u Republici Hrvatskoj. U kontekstu sveprisutne ambalaže i rastućeg problema otpada, istraženi su modeli upravljanja otpadom, s naglaskom na odvojeno prikupljanje, reciklažu i smanjenje plastične ambalaže. Grad Ludbreg u razdoblju od 2018. do 2023. godine bilježi porast ukupnog otpada, ali i značajan napredak u stopi odvojenog prikupljanja otpada – s 34,45 % na 52,18 %, čime premašuje nacionalne ciljeve. U radu su obuhvaćene i mjere koje grad provodi za smanjenje ekološkog otiska, uključujući edukaciju građana, poticanje kružnog gospodarstva, sadnju drveća te primjenu obnovljivih izvora energije. Iako konkretna mjerenja ekološkog otiska na lokalnoj razini nisu dostupna, dostupni pokazatelji potvrđuju pozitivan trend. Zaključno, Ludbreg pokazuje kako se sinergijom zakonodavstva, lokalne politike i angažmana zajednice može ostvariti održiv i odgovoran razvoj.This paper analyzes the impact of packaging on the ecological footprint, with a particular focus on the City of Ludbreg, which serves as an example of best practices in sustainable waste management in the Republic of Croatia. In the context of omnipresent packaging and the growing waste problem, waste management models were examined, with emphasis on separate collection, recycling, and reduction of plastic packaging. Between 2018 and 2023, Ludbreg recorded an increase in total waste but also a significant improvement in the rate of separately collected waste – from 34.45% to 52.18%, thereby surpassing national targets. The paper also outlines the measures the city is implementing to reduce its ecological footprint, including citizen education, promotion of the circular economy, tree planting, and the use of renewable energy sources. Although concrete measurements of the ecological footprint at the local level are not available, the existing indicators confirm a positive trend. In conclusion, Ludbreg demonstrates how the synergy of legislation, local policies, and community engagement can lead to sustainable and responsible development

    Kroz ovaj završni rad istaknuta je iznimna važnost menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala u današnjem poslovnom svijetu i okruženju. Najviše važnosti pridaje se potrebi za kontinuiranim usavršavanjem zaposlenika, a profesionalni razvoj i stalno educiranje zaposlenika ključno je za napredovanje u svim profesijama i poslovnim sektorima. Kontinuirano usavršavanje zaposlenika, različitim poslovnim organizacijama, omogućuje lakšu prilagodbu stalnim promjenama na tržištu, ali što je najvažnije od svega, upravo na taj način održavaju svoju konkurentnost na tržištu. Edukacije zaposlenicima omogućuju osobni i poslovni napredak u što su između ostalog uključene: povećanje stručnosti unutar organizacije, većoj produktivnosti te mogućnosti da radnik razvije sposobnost odgovora na izazove koje tržište donosi. Cjeloživotno obrazovanje je pojam s kojim se susrećemo iz dana u dan, a važno je jer kontinuirano učenje pomaže svakom zaposleniku da ostvari konkurentnost na tržištu rada. Postoje razni oblici obrazovanja, a zaposlenicima se pruža mogućnost stjecanja nekih novih vještina i znanja koje mogu primjenjivati u svakodnevnim izvršavanjima poslovnih zadataka. Educirani radnik povećat će učinkovitost i produktivnost na radnom mjestu. Osim profesionalnog razvoja, od velike je važnosti motiviranje radnika te mogućnost unaprjeđenja i mogućnost planiranja karijere unutar organizacije. Motivacija može biti materijalnog i nematerijalnog oblika, a oba oblika su izuzetno važni faktori koji utječu na uspješnost i angažman zaposlenika kod obavljanja svakodnevnih ranih zadataka. Motivirani zaposlenici kojima se pruža mogućnost napredovanja, pokazuju veće zadovoljstvo na radnom mjestu, a to direktno pridonosi pozitivnom okruženju unutar organizacije. Pozitivno radno okruženje rezultira kvalitetnom radnom atmosferom te doprinosi zadržavanju sposobnih i talentiranih zaposlenika. Kvalitetna i pozitivna radna atmosfera unutar organizacije smanjuje fluktuaciju radne snage u organizaciji. Razvoj karijere razmatra se kao dinamični proces u kojem zaposlenici usklađuju osobne ciljeve i ciljeve poslovne organizacije. The highest importance is given to the need for continuous improvement of employees, and professional development and continuous education of employees is key for advancement in all professions and business sectors. Continuous