SARCAMNET: EXTENSION OF LEXICON ALGORITHM FOR EMOJI-BASED SARCASM DETECTION FROM TWITTER DATA
Lexicon algorithm is used to determine the sentiment expressed by a textual content. This sentiment might be negative, neutral, or positive. It is possible to be sarcastic using only positive or neutral sentiment textual contents. Hence, lexicon algorithm can be useful but insufficient for sarcasm detection. It is necessary to extend the lexicon algorithm to come up with systems that would be proven efficient for sarcasm detection on neutral and positive sentiment textual contents. In this paper, two sarcasm analysis systems both obtained from the extension of the lexicon algorithm have been proposed for that sake. The first system consists of the combination of a lexicon algorithm and a pure sarcasm analysis algorithm. The second system consists of the combination of a lexicon algorithm and a sentiment prediction algorithm. Finally, naive bayes are used to predict sarcasm detection using pretrained features.
 
Review on Types of Three Components Reactions

Development and Validation of New UV-Spectrophotometric Method for The Quantitation of Retigabine In Pure and Formulations
A simple, accurate, precise, economical and reproducible UV-spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous estimation of Retigabine in bulk and in combined tablet dosage form. The stock solutions were prepared in methanol followed by the further required dilutions with distilled water. This method involves the formation and solving of simultaneous equations at 254 nm as absorbance maxima of Retigabine respectively. Linearity obeyed the concentration range of 25µg/mL to 75µg/mL for Retigabine respectively. The results of analysis were validated statistically and by recovery studies. Formulation and Optimization of Pulsatile Tablet for Circadian Rhythm of Blood Pressure
Circadian rhythm is a 24-hour cycle of human body, the body different aspect in the morning as compare to afternoon or night. The blood pressure rises in two time in a day, one is at early morning and second one is at evening.The aim of present project work was to design the pulsatile tablet for treatment of blood pressure with combination drug therapy. in most cases it is seen that the increasing in Plasma norepinephrine level and plasma renin activity in the morning; both hormones are potential to induce coronary vasoconstriction, therefore, there is a need to a such formulation who achieve peak plasma concentration of drug at morning and can control morning spate of B.P. The pulsatile release of nebivolol after the lag time with sustain release of curcumin which maintain the severity of blood Pressure. The Formulation of Core tablet of nebivolol was prepared by using superdisintegrate by direct compression with diluent. F10 batch was found to be optimized formulation as it shown potent drug release within short time. The lag time was prolonged with an increase of the coating level, whereas the drug release rate was almost constant, irrespective of the coating level the lag time of nebivolol was found to be 8 to 8.5hrsand drug release after 9hrs. drug release was above 95% after lag time with constant release of curcumin. Hence, this approach can provide a useful means and may be helpful for patients with morning spate of BP and development of PDDS of combination drug therapy is a promising approach to overcome the side effect of single drug i.e. nebivolol drug therapy and also oral drug delivery
Development and Charecterization of Caffeine and Quercetin Loaded Nasal Niosomal In-Situ Gel for Treatment of Depression
Caffeine and Quercetin both are used in combination for the treatment of patient with depression as they are adenosine antagonist due to which they elevate the level of neurotransmitters. The study was designed with two aims. First, is to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of BCS Class II i.e. Quercetin; secondly to ease administration of the formulation to the patient with depression. The culmination of this study, the caffeine and quercetin loaded niosomal in-situ gel for nose-to-brain delivery was formulated. Niosomes were prepared and optimized by using definitive screening design whereas, the Niosomal in-situ gel were prepared and optimized using central composite design. The vesicle size of the optimized batch was found to be 0.281±0.26µm. The % EE of all niosomal batches was found to be in a range of 81.52±0.21% to 98.72±0.16% for Caffeine and 94.3±0.31 to 99.73±0.23 for Quercetin and the cumulative % release was found to be in a range of 72.09±0.18% to 103.3±0.26% for Caffeine and 10.9±0.31% to 37.06±0.15% for Quercetin at 4hrs. DSC, FTIR studies were performed for pure drug and optimized niosomal batch. All the gels as per design were formulated, where the Spreadability was found to be in range of 5.1±0.26cm to 7.9±0.16cm and viscosity after gelation in range of 1800±0.11cps to 4780±0.26cps. The % drug permeated was found to be in range of 85.86±0.015% to 98.61±0.024% for Caffeine and 22.65±0.19% to 33.23±0.34% for Quercetin at 6hrs. These results indicated that niosomal In-situ gel can be used to enhance the bioavailability of drug by directly delivering the drug to the brain by avoiding first pass effect
Amla and Its Nutritional Properties: A Review
