An Exploratory Study of Millennial Consumer Behavior Antecedents using Influencer Marketing
Influencer marketing is on the increase as a natural extension of word-of-mouth campaigns, according to recent marketing trends. Organizations are understanding the importance of influencers in influencing purchasing decisions as consumers turn to social media platforms. Using the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) (Ajzen, 1991) and social learning theory (Bandura and Walters, 1963) as part of qualitative research to identify key factors of influencer marketing that impact consumer behaviour, the current study sheds light on various aspects of influencer marketing that drive consumer behaviour. The study found that consumer behaviour was positively influenced by both attitudes toward influencers and perceived behaviour control that allows for increased subject knowledge, whereas peer influence had no effect.Personal significance, inspiration, and trust, among other constructs, had a favourable impact on behaviour, whereas perceived risk had no effect. Consumers used product influencer fit as a criterion, since they followed different types of influencers for different product categories. Consumers are influenced on four levels by the posts shared by influencers: increased brand awareness, subject matter knowledge, brand preference, and preference. Identifying the correct type of influencer to offer customised advice, tales, and suggestions to drive interaction with the audience is key to successful influencer marketing
RESPONSES OFBRASSICA RAPA TO VARYING LIGHT INTENSITIES AND TYPES OF NUTRIENT SOLUTION GROWN UNDER HYDROPONIC SYSTEM
The fact that agricultural activity is dependent on the availability of land makes matters even more complicated when the climate is shifting dramatically. In this perspective, soilless system production is an appealing choice since it offers the possibility of reusing land that has been unproductive as a result of pollution or illness for agricultural uses while simultaneously reducing the amount of water that is consumed. According to the findings presented in the accompanying discussion and conclusions, the light intensities that are received in treatments consisting of one, two, and three layers all have an impact on the growth and development of Brassica rapa. The covered group with three layers of the net gave the best results in terms of both growth and development when compared to the control group, which only had one layer of net covering. The levels of light and nutrient solutions had a significant impact, respectively, on the expansion and maturation of the Brassica rapa plant. As the number of Brassica rapa layers increases, the output of the Brassica rapa yield has been shown to have better growth and development responses, most notably in plant yield. The effects of nutritional solutions on plant production, fresh weight, water consumption, and nutrient content in leaf tissue showed that there were no significant differences in the interactions between these variables. According to the findings of the study, gathered nutrients have the potential to be used as fertilizer, which will cut down on the need for mineral fertilizer in hydroponic systems. The temperature of the environment is one of the most important abiotic factors that might impede the process of development, production, and dissemination. It is possible to draw the conclusion from the results that the cultivar has a greater capacity to react to the effects of cold stress
Cleansing Action of Some Daily Useable Detergents
Present research describes the cleansing action of some daily usuable and easily available detergents in our local market. Several parameters like surface tension, pH, CMC (Critical Miscellisation Concentration), hardness, foaming stability etc were studied experimentally. Different medium such as Tap water (TW), Distilled water (DW) and Ground water (GW) were used for this study. Different marketable detergents such as Surf Excel (S1), Sunlight (S2), Safed(S3) and Sayni(S4) were used for this experiment. Due to the decrease in surface tension, CMC of S1 in distilled water is better than other two medium. Decreasing order of surface tension are Surf Excel (S1)< Sunlight (S2) < Safed (S3) < Sayni (S4). The cleansing action of the medium are Distilled water (DW)> Tap water (TW) > Ground water (GW). Cleansing property of the detergents from this study: S1>S2>S3>S4
BIRD SPECIES IDENTIFICATION USING DEEP LEARNING
Now a day some bird species are being found rarely and if found classification of bird species prediction is difficult. Naturally, birds present in various scenarios appear in different sizes, shapes, colors, and angles from human perspective. Besides, the images present strong variations to identify the bird species more than audio classification. Also, human ability to recognize the birds through the images is more understandable. So this method uses the Caltech-UCSD Birds 200 [CUB-200-2011] dataset for training as well as testing purpose. By using deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) algorithm an image converted into grey scale format to generate autograph by using tensor flow, where the multiple nodes of comparison are generated. These different nodes are compared with the testing dataset and score sheet is obtained from it. After analyzing the score sheet it can predicate the required bird species by using highest score. Experimental analysis on dataset (i.e. Caltech-UCSD Birds 200 [CUB-200- 2011]) shows that algorithm achieves an accuracy of bird identification between 80% and 90%.The experimental study is done with the Ubuntu 16.04 operating system using a Tensor flow library.