training of employees, to different business organizations, allows easier adaptation to constant changes in the market, but most importantly, it is precisely in this way that they maintain their competitiveness on the market. Employee education enables personal and business progress, which includes, among other things: increased expertise within the organization, increased productivity and opportunities for workers to develop the ability to respond to the challenges posed by the market. Lifelong education is a concept that we encounter day by day, and it is important because continuous learning helps every employee to achieve competitiveness in the labor market. There are various forms of education, and employees are given the opportunity to acquire some new skills and knowledge that they can apply in the daily execution of business tasks. An educated worker will increase efficiency and productivity in the workplace. In addition to professional development, it is of great importance to motivate workers and to improve and to plan careers within the organization. Motivation can be of material and intangible form, and both forms are extremely important factors that affect the performance and engagement of employees in performing daily early tasks. Motivated employees who are given the opportunity to progress show greater satisfaction in the workplace, and this directly contributes to a positive environment within the organization. A positive working environment results in a quality working atmosphere and contributes to the retention of capable and talented employees. A quality and positive working atmosphere within an organization reduces the fluctuation of the workforce in the organization. Career development is considered as a dynamic process in which employees harmonize personal goals and goals of the business organization. It is important for every employee to have the ability to manage their career, taking into account the needs and business goals they seek to achieve. The paper emphasizes that factors such as the importance of investing in human resources, employee education, motivation and career development planning are the basic elements for creating a successful business organization.     Representation of triage categories in the ER of the Dubrava Clinical Hospital during the year 2024

    Objedinjeni hitni bolnički prijem (OHBP) Kliničke bolnice Dubrava predstavlja središnju točku hitne bolničke skrbi, u kojoj se godišnje zbrinjava velik broj pacijenata različite razine hitnosti. S obzirom na učestale izazove preopterećenosti sustava i ograničenih resursa, učinkovita trijaža pacijenata ima važnu ulogu u očuvanju sigurnosti i kvalitete zbrinjavanja. Cilj ovog rada bio je analizirati strukturu i opterećenost OHBP-a tijekom 2024. godine, s naglaskom na raspodjelu pacijenata prema trijažnim kategorijama definiranim Australsko-azijskom trijažnom ljestvicom (ATS), načinu dolaska pacijenata te ishodima liječenja, osobito hospitalizacijama. Retrospektivnom analizom 67 904 pacijenata zaprimljenih u OHBP-u u promatranom razdoblju, utvrđeno je da čak 69 % svih dolazaka čine pacijenti svrstani u 4. i 5. trijažnu kategoriju, čime se potvrđuje prekomjerno opterećenje hitne bolničke službe pacijentima niske hitnosti. Samostalni dolasci dominiraju u ukupnom broju prijema (88 %), dok su dolasci vozilom hitne medicinske pomoći (HMP) zabilježeni u svega 11 % slučajeva. Ukupna stopa hospitalizacije iznosila je 17%, pri čemu su pacijenti viših trijažnih kategorija (1. i 2.) imali značajno višu relativnu učestalost hospitalizacije (78% i 63%) u odnosu na pacijente niže hitnosti. Posebnu zabrinutost izaziva udio pacijenata bez definirane trijažne kategorije (2%), kao i njihova relativno visoka stopa hospitalizacije (47%), što upućuje na sustavne administrativne nedostatke i potrebu za unaprjeđenjem trijažnih protokola i dokumentacijske prakse. Rezultati ukazuju na nužnost daljnjeg jačanja zdravstvene pismenosti stanovništva, unaprjeđenja dostupnosti primarne zdravstvene zaštite te preciznijeg usmjeravanja bolesnika prema odgovarajućim razinama zdravstvene skrbi.The Integrated Emergency Hospital Admission Unit of Dubrava Hospital serves as the central point of acute care delivery, managing a high annual volume of patients with varying degrees of medical urgency. Given the frequent challenges of system overload and limited resources, effective triage plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and quality of care. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the structure and burden of the OHBP in 2024, focusing on the distribution of patients according to the Australasian Triage Scale (ATS), modes of arrival, and treatment outcomes, particularly hospitalizations. A retrospective analysis of 67 904 patients admitted during the study period revealed that as many as 69% were categorized in the fourth and fifth ATS triage levels, indicating a substantial strain on emergency services from low-acuity cases. Self-referred arrivals accounted for 88% of total visits, whereas only 11% of patients arrived via emergency medical services (EMS). The overall hospitalization rate was 16%, with significantly higher relative hospitalization rates among patients triaged into categories 1 and 2 (78% and 63%, respectively). Of particular concern is the proportion of patients without a recorded triage category (2%), many of whom were hospitalized (47%), pointing to administrative inconsistencies and highlighting the need to strengthen triage protocols and documentation practices. The findings emphasize the necessity for improving public health literacy, enhancing the accessibility of primary healthcare services, and implementing more precise patient referral systems to optimize the use of emergency hospital resources

    Ovaj rad opisuje razvoj i testiranje web aplikacije namijenjene kolaborativnom prikupljanju prostornih podataka u stvarnom vremenu. Prostorni podaci se prikupljaju putem interaktivne karte pri čemu korisnici dodaju točke na lokacije značajki i unose pripadajuće atributne vrijednosti promatranog svojstva značajki. Dodane točke i njihove atributne vrijednosti su u stvarnom vremenu vidljive ostalim korisnicima unutar iste sesije. Naziv aplikacije je GeoNotes. S obzirom na tehničke aspekte, aplikacija koristi web tehnologije HTML, CSS i JavaScript. Osim toga, ključno je i korištenje javnih JavaScript biblioteka OpenLayers, Proj4js i Socket.IO. OpenLayers služi za prikaz interaktivne karte u web pregledniku, Proj4js za prilagodbu projekcija, a Socket.IO za omogućavanje dvosmjerne komunikacije između klijenata i servera u stvarnom vremenu. Što se tiče kôda aplikacije, ideja je da kôd bude što jednostavniji, a da omogućava željene funkcionalnosti aplikacije. Nakon dovršetka razvoja aplikacije provedeno je terensko testiranje s hipotezom da će aplikacija biti funkcionalna za kolaborativno prikupljanje prostornih podataka u stvarnom vremenu. Više sudionika je unutar iste sesije prikupljalo podatke o broju katova zgrada oko Sveučilišta Sjever. Hipoteza je potvrđena.This paper describes the development and testing of a web application designed for collaborative real-time collection of spatial data. Spatial data is collected via an interactive map, where users add points to the locations of features and enter corresponding attribute values of the observed feature properties. The added points and their attribute values are visible in real time to other users within the same session. The name of the application is GeoNotes. From a technical perspective, the application uses web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In addition, the use of public JavaScript libraries OpenLayers, Proj4js, and Socket.IO is essential. OpenLayers is used to display the interactive map in the web browser, Proj4js for projection transformation, and Socket.IO to enable real-time bidirectional communication between clients and the server. The application code is designed to be as simple as possible while still enabling the desired functionalities. After the development was completed, field testing was conducted with the hypothesis that the application would be functional for collaborative real-time spatial data collection. Multiple participants within the same session collected data on the number of floors of buildings around the University North. The hypothesis was confirmed

    The influence of cover design on book selection