Emblica phyllanthus Linn. or Gaertn Emblica officinalis one of the most important medicinal plants in Indian traditional systems of medicine (Ayurveda, Unani and Siddha). It is commonly known as Indian gooseberry or Amla. It is a well-known fact that all components of amla are effective in the treatment of different diseases. Of everything, fruit is the most essential element. In the Indian system of medicine, Amla fruit is commonly used as a diuretic, laxative, liver tonic, refrigerant, stomachic, restorative, anti-pyretic, hair tonic, and preventive for ulcers and common cold, fever; as alone or in combination with other herbs. Major chemical constituents, including tannins, alkaloids, polyphenols, vitamins and minerals, were revealed in phytochemical studies on amla. Biological potency is found in gallic acid, ellagic acid, emblicanin A&B, phyllembein, quercetin and ascorbic acid. Amla studies show its analgesic, anti-tussive, antiatherogenic, adaptogenic, cardio, gastro, nephro and neuroprotective, chemopreventive, modulatory and anticancer radio and chemotherapy properties. Amla is also reported to have powerful free radical scavenging activities that are efficient in the prevention and treatment of various diseases such as cancer, atherosclerosis, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic, immunomodulatory, Diabetes, illnesses of the liver and heart. An Isolation Detection Technique for Distributed Generators Based on Inverter for Power Quality Improvement
In the present paper, an isolation method of detection for the inverter-based system of Distributed generators is proposed and based on perturbing output of reactive power. In the proposed method two sets of the disturbances are designed and have different magnitudes and time durations. In the primary set of reactive power disturbance, amplitudes are periodic and small to break reactive power balancing during isolation process. The secondary set of reactive power disturbance is required for deviation of the frequency beyond its threshold limits. The characteristics of the frequency variations with primary set after isolation are considered and three criterion are designed for switching the disturbances from primary set to secondary set of RPD. All the DGs which are located at different positions have same variation in frequency characteristics and primary set of RPD can be added to different DGs without any further communication at the same instant. Here, synchronization of the secondary set of disturbances can be guaranteed for a system with the multiple DGs. The proposed method is applied to DGs which operate at UPF or for supplying of reactive power to the local loads and the method is validated with cases mentioned in the Matlab/Simulink environment
DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF BOREWELL CHILD RESCUE SYSTEM
Borewells are narrow and deep cylindrical excavations used for various purposes, such as water extraction or geological exploration. Accidental falls or entrapments in borewells pose significant challenges for rescue operations due to limited access and potential hazards. Therefore, developing a specialized robot for borewell rescue can enhance the efficiency and safety of such operations. This project presents the development of a borewell rescue robot equipped with an ESP32 microcontroller, high torque DC motors, a camera module, and a mechanical gripper. The robot is designed to navigate and perform rescue operations in narrow borewell environments, where human access is limited or hazardous. The objective is to create a robust and efficient robot capable of reaching and retrieving individuals trapped in borewells, thereby reducing the risks and time associated with manual rescue operations
Protective Effect of Esculin Against Lead-Induced Brain Oxidative Stress in C57BL/6 Mice
Due to oxidative stress caused by reactive oxygen species, heavy metal exposure to lead is linked to significant neuronal damage. This research examined esculin's possible neuroprotective effects using the C57bl/6 model of lead (Pb)-induced brain damage. The research used four mouse groups: control, lead acetate-treated (10 mg/kg), lead acetate plus esculin (10 mg/kg +15 mg/kg), and esculin (15 mg/kg) treated alone for 14 days in a row. Brain homogenates were used to detect changes brought on by lead in the levels of lipid peroxidation, nitric oxide, protein carbonyl, and enzymatic and non-enzymatic activity. Additionally, histological alterations in the cortex and hippocampal regions were investigated. The findings showed that PbAc dramatically reduced glutathione content, superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, and glutathione reductase activity while increasing nitrite and hippocampus and cortical lipid peroxidation levels. The hippocampus and cortex showed significant damage and a decrease in neuronal density, according to histological findings of lead-induced neurotoxicity. However, by reestablishing the equilibrium between oxidants and antioxidants, esculin therapy saved hippocampal and cortical neurons from PbAc-induced neurotoxicity and improved memory and motor coordination. Esculin also reduces the amount of neuronal density and morphological damage in the C57bl/6 mice's brain and hippocampus. Esculin may thus be helpful in preventing lead acetate-induced neuronal damage, according to the research
