Experience of Peer Bullying and Health Impacts of Peer Victimization among Adolescence Students
The study was conducted to assess the experience of peer bullying among secondary level students and specifically to find out the prevalence of peer bullying, impacts of peer victimization identify association between prevalence and selected variables. A cross sectional descriptive study includes total number of 100 secondary level students. A non-probability purposive sampling technique was adopted. The semi-structured questionnaire were self- administered. The data was analysed using descriptive and inferential like frequency, distribution and percentage tables. Result: The study revealed that 21% of the students were involved in peer bullying. Among them, 14% were victimized (who are bullied) and 7% were perpetrators (who bully others). 45.6% of victimized student experienced of different health impacts including 37.87% of psychological, 33.17% of social impact and 28.96% of physical impacts. The study explained that there is no any statistical association between prevalence of peer bullying and socio demographic variables at p<0.05 level. Hence, research hypothesis (H1) was rejected and null hypothesis (H0) was accepted. The study reported involvement of the students in peer bullying. About half of the victimized student experienced different forms of health impacts. The research concluded with the information that sensitize the need for awareness about peer bullying among students, teachers and parents

DNA Extraction from Blood Stored on FTA Cards
Informed consent was obtained from 238 unrelated Libyan individuals (Benghazi region). DNA was extracted from blood stains collected on FTA1 cards About 1.2 mm FTA1 disc and 1 ng of DNA purified from buccal swabs was used products were separated and detected using the ABI Prism 310xl Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems) according to the manufacturer’s recommended protocol. The data were analysed using GeneMapper ID v3.2 (Applied Biosystems). Quality control - The laboratory has participated in the Y-STR Haplotyping Quality Assurance Exercise (Certified at 2010-5-20). We conclude that amplification of DNA stored on FTA cards can be used safely to analyse DNA profiles
Desk Review of Impact of Coronavirus on the Aviation Sector in the United States
Desk review in this context is an assessment of global pandemic event of COVID-19 and Omicron specifically as it concerns United States of America. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of COVID-19 on aviation sector of United States. This is with a view to assess pattern of passengers’ movement and employees’ employment status after the pandemic in the United States’ air transport industry. Downloaded research articles and data from Bureau of Transportation Statistics - United States Department of Transportation were analyzed with descriptive statistics of tables, graphs and histogram. Apart from recorded loss of lives and restriction of movements, demand for air travel and tourism was greatly affected by the pandemic. There was a steady increase in passenger movement by air across South America, Central America, Canada and North America regions of United States. It could be observed that, North America demands for air travel during and a bit after COVID-19 was above all regions followed by Canada with a steady observation for about six months before rise in travel demand. Full time employees recorded in the airline from 2010 to 2022 on monthly basis have not been matched since the pandemic especially from October to December. While acknowledging the roles played by Centre for Diseases Control and World Health Organization to contain the pandemic, their recommendations from history must be followed by all stakeholders in future
Cutaneous Metastases as an Initial Presentation of Neo Infiltrative Process in the Lungs: Case Report and Literature Review
Cutaneous metastases are a rare clinical entity with a representation of about 0.8% as a secondary MS deposit originating from another tissue/organ. Most often, skin metastases are associated with a high degree of malignancy and a poor prognosis. Our case report is a 72-year-old male patient who was referred to CT because of a large soft-tissue cutaneous lesion of the upper right hemithorax, somewhere below the right shoulder joint. At the radio diagnostics department, an MDCT native series and series after i.v. contrast was performed, which allowed us to detect a neo infiltrative process of the lung and secondary deposits in the lung itself, liver, left adrenal gland and along the seventh rib on the left. It was recommended to perform bronchoscopy and biopsy of the lung tissue, for the purpose of further differentiation and further treatment. A pathohistological analysis of the skin change itself was carried out, with an answer for a finding that corresponds to a deposit of a malignant neoplasm with spinous differentiation

Sleep Disorders in Shakespeare’s Drama: A Neuro-Literary Perspective
This study aims to analyze Shakespeare's portrayal of sleep disorders from an interdisciplinary perspective, focusing on the aesthetic design of dramatic character developments that result in these illnesses. By combining literary, scientific, and psychological viewpoints, the study aims to demonstrate that Shakespeare dramatizes the cases of infected characters within the context of well-crafted plots, using figurative language rather than diagnosing their illnesses clinically. The study also highlights the hidden motivations and human causes that give rise to parasomnias, as well as the dangers to the community through the vivid plot flow. Neuropsychological studies highlight the consequences of these problems for the diseased person, but this study goes beyond that to illustrate the dangers to the community as well through the vivid plot flow, as in the case of Macbeth, adding a new dimension to the adverse effects of sleep
