Exploring Labor Migration Patterns: A Study On Uzbek Migrant Workers Abroad
This study explores the various methods employed by labor migrants from Uzbekistan to migrate abroad for employment, both temporarily and permanently. It provides a comprehensive analysis based on data from a survey conducted by official sources. The research reveals the significant presence of Uzbek migrant workers in countries such as the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Turkiye, and Korea, with construction being the primary sector of employment. It also examines the role of the Foreign Labor Migration Agency (FLMA) in facilitating overseas employment and highlights Uzbekistan's efforts to diversify its labor migration destinations amidst growing concerns regarding migrants in Russia. The findings underscore the need for a comprehensive review incorporating data from both Uzbekistan and the receiving countries to understand the full scope of labor migration dynamics

IMPROVING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES USING AUDIO VISUAL MEDIA ON PLANT PARTS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS TOPIC AT CLASS 4 SD NEGERI 1 PAGAR ALAM OF PAGAR ALAM CITY
Learning in the digital era demands innovative and interactive approaches to increase student interest and understanding. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of using audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam on plant parts and their functions. Using a collaborative classroom action research (PTK) method consisting of two cycles, this research involved 22 students. Data obtained from observations and learning evaluations. In the pre-cycle, only 22.73% of students reached the KKM. After applying image media in cycle I, the percentage increased to 54.55%. The use of audio visual media in cycle II showed a significant increase, with 86.36% of students reaching or exceeding the KKM. These results indicate that audio visual media is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Apart from that, this media is able to make learning more interesting, increase engagement, and facilitate students' understanding of scientific concepts. IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING IN CREATING A PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE AT SDN 13 PARIT PUTUS, AMPEK ANGKEK DISTRICT
The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum that contains the Pancasila student profile. The main characteristics of Pancasila students include faith, devotion to God Almighty, noble morals, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. These six profiles are formed through teaching and advice in elementary school classes. The aim of orientation and teaching activities is to develop students' personalities in accordance with the unique curriculum requirements implemented at school. This article describes the implementation of orientation and counseling activities carried out at SDN 13 Parit Putus with the aim of realizing the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. The results of the research show that SDN 13 Parit Putus does not yet have experts in the field of guidance and advice, but the implementation of guidance and advice has been well integrated in all activities that take place in learning and at school, especially in daily habituation activities. This shows that students who become Pancasila students are able to apply Pancasila values in everyday life

SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT IN TEACHER DEVELOPMENT: UTILIZING PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL AS A TRAINING ASSIGNMENT STRATEGY
Education is the main foundation in shaping a thriving and sustainable society. The quality of instruction provided by teachers is a key factor in achieving optimal educational goals. This article explores the concept of social engagement in the context of teacher development with a focus on the utilization of performance appraisal as a strategy for determining training. Through a sociology of education perspective, this research aims to explore the complex relationship between social factors, interactions within the educational environment and the improvement of teacher professionalism. By integrating these concepts, this article details how teacher performance appraisals can be an effective foundation in establishing relevant training programs that positively impact their professional development. The method used in this study is Literature Review by reviewing three literatures related to research inclusion. Article searches were conducted through lens.org and google scholar. From the results of the study, it was found that the utilization of teacher performance appraisals was only utilized on the needs for payroll and promotion, not yet to the stage of determining the most needed training for teachers related to the results of performance appraisals. further evaluation of power dynamics, social interactions, and teacher participation in the performance appraisal process and determination of training is needed. This is important to achieve a more holistic and contextual approach to human resource management in education
