No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang disajikan. Hasil dari 15 tinjauan artikel menekankan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang aman dan menyenangkan berdampak pada peningkatan etos kerja Gukar. Selanjutnya, dari 15 artikel yang diperiksa, penulis menghubungkannya dengan fakta tentang analisis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. Penelitian LSR ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memperbaiki lingkungan kerja agar guru dan karyawan lebih baik. peningkatan kinerja guru dan karyawan tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor lingkungan kerja; ada banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan karyawan di berbagai Lembaga.selain itu lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja tentu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan disamping itu dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif dan kenyaman bekerja, baik langsung maupun tidaklangsung bagi masing – masing orang
EXTRACURRICULAR ABACUS TO IMPROVE THE COGNITIVE ARITHMETIC SKILLS OF CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS
Get PDFObjective: This study evaluates the impact of the abacus extracurricular program on the cognitive development of children aged 5–6 years, focusing on arithmetic skills such as logical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Methods: A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving observations, interviews with educators, and documentation analysis at RA Depag 1 Mojokerto. Data were collected from 16 students actively participating in abacus extracurricular activities. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing reduction, presentation, and verification to draw conclusions. Results: Findings indicate that abacus activities foster improved arithmetic ability through visual and interactive learning. Children demonstrated increased concentration, memory retention, and fine motor skills via bead manipulation. The weekly group-based learning sessions encouraged collaborative problem-solving and formula memorization within time constraints, effectively stimulating cognitive and motor skill development. Moreover, the integration of abacus learning into extracurricular activities was met with enthusiasm and improved educational outcomes. Novelty: This study highlights the significance of the abacus as a traditional yet effective tool for early cognitive development, emphasizing its dual role in enhancing logical reasoning and fine motor skills. The tailored approach for early learners, focusing on visual and tactile methods, distinguishes this program from conventional math teaching practices

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the challenges faced in developing educational entrepreneurship at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and to find out the strategies used to align human resources (HR) with the vision and mission of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection interviews, observation. The research location is SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan. The results of the study stated that SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan took strategic steps in the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 by developing entrepreneurship in the field of education, namely TPQ Madin, but challenges arose such as human resource management at TPQ Madin Al Jauharah which had not run in harmony with SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan and the school responded by carrying out effective strategies. The positive impact is not only limited to TPQ Madin but also felt by the school, and the existence of TPQ Madin creates new jobs for the surrounding youth

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kepada guru agar dapat melakukan pengembangan diri sehingga menjadi lebih profesional dan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berfokus pada evaluasi kinerja guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Islam dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan baik dalam perencanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran dan menyusun komponen penilaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, guru telah dinilai baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pendekatan religius, memberikan teladan melalui kepala sekolah, penghargaan, dan penerapan teguran serta hukuman, dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. . TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISION WITH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY: IMPLEMENTATION, OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES
Get PDFTechnological developments in the field of education pose challenges for teachers and school leaders. Rapid adaptation to change and increased professionalism and commitment are the keys to the success of education. Digital academic supervision emerged as a solution to overcome the weaknesses of conventional supervisors, that are often time-controlled and effective. This article aims to study the implementation of the use of digital technology in education supervision as well as identify opportunities and challenges. The study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the implementation of digital technology in the supervision of education by analyzing 12 articles published between 2020-2023. The results show that digital supervisors can facilitate supervisory implementation and effectively improve teacher competence. The challenges faced by digital supervision include limited internet access, minimal technology mastery by senior teachers, and the need for adequate support. Implementation of digital academic supervision is an important step towards improving the professionalism of teachers and the quality of education as a whole, on the condition of adequate training, improved access to technology, and support from all stakeholders.

STUDY LITERATURE: BIOPSYCHOLOGICAL REVIEW IN IMPROVING CHILDREN'S CONCENTRATION

Neurotransmitters function as chemical messengers that play an important role in information processing throughout the nervous system. The purpose of this research is to describe the Literature Study: A Biopsychological Review in Improving Children's Concentration. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the review of 25 (twenty-five) journals examined by the author, there are various effectiveness of neurotransmitter performance involved in various brain functions, such as sleep, mood, emotion, attention, and learning and memory. The conclusions of this study include: 1) Neurotransmitter metabolites include biogenic amines (catecholamines norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine and serotonin) and amino acids (glycine, glutamate, and γ-aminobutyric acid [GABA]), 2) Serotonin is useful for neurotransmitters and concentration, 3) Neurotransmitters including acetylcholine play an important role in the development of brain nerve structures and cells. Acetylcholine (ACh) is the first identified cholinergic neurotransmitter, and changes in its content can fully reflect the growth and development of the body as well as learning ability and memory, 4) Students who are able to concentrate during lessons will have higher memory and easily understand what is learned and 5) The researcher suggests that future studies examine the effect of one of the various types of neurotransmitters on children's concentration and motivation to learn

In building the growth of a nation, education is very important. As a school principal, it is the principal's responsibility to ensure that students learn well so that the country can achieve its goals and advance its culture. Principals do not only function as administrative officials who sign off on policies, but also play an important role in building the ethos of the institution and planning its future direction. The purpose of this study is to provide school principals with some ideas and insights into the different types of leadership and communication patterns they can use to achieve their set learning goals in order to adapt to the current state of education, taking into account all the points from the description given above. This investigation utilized a literature review methodology, which falls under the category of qualitative research. Based on the discussion given, it can be concluded that a principal's social communication skills have a significant effect on leadership effectiveness and problem solving in the classroom.

FOSTERING DISCIPLINE THROUGH DRUM BAND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS
Get PDFObjective: The study aims to instill a disciplined attitude in children aged 5–6 years through drum band extracurricular activities at RA Muslimat NU 10 Banin Banat, Gresik. Methods: This research adopts a descriptive-qualitative method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews with the principal, drum corps coach, class teachers, and participating children, as well as documentation. Results: The findings reveal that the drum band extracurricular effectively fosters discipline through consistent signaling by the instructors, such as long whistles and three short whistles, each conveying specific instructions. Non-compliance is addressed through direct reprimands. The discipline cultivated during these activities extends to daily school routines, where children consistently place their shoes on racks, line up when entering the classroom or during recess, and maintain order when leaving school. Novelty: This research highlights the unique contribution of drum band extracurricular activities in developing discipline among young children. It demonstrates how structured and consistent techniques, such as whistle commands, can effectively influence children’s behaviors both during extracurricular sessions and in their broader daily routines, offering valuable insights for early childhood education practices
