USE OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODELS TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES AT SD NEGERI 1 BUMIRATU
This research activity is based on low mathematics learning outcomes. There were only 8 students who completed the KKM score, namely 65 out of 20 students. The aim of this research is to see the increase in students' grades at SD Negeri 1 Bumiratu. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research, in this research there are 2 cycles, each cycle has four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The model applied to improve student learning outcomes in this research is the Problem Based Learning model. The Problem Based Learning model is a learning model that encourages students to know how to learn and work together in groups to find solutions to problems in the real world. Data collection techniques used are quantitative and qualitative in the form of observations and tests. From the results of this research it can be said that the use of the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of the student's learning completion percentage, which was initially only 40% in cycle 1, which rose to 80% and in cycle 2 it rose again to 100%. The percentage of student learning completion increased from pre-cycle to cycle 1, namely 9.5%, then from cycle 1 to cycle 2, namely 4.5%
IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY (TJSL) AT PT PLN (PERSERO) SULUTTENGGO DISTRIBUTION PARENT UNIT IN THE DIGITAL-BASED SMART HOME PROGRAM IN KAMPUNG BAHARI NUSANTARA DESA BUDO
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that refers to the company's responsibility to the environment and society to provide benefits both internally for the company and externally for the community and the government. The purpose of this article is to find out how PT PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Main Distribution Unit manages the CSR program. This case study involves the people of Budo Village. The logical framework method through the development of tourist areas and the development of MSEs. The results of the study show that the natural aspect of this program helps in increasing the promotion of Mangrove Forest tourism in Budo Village. From the economic aspect, this program greatly supports the economy of the community and the government of Budo Village through the maintenance of tourist attractions and the improvement of MSEs with the existence of Smart Houses. From the social aspect, this program is expected to increase the productivity and living standards of the people of Budo Village. Children can learn and recreation at a leisurely pace without feeling overwhelmed. From the aspect of welfare, the first impact felt is the improvement of people's living standards, creating a smart community and always following technological developments. This The purpose of this study is to see and understand how school financial management affects the fulfillment of educational infrastructure facilities at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi. This study used a qualitative case study method. The leader, secretary, and treasurer are the informants of this study. The data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis used reduction, display, and drawing/verifying conclusions. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability were the metrics used to ensure the validity of the data. According to the results of the study, school financial management to provide educational facilities for SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi is carried out through budget planning (budgeting), budget absorption, bookkeeping (accounting), and accountability (accountability). This article provides information about clothing, food, and money collected by residents of the republic, employees of the education system, and schoolchildren, to war-ravaged territories, to the front, and to create a defense fund. Since the beginning of the war in June 1941, the population that had not gone to the front was struggling with all their might, they worked diligently, providing food, clothing and housing to evacuated residents of the entire Soviet Union. Thanks to this, our people have become an example for the peoples of the whole world with their tolerance and hospitality

STONE AGE HISTORIOGRAPHY OF FERGANA VALLEY
The historiography of Stone Age archaeology, particularly in the context of the Ferghana Valley, remains underexplored despite its rich archaeological potential. Specific Background: This study critically examines the contributions of Ferghana archaeologists, providing a comparative analysis of their research methodologies and findings. Knowledge Gap: Existing literature lacks a comprehensive synthesis of modern archaeological excavations and their implications for understanding the Mesolithic settlements in this region. Aims: The primary aim of this article is to illuminate the archaeological significance of Stone Age monuments in the Ferghana Valley and to contextualize recent discoveries within the broader framework of Mesolithic studies. Results: The findings reveal a substantial concentration of Mesolithic sites in the Ferghana Valley, underscoring the area's importance for understanding human habitation and cultural development during this period. Novelty: This article presents new insights into the spatial organization and settlement patterns of Mesolithic communities, which have been inadequately addressed in previous research. Implications: The implications of this study extend to enhancing our understanding of early human societies in Central Asia and contribute to the global discourse on Stone Age archaeology, highlighting the need for continued research in underrepresented regions
Online Learning in Pandemic: The Level of Stress and Satisfaction of Pre-service Teachers
The outbreak of a deadly virus called Corona has prompted schools and colleges to switch instruction from face-to-face to online learning (Masha'al et al., 2020). Even with no records nor archives of online teaching-learning, imperative steps were implemented to counterbalance the educational institutions brought by the global outbreak (Joe et al., 2022).The researcher utilized a descriptive-quantitative design. A quantitative research design is used in this study to determine the level of stress and satisfaction of pre-service teachers in online learning. It was revealed that pre-service teachers are unsure if they are stressed in online learning before the covid 19 as they have no experienced online learning before the covid 19 outbreak but very stressful during the covid 19 pandemic. On the other hand, it was also revealed that the preservice teachers were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the online learning set-up that they had experienced during the Covid 19 pandemic