A new, comprehensive, physically-based, semi- empirical, local model for transverse-field dependent electron and hole mobility in GROUND VEHICLES transistors is presented. In order to accurately predict the measured relationship between the effective mobility and effective electric field over a wide range of substrate doping and bias, we account for the dependence of surface roughness limited mobility on the inversion charge density, in addition to including the effect of coulomb screening of impurities by charge carriers in the bulk mobility term. The result is a single mobility model applicable throughout a generalized device structure that gives good agreement with measured mobility data and measured GROUND VEHICLESI V characteristics over a wide range ofsubstrate doping, channellength, transverse electric field, substrate bias, and temperature

FLUID-STRUCTURE INTERACTION IN WATER TANKS: DYNAMIC ASSESSMENT

\swater system is on the rise. As it has been indicated in the Iranian code of practise for Earthquake /2800 due
\sof the necessity of sanitation and hygiene water tanks have been recognised as vital constructions during the unforeseen occurrences such as earthquake. There is a high anticipation not to observe any phase out for their serviceability following the earthquake. Because of the presence of fluid with various behavioural features of structures containing it Because the most part of mass of tanks are positioned in a great distance from their foundation, the behaviour of these sorts of structures in comparing with conventional structures are more sophisticated. In this study, cylindrical concrete water tanks, which feature a central shaft, have been examined with consideration the influence of the structure’s contact with water via accurate execution of boundary constraints on the interface between fluid and structure. Also considering the volume of water in the tank and their response under recorded acceleration of varied earthquakes utilising finite element approach. The findings were then compared with proposed ways by Iranian code /2800, which shows a significant variation between the approaches given.
 
Xylem Anatomy of Coppiced and Non-Coppiced Rosewood (Pterocarpus erinaceusPoir.)in relation to their Utilisation
The African rosewood (Pterocarpus erinaceus)is an endemic timber across West Africa. However,its lumber is extremely exploited and threateneddue toits high performance and technological qualities. Coppiced wood contributes sustainably to the management of natural forest stands byaugmentingregular timber supply.P. erinaceustissues and their proportions were determined from the Transverse, Radial and Tangential Sections. Its wood is diffuse-porous with no or indistinct growth ring boundary. It has simple-to-minutely bordered pits, tyloses in vessel lumina, with prismatic crystals existing in chambered axial parenchyma. Thick-walledfibres constitute the greatest proportion of the tissues.Fibre proportion was greater for non-coppiced wood than the coppiced,which decreased up their stems [i.e., 57±1, 55±0.6, 52±0 % (sapwood) and 60±1.2, 57±2, 55±0.3 % (heartwood) for noncoppiced and 52±0.6, 52±0, 50±0.3 % (sapwood) and 57±1, 53±0, 50±0.3 % (heartwood) for coppiced respectively].Their sapwood and heartwood vessel and parenchyma percentages increased up their boles. Vessel lumen diameter was greater for non-coppiced trees (92±1.2-126±2µm) than the coppiced (91±0.6-117±3µm). However, both have small-medium size vessels(91±0.6-126±2µm). Coppiced P. erinaceusxylem anatomy compares satisfactorily with that from the non-coppiced and those of several well-known hardwoods appreciated for furniture and construction works. Thus, the coppiced wood wouldsupplement its non-coppiced counterpart forconstructionand other related industrial applications

Spices have a number of important phytochemicals, such as aromatic compounds, essential oils, phenolic compounds and pigments. These phytochemicals give distinctive flavor and aroma to foods and beverages, as well as a more herbal appearance, which in turn increases consumer acceptance of these products. As a result, these herbs and spices have a variety of health benefits and various medicinal properties as well as tremendous functional properties. In the era of Covid-19, there has been an increase in the consumption of health drinks and concoctions that are based on spices and herbs in order to provide the health benefits and immunity boosting properties
A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF VARIOUS OBJECT DETECTION AND FEATURE EXTRACTION ALGORITHMS
Agriculture is the most important sector in the Indian economy's development. In today's agriculture, there is a high demand to transition from tedious time-consuming manual harvesting to a fully automated operation. The combination of both autonomous harvesting and segregation of tomato fruit and three different phases or conditions of tomato is classified in this study. This project uses an image processing technique to classify the tomato's condition using a sample OpenCV tool. A Raspberry Pi camera is used to capture video continuously and this R-pi converts real time input video into frame, then object detection and image processing algorithm is performed on those image frame to detect shape of tomato, color filter is applied on tomato image to detect color of tomato. This paper suggests various important approaches for image processing and also suggests the most popular and widely used algorithms for object detection.
