Peran Pembiayaan Murabahah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil dalam Mendukung Perkembangan Usaha Mikro
This research delves into the pivotal role played by Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) in elevating micro-business income, specifically focusing on the impact of Murabahah financing offered by BMT Eka Mandiri in Indonesia. Employing a qualitative method, the study aims to comprehensively explore and understand the multifaceted role of Murabahah financing in supporting micro-businesses. The overarching goal is to shed light on how this form of financing contributes to the economic well-being of micro-entrepreneurs. The research findings underscore the positive and transformative impact of Murabahah financing provided by BMT Eka Mandiri on the income of micro-business actors. One of the key benefits identified is facilitating easier and more affordable access to capital. This improved accessibility empowers micro-business owners to enhance their production capacity and diversify their range of products, subsequently opening avenues for increased revenue. The Murabahah financing mechanism employed by BMT Eka Mandiri addresses the financial needs of micro-businesses and catalyzes business growth. By providing a structured and Sharia-compliant approach to financing, BMT Eka Mandiri fosters an environment where micro-entrepreneurs can thrive and expand their ventures. Furthermore, the research reveals that this form of financing contributes to the resilience and sustainability of micro-businesses
Analisis Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Pembiayaan Pada Baitul Wat Tamwil Syariah Riyal Kota Bekasi
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen risko pembiayaan dalam kasus kredit macet di BMT Syariah Riyal Bekasi. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif , dengan jenis studi kasus. Sedangkan tekhnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan juga wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan dalam kasus kredit macet di BMT Syariah Riyal ini mengambil beberapa tekhnik yaitu 5C yang membaca karakter , sifat maupun kapasitas dari nasabah sendiri terkait dengan pembayaran, kemudian adanya pengawasan dan pembinaan pada nasabah di bidag usahnya serta adanya penagihan sistem jemput bola berdasarakan jenis nasabah yang di golongkan oleh BT menjadi 5 bagian, sedagkan sistem penagihan yang dilakukan juga bertahap sesuai dengan kapasitas nasabah dan data nasabah dalam proses pembayarannya
The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Ethics on Employee Performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri
The essence of the problem in this research is that the performance of employees at PT Fuzi Citra Mandiri has not been optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri. This study used descriptive analytical method with a survey approach, quantitative methods, data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the discussion show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance is 96.2%, the effect of work ethic on employeeperformance is 54.2% and the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandiri is 67.4% and there are still 32.6% other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis that f count = 6.133 and f table = 3.35, the hypothesis which states that simultaneously work discipline and work ethic have an influence on employee performance at PT. Fuzi Citra Mandir
Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Unit Kerja Sekertariat Deputi Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM
The background of this research is competence and training on employee performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Competency and Job Training on Employee Performance, especially in the Secretariat Work Unit of the Deputy Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. This study uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study was all employees, totaling 40 people. The number of samples in this study was 40 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was by observing and using questionnaires which were distributed to employees specifically the Secretariat Work Unit Deputy of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis test, f-test, t-test, coefficient of determination, multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of this study prove that partially the Competency variable affects Employee Performance, while Training does not affect Employee Performance. Then simultaneously there is a significant influence between Competence and Training on Employee Performance, especially the Work Unit of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SME
Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instagram Sebagai Sarana Promosi Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Beli di Café Yamoke Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja
This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on increasing sales volume at Waroeng Sablon Tana Toraja printing. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this research was 35 Waroeng Sablon customers. Data was collected using a questionnaire. This research uses simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 26 application. The results of this research show that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The coefficient of determination shows a result of 0.024. This means that the ability of the independent variable, namely promotion, to influence the dependent variable, namely sales volume, is 2.4%, while the other 97.6% is influenced or explained by other factors that are not included in the variables examined in this researc
Analisis Faktor Yang Berkaitan Dengan Kinerja Kader Posyandu: Studi Pada Kelompok Kader Posyandu di Wilayah Puskesmas Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang
