    Онтоморфогенез літньозелених (листопадних) видів роду Rhododendron L. ex situ

    Objective – to study the peculiarities of formation of morphological structures and mechanisms of adaptation to new conditions at the initial stages of ontomorphogenesis of deciduous species of the genus Rhododendron introduced in the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden at the NAS of Ukraine; to identify critical periods and limiting factors at different stages of development of their seedlings under the conditions of primary culture. Material and methods. The object of the study is the introduced deciduous species of the genus Rhododendron (R. albrechtii Maxim., R. canadense (L.) Torr., R. luteum Sweet, R. molle (Blume) G. Don., R. schlippenbachii Maxim., R. vaseyi A. Gray., R. viscosum (L.) Toor.). The study was carried out in 2005–2017 in greenhouse conditions and in areas of department of landscape construction of M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine according to commonly accepted methods. We used recommendations R.Ya. Kondratovych (1981), A.U. Zarubenko (2006), I.M. Koksheyeva (2009), M.S. Alexandrova (1986), L.V. Vegera (2006) and others. Results. At seed reproduction of studied deciduous species of rhododendrons under ex situ conditions (while providing optimal lighting conditions and humidity in the greenhouse (seedlings, juvenile and immature (1 year old) individuals) and the openground (immature, virginile and young generative individuals)) at the initial stages of ontomorphogenesis, no critical periods were found. Seeds of investigated species have a high germination (90–95 %). The seedlings were characterized by the rapid formation of vegetative organs and by accelerated formation of the generative sphere. Which contributed to the earlier, compared to natural conditions, flowering and the first fruiting. (R. canadense, R. luteum, R. molle, R. molle subsp. japonicum, R. vaseyi). Conclusions. The obtained data testify to the natural (without any abnormal and critical phenomena) progress of the initial stages of ontomorphogenesis in all investigated species of rhododendrons. Growing conditions in greenhouses of the rhododendrons seedlings are required only at the early stages of development (seedlings, juvenile and partially immature individuals (3–10month)). Immature, virginile and young generative individuals under optimal conditions, quite satisfactorily tolerate openground conditions, successfully adapt and produce germinable seeds. That creates the prerequisites for the formation of viable artificial population and for the further selection of resistant to urban environments ecotypes

    Objective — to determine specify changes in taxonomical composition, plantations and landscapes of Krasnokutsky park (Kharkiv Region) in the last 20 years. Material and methods. Researches were conducted in 1997 (Yu.O. Klymenko) and in 2016 (A.V. Hryhorenko, Yu.O. Klymenko). Species and cultivar compositions were specified by enrout inspections. Park territory has been divided into allotments by dominating species, allotment areas have been calculated. Garden and park landscapes have been determined according to the classification by L.I. Rubtsov. Results. It has been determined that in the last 20 years taxonomical composition of the park dwindled. Due to an attack of European spruce bark beetle the majority of Picea abies plants that were already weakened by droughts withered. Fraxinus excelsior dominated areas expanded, same happened with areas where no species prevail (those similar to degenerate oakery), in landscapes area rearrangement favored wooded garden park type. Conclusions. Negative taxonomical composition, plantations and landscapes changes are observed in Krasnokutsky park. Plant elimination of certain introduced species takes years while certain other introduced species can get small in numbers or eliminated altogether. Besides extremely low temperature in winter, droughts and pests should be considered the most common causes of sudden plant deaths. Taxonomical composition and landscape appearance revival of an old park is impossible without conducting sanitary and landscape tree cuttings, which are currently forbidden

    Objective – to study the species composition and the state of introducing populations of plants of Caucasian flora on the botanical and geographic plant Caucasus of M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Uk raine (NBG). Material and methods. The research was conducted in 2015–2018 at the territory of NBG during the inventory of the collection fund of the botanical and geographic plot Caucasus. The age structure of populations was studied by the method of T.O. Rabotnov and school of O.O. Uranov. Results. Summing up the 69 years of introduction of the Caucasian flora in the NBG. Conclusions. At the botanical and geographic plot Caucasus more than 1500 species of plants of natural flora of the Caucasus have been tested. Currently, the species composition of the site has 363 species, 116 of them are rare, 150 species have created stable introductive po pu lations. The collection is being replenished with new species for the area, which are successfully tested and become part of the floristic groupings of the plot

    Automated development of a parallel distributed system for streaming data processing

    An automated development of a parallel distributed dynamically scalable fault-tolerant system for processing large amount of streaming data is performed. The system is based on the framework for distributed computing Hazelcast and the usage of the toolkit for generation of programs from high-level specifications of algorithms. The inspection and study of this system is performed on an example of data processing inTwitter social network in which sentiment analysis functionality is implemented. Extensive analysis of the structure of the personality in modern personology; functional states of the body; biosocial culture of human, car­rying in itself a powerful arsenal of means of self-knowledge, intro­spection, self-management; computeri­zation of interdisciplinary research for the improvement of the formula for managing the properties and state of a person pointed to the need for further systematization, unification of biosocial knowledge of various aspects of a person in the theoretical plan. To support socio-psychophy­siological (SPF) research, the authors developed a holistic-oriented modern information technology (methodo­logical, methodical and software) and implemented the systems ASMIL, COMFORT, COLOR, EFFECT, DESIGNER.     Algorithm for automatic loop parallelization for graphics processing units

    Parallelization of loop operators is a long standing problem of parallel programming. The widespread use of graphics processing units for computational tasks has resulted in the new statement of the mentioned problem for this class of multicore systems. The purpose of this work is to improve the mechanism of transformation of cyclic operators for loop parallelization for execution on a graphics processing unit. Software tool for computation optimization that allows to parallelize cyclic operators semi‑automatically was developed. Data bufferization synchronized with main loop execution was implemented, and the software tool using the rewriting rules system TermWare was built and integrated with the toolkit for design and synthesis of programs IDS. The developed system was tested using heterogeneous multicore cluster. The advantages of the developed system in comparison with well-known parallelization system Par4All consist in processing speed and the possibility of processing of data amounts exceeding the amount of memory of a graphics processing unit, and also the ability to use several graphics processing units simultaneously. The developed system was applied for parallelization of a serial loop, which is the part of a numerical weather forecasting program.Problems in programming 2017; 4: 028-03

    Correctness Property Proof for the Banking System for Money Transfer Payments

    The method for properties proof for parallel programs running multiple-instance interleaving with shared memory was applied in order to prove the correctness property of the banking system for remittances payments. The task was stated, transitional system was built for the model with simplified state, and the program invariant was formulated and proved to keep true over the software system at any given time in this work.
