    Objective – to evaluate the winter resistance and frost resistance of 20 cultivars of groundcover roses from the collection of M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NBG). Material and methods. The subject of research – 20 cultivars of roses of the garden group “groundcover” from the collection of NBG. Field research on winter resistance was conducted in 2012–2017 in NBG according to the method of N.K. Vekhov (1957) with supplements of M.V. Besschotnova (1975). Frost resistance was investigated by the laboratory method of direct freezing of shoots in 2014 in the laboratory of the Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine using methodology “Laboratory and field methods for determining the frost resistance of fruit trees and crops” (2013). Results. The results of studying of the winter resistance (field method) are confirmed by the results of studying of frost resistance (laboratory method). The method of direct freezing of shoots has the advantages: it identifies the potential stability of the cultivar, and it can be used as an express method. Conclusions. The investigated cultivars of groundcover roses have varying degrees of winter resistance and frost resistance. 15 cultivars, which are the most winterresistant and frostresistant (potentially resistant to «critical» temperatures), we recommended for using in landscaping in the Right-Bank of Forest-Steppe of Ukraine

    Objective – to spend of palinomorphological study of plants of cultivars of Iris hybrida hort. (Rodion.) of garden group of Standard Dwarfs (SDB), for optimisation and updating of selection work with them. Material and methods. In this work descriptive, morphometric, palynomorphological, statistical methods are used. As a material for research, 22 sorts of sorts of SDBiris were used in domestic and foreign breeding. Results. Information concerning the place of SDBiris in the modern garden classification of iris and the history of the creation of varieties of this garden group is generalized. The breeds of world and domestic breeders of this plant are analyzed. By results of the palynomorphological analysis, it has been established that, according to the morphological struc ture, pollen grains of the studied cultivars of SDBiris are typical for the Iris subgenus. Three sizes pollen grains – big, large, and gigantic are revealed. The obtained results testify about of the instability of the SDBiris genome at the level of microsporogenesis. Conclusion. The group of varieties is established which according to the size pollen grains can be considered typical SDB and used as standards for variety studies of garden irises in this group, which allows optimizing selective work with them and accelerating the identification of promising seedlings

    Objective — to study the modern area of Staphylea pinnata L. in the Right-Bank of Forest-Steppe, the conditions of localities and population characteristics of this species in the new localities in the south part of the Eastern Podillya. Material and methods. Field studies were conducted in 2008—2016 on the Transdniestrian part of the Eastern Podillya (territory of the Vinnytsia Region). Results. According to literary sources, herbarium collections and our researches in the Right-Bank of Forest-Steppe, the chorological features of S. pinnata in the region were generalized. Two new locations of S. pinnata were identified. The conditions of settlement and the state of 3 natural and 2 cultiogenic populations were investigated. Conclusions. During all time of floristic studies of the territory of the Right-Bank of Forest-Steppe, 28 localities of S. pinnata were discovered here. Some of them are cultivenous. Four localities are isolated and require confirmation. The studied populations of S. pinnata have had a full warehouse and are mature and have specific regional features. It is established that in artificial forest plantations S. pinnata multiplies well with seeds and forms populations, similar in age structure to natural ones

    Sequent calculi for first-order logics of single-valued quasi-ary predicates

    On the basis of properties of various relations of logical consequence, we specify sequent calculi for first-order composition-nominative logics of single-valued quasi-ary predicates of quantifier level. Such calculi are constructed for logics of equtone predicates and for a general case of logics of single-valued quasi-ary predicates. For the introduced calculi soundness and completeness theorems are proved.

    The facilities for automated design of parallel code for OpenMP environment on the basis of highlevel algebra-algorithmic specifications are developed. The application of the facilities is illustrated on an example of a problem of atmosphere circulation modeling, which is represented as a service, belonging to the Internet-portal for providing meteorolog-ical forecasting services. The author provided the basic Information Retrieval concepts, problems, models and classification of IR systems on various grounds.     Some types of relations between the elements of the organization decisions system are formalized using the ontological model proposed in the previous part of the article. This model reflects both the normative knowledge and expert views. There are such the classes of relations as genetic, coordination (connection or resemblance) and opposing ones. The special class of clastering relations is determined. Eight types of such relations select the subsets of the decision field  that represent risk issue for the actual decision or the eventual remedies for this risk. The main indexes of the decision field coherency are formalized and metrizied.     Research and development workstation environment: the new class of Current Research Information Systems

    Against the backdrop of the development of modern technologies in the field of scientific research, the new class of Current Research Information Systems (CRIS) and related intelligent information technologies have arisen. It was called – Research and Development Workstation Environment (RDWE) – the comprehensive problem-oriented information systems for scientific research and development lifecycle support. The given paper describes design and development fundamentals of the RDWE class systems. The general information model of the RDWE class systems is developed. Also the paper represents the information model of the RDWE class system for supporting research in the field of ontology engineering – the automated building of applied ontology in an arbitrary domain area, scientific and technical creativity – the automated preparation of application documents for patenting inventions in Ukraine. It was called – Personal Research Information System.