The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Pamotan Health Center Posyandu Cadres. This research uses a qualitative research approach. This qualitative research uses natural settings to interpret phenomena that occur and is carried out using existing methods. The qualitative approach in this research describes intensively, the researcher participated for a long time in the field, carefully recorded what happened, carried out reflective analysis of various documents found in the field. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation directly by researchers, as well as data analysis techniques using the Miles & Huberman model explain that activities in qualitative data analysis use 3 types of activity steps which are carried out continuously until complete with the steps, namely data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusion/verification. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge, motivation, infrastructure and training with cadre performance in implementing posyandu activities and infrastructure is the factor most related to cadre performance in implementing posyandu activities
Tantangan dan Manfaat Pendataan Penduduk Bagi Aparat Kampung Bumi Mulia Distrik Wanggar Kabupaten Nabire Propinsi Papua Tengah
Dalam perkembangan daerah pastinya diikuti oleh adanya pertambahan penduduk disuatu daerah dimana hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi daerah tersebut untuk dapat mengetahui warga yang berdomisili di wilayahnya dengan melakukan pendataan penduduk. Pendataan terhadap penduduk sangat memiliki manfaat untuk banyak kepentingan yang dibutuhkan dalam hal ini seperti jumlah penduduk yang memiliki hak untuk ikut dalam Pemilu, data penduduk untuk keperluan statistik dan lainnya, oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tantangan dan manfaat dari pendataan penduduk bagi aparat Kampung Bumi Mulia yang berada di Distrik Wanggar Kabupaten Nabire Propinsi Papua Tengah. Metoda yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan adalah aparat kampung Bumi Mulia yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan pengumpulan data terkait kajian yang diteliti, kemudian dilakukan analisis data terhadap informasi yang diperoleh dengan cara mengolah data dan mendeskripsikan dan selanjutnya dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu kurangnya personil aparat kampung dalam melakukan pendataan penduduk, rendahnya peran ketua Rukun Tetangga dalam melakukan kontrol terhadap penduduk yang berdomisili di wilayahnya dan kepala kampung berperan dalam menggerakkan aparat kampung untuk maksimal dalam data kependudukan sesuai dengan kondisi menurut jenis kelamin, usia, agama dan lainnya yang memiliki manfaat terhadap data yang akurat untuk kepentingan di pemerintahan dan pihak lain yang membutuh data kependudukan
Pengaruh NIM dan BOPO Terhadap Perubahan Laba
Manufacturing companies play an important role in a country's economy, especially in increasing national income. However, a number of external and internal factors can influence a company's financial performance. Some of them are Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operating Costs to Income Ratio (BOPO), which can influence the company's profit change practices. This research aims to analyze the influence of NIM and BOPO on profit change practices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020-2022 period. Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operational Costs to Income Ratio (BOPO) are indicators and analytical tools. Changes in NIM or BOPO do not always have the same direct impact on changes in profits, but both can provide important information that can help bank management. In this research we used financial data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for a three year period, namely 2020, 2021 and 2022. The sample used in this research was 132 samples with a total of 44 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. This research uses a multiple regression analysis method using a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The data used was obtained from company financial reports published on the official IDX website. Based on the results of the partial t test, it can be seen if the significance value of NIM is 0.00 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the significance value of the BOPO variable is 0.593 > 0.05. The second hypothesis is accepted as the same meaning if the NIM and BOPO variables have a significant effect on the ROA variable. The results of this research show that NIM and BOPO have a significant effect on changes in profits in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Therefore, manufacturing companies are expected to pay attention to the performance of NIM and BOPO in making financial decisions and business strategies

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian di produk Sidomuncul. Metode penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand image secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian
Evaluation of the Design of Civil Service in Public Institutions
The purpose of this study was to find out: Development of Service Professionals in Public Institutions, to find out the analysis and description of the Development of Service Professionals through the theory used as: Management, Administration, Evaluation, Design and Discipline. This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the phenomenon that has been studied clearly and systematically this study is used in text because this study aims to conduct a literature analysis study on the Design of Staff in Public Institutions. The findings identified in this literature research are that the decree-law on civil service in article 3 states that the design assessment also mentions several points regarding the motivation of the employee's work should be changed not about the salary scale of the civil servant in the table of salary of the geral regime, because the scale at which the implementation of the performance assessment every two years removes the scale with a small amount of non-market conditions, the conclusion is that the public institution is asked to give a view or recommendation to the public service to improve the scale of the staff, so that the staff can carry out their duties in accordance with the system