    Rad istražuje utjecaj dizajna naslovnice na odluku čitatelja pri odabiru knjige. Cilj rada je utvrditi ulogu dizajna naslovnice te ispitati kako ključni vizualni elementi, boja, tipografija, fotografija i ilustracija utječu na percepciju i konačan odabir. Rad kombinira teorijski pregled, koji obuhvaća povijesni razvoj naslovnica, evoluciju književnih žanrova te utjecaj vizualnih elemenata, s empirijskim istraživanjem. Empirijski dio proveden je putem online anketnog upitnika, a prikupljeni podaci analizirani su kako bi se testirale postavljene hipoteze. Rezultati istraživanja potvrđuju da dizajn naslovnice značajno utječe na odabir knjige. Utvrđeno je da čitatelje češće privlače vizualno upečatljivije naslovnice te da su boja i ilustracija/slike percipirani kao najvažniji vizualni elementi. Nadalje, istraživanje je pokazalo da ispitanici djelomično mogu odrediti žanr knjige isključivo na temelju dizajna njezine naslovnice. Zaključno, rad pokazuje da naslovnica nije samo estetski dodatak, već složen komunikacijski i marketinški alat koji posreduje između knjige i publike, igrajući često presudnu ulogu u procesu odabira.The paper investigates the influence of cover design on readers decision to choose a book. The goal of the paper is to determine the role of cover design and examine how key visual elements, color, typography, photography and illustration, influence perception and final selection. The paper combines a theoretical overview, which includes the historical development of covers, the evolution of literary genres and the influence of visual elements, with empirical research. The empirical part was conducted via an online survey questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed to test the hypotheses. The results of the research confirm that cover design significantly influences book selection. It was found that readers are more often attracted to visually striking covers and that color and illustration/images are perceived as the most important visual elements. Furthermore, the research showed that respondents can partially determine the genre of a book solely based on the design of its cover. In conclusion, the paper shows that the cover is not just an aesthetic addition, but a complex communication and marketing tool that mediates between the book and the audience, often playing a crucial role in the selection process

    Ovaj završni rad temelji se na osnovnim metodama određivanja koordinata geodetskih točaka. Kroz teorijski dio rada prikazane su različite metode određivanja koordinata geodetskih točaka kao što su: ortogonalna, polarna, fotogrametrijska i GNSS metoda. Također u teorijskom dijelu se definiraju osnovni pojmovi i načela poligonometrije uključujući i vrste poligonskih vlakova. Obrađuje se i područje pogrešaka prilikom izmjere poligonskih vlakova te se spominju prednosti primjene poligonskih vlakova. Praktični dio završnog rada predstavlja mjerenje zatvorenog poligonskog vlaka koje je odrađeno na području Sveučilišta Sjever u Varaždinu. Mjerenje je provedeno uz pomoć GNSS prijemnika Trimble R12i i geodetske mjerne stanice Topcon OS-200. Nakon prikupljanja podataka odrađena je obrada podataka mjerenja. Tijekom obrade odrađene su sve kontrole te su zadovoljeni svi uvjeti izjednačenja. Dobivene koordinate su dodane u AutoCAD te je napravljena skica izmjere. Rad donosi uvid u važnost svake od metoda određivanja koordinata geodetskih točaka s naglaskom na poligonometriji.This final thesis is based on the fundamental methods of determining the coordinates of geodetic points. The theoretical part of the thesis presents various methods of coordinate determination, such as the orthogonal, polar, photogrammetric, and GNSS methods. It also defines the basic concepts and principles of traverse surveying, including different types of traverses. The topic of measurement errors in traverse surveys is addressed, as well as the advantages of using traverses. The practical part of the thesis involves the measurement of a closed traverse conducted on the premises of the University North in Varaždin. The measurement was carried out using a Trimble R12i GNSS receiver and a Topcon OS-200 total station. After data collection, the measurement data was processed. All necessary checks were performed during the adjustment process, and all adjustment conditions were met. The obtained coordinates were imported into AutoCAD, and a survey sketch was created. The thesis provides insight into the importance of each method used to determine the coordinates of geodetic points, with an emphasis on traverse surveying

    Utilization of VTOL UnManned Aerial Vehicle with PPK Module for Geospatial Data Acquisition

    U ovom radu prikazana je primjena bespilotne VTOL (Vertical Takeoff and Landing) letjelice u svrhu prikupljanja geoprostornih podataka za potrebe geodetskih mjerenja. Istraživanje je provedeno na području katastarske općine Fuka, na površini većoj od 100 hektara, pri čemu je snimanje obavljeno u vremenskom razdoblju od jednog sata i trideset minuta. Primijenjena je metoda fotogrametrije u kombinaciji sa satelitskim određivanjem kontrolnih točaka pomoću (Global Navigation Satellite System ) GNSS prijemnika. Uz tehnički aspekt, u radu je prikazan i postupak usklađivanja s važećom pravnom regulativom, uključujući ishođenje odobrenja za snimanje iz zraka pri Državnoj geodetskoj upravi te rezervaciju zračnog prostora kod Hrvatske kontrole zračne plovidbe. Korišten je Marlyn Cobalt (Vertical Take-Off and Landing ) VTOL dron sa Septentrio (Post Processing Kinematic ) PPK modulom i kamerom Sony RX1RII, dok su za obradu podataka primijenjeni softverski alati Pix4D i 3D Survey. Dobiveni rezultati potvrđuju visoku točnost i učinkovitost korištenja bespilotnih sustava, čime je potvrđena njihova primjenjivost u svakodnevnim geodetskim poslovima. Također su analizirana ograničenja i izazovi povezani s ovakvim načinom rada. Posebno je važno istaknuti da je čitav projekt izveden u skladu s važećim zakonodavnim okvirom. Prikazan je postupak ishođenja odobrenja za snimanje iz zraka od strane Državne geodetske uprave te rezervacija zračnog prostora pri Hrvatskoj kontroli zračne plovidbe, što potvrđuje nužnost poznavanja regulatornih aspekata u operativnoj primjeni bespilotnih sustava. Time je potvrđeno da pored tehničkih kompetencija, uspješna provedba ovakvih projekata zahtijeva i administrativnu usklađenost.This paper presents the application of an unmanned Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) aerial vehicle for geospatial data acquisition in geodetic surveying. The research was conducted within the cadastral municipality of Fuka, covering an area of more than 100 hectares, with data collection completed within a time frame of one hour and thirty minutes. The methodology employed combined photogrammetry with satellite-based positioning of control points using a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver. In addition to the technical aspects, the paper outlines the process of compliance with current legal and regulatory frameworks, including the acquisition of aerial survey approval from the State Geodetic Administration and the reservation of airspace through the Croatian Air Navigation Services. The Marlyn Cobalt VTOL drone equipped with a Septentrio Post-Processing Kinematic (PPK) module and a Sony RX1RII camera was utilized for data capture. Data processing was conducted using Pix4D and 3D Survey software tools. The results demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in the use of unmanned aerial systems, thereby confirming their suitability for routine geodetic operations. Furthermore, the study analyzes the limitations and challenges associated with this method of data collection. It is essential to emphasize that the entire project was executed under the applicable legislative framework. The procedure for obtaining aerial survey approval from the State Geodetic Administration and airspace reservation through the Croatian Air Navigation Services is detailed, underscoring the necessity of understanding regulatory aspects in the operational deployment of unmanned systems. This confirms that, in addition to technical expertise, successful implementation of such projects also requires administrative compliance

    Uvod: Suvremeni zdravstveni sustavi sve se više oslanjaju na načela integrirane i inkluzivne skrbi, s ciljem pružanja sveobuhvatne i pacijentu prilagođene zdravstvene usluge. Inkluzivni dodaci poput psihološke podrške, nutricionističkih savjeta, rehabilitacijskih usluga i socijalne pomoći postaju ključni elementi holističkog pristupa. Medicinske sestre i tehničari kao glavne osobe u sustavu zdravstvene njege imaju važnu ulogu u implementaciji tih dodataka. Istraživanje je provedeno s ciljem ispitivanja njihove informiranosti, učestalosti primjene, prepreka i percepcije važnosti inkluzivnih dodataka u kontekstu integrirane skrbi. Metode: U istraživanju je korišten kvantitativni pristup putem strukturiranog anketnog upitnika koji je distribuiran zdravstvenim djelatnicima različitih ustanova. Ukupno je sudjelovalo 102 ispitanika. Upitnik je sadržavao demografske podatke, stavove o inkluzivnim dodacima, iskustva u multidisciplinarnim timovima te percepciju dostupnosti i koristi dodataka u svakodnevnoj praksi. Prikupljeni podaci analizirani su deskriptivno i korelacijski kako bi se ispitala međuzavisnost između radnog staža i primjene dodataka. Rezultati: Rezultati su pokazali da je 41% ispitanika djelomično upoznato s pojmom inkluzivnih dodataka, dok ih 28% uopće nije upoznato. Unatoč tome što 85% sudionika smatra da dodaci značajno ili vrlo značajno poboljšavaju ishode liječenja, njih 41% ih uopće ne koristi. Također, samo 5% ispitanika smatra da su dodaci potpuno integrirani u sustav njihove ustanove. Korelacijska analiza otkrila je snažnu pozitivnu povezanost između duljine radnog staža i učestalosti primjene dodataka (r = 0,87; p < 0,001). Iskusniji djelatnici češće koriste dodatke i bolje ih prepoznaju, dok mlađi djelatnici pokazuju nesigurnost i manjak informacija. Rasprava: Unatoč visokoj profesionalnoj svijesti o važnosti inkluzivnih dodataka, rezultati ukazuju na slabosti u institucionalnoj potpori, edukaciji i organizacijskoj strukturi. Zdravstveni djelatnici izražavaju potrebu za boljim informiranjem, jasnijim smjernicama i većim međusektorskim povezivanjem. Usporedba s praksom u Švedskoj pokazuje da sustavna integracija inkluzivne skrbi daje bolje rezultate kada je poduprta digitalnim alatima, koordinacijom i edukacijom kadra. Rezultati ovog istraživanja potvrđuju nužnost strateškog pristupa u razvoju sustava koji u većoj mjeri prepoznaje i podržava ulogu medicinskih sestara i tehničara u provođenju inkluzivnih mjera.Introduction: Modern health systems increasingly rely on the principles of integrated and inclusive care, with the aim of providing comprehensive and patient-friendly health services. Inclusive supplements such as psychological support, nutritional advice, rehabilitation services and social assistance are becoming key elements of a holistic approach. Nurses and technicians, as key figures in the health care system, play an important role in the implementation of these supplements. The study was conducted to examine their awareness, frequency of use, barriers and perception of the importance of inclusive supplements in the context of integrated care. Research Methods: The research used a quantitative approach through a structured survey questionnaire that was distributed to health workers of different institutions. A total of 102 respondents participated. The questionnaire contained demographic data, attitudes about inclusive supplements, experiences in multidisciplinary teams, and perceptions of the availability and benefits of supplements in daily practice. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and correlationally in order to examine the interdependence between seniority and the application of supplements. Results: The results showed that 41% of respondents were partially familiar with the concept of inclusive supplements, while 28% were not familiar with them at all. Despite the fact that 85% of participants believe that supplements significantly or very significantly improve treatment outcomes, 41% of them do not use them at all. Also, only 5% of respondents believe that supplements are fully integrated into the system of their institution. Correlation analysis revealed a strong positive association between length of service and frequency of use of supplements (r = 0.87; p < 0.001). More experienced employees use supplements more often and recognize them better, while younger employees show uncertainty and lack of information. Discussion: Despite high professional awareness of the importance of inclusive interventions, the results indicate weaknesses in institutional support, education and organizational structure. Health professionals express the need for better information, clearer guidelines and greater intersectoral networking. A comparison with practice in Sweden shows that systematic integration of inclusive care yields better results when supported by digital tools, coordination and staff education. The results of this study confirm the necessity of a strategic approach in developing a system that more fully recognizes and supports the role of nurses and technicians in implementing inclusive measures
