No full textThe purpose of this research is to provide feedback to improve work performance and self-development in educating at Islamic schools. The career development and promotion system is implemented to improve employee skills and achievements so that they can increase self-improvement within an Islamic school institution. This research method is based on library research and collected from various written sources, including magazines, scientific publications, journals and other sources relevant to the research discussed by the author. The research results state that qualifications, recruitment strategies, staff orientation, salary policies, employee regulations, coaching and development, employee evaluation, employee careers and ranks, and welfare are just some of the tasks that make up human resource management in Islamic schools. As well as employee coaching and development is carried out to improve Islamic understanding, personality, pedagogical, professional and social competencies. And employee performance evaluation is carried out based on individual achievements and participation in Islamic school activities so that each educator or teacher can develop and increase the potential of human resources in Islamic school institutions
THE USE OF ANIMATION MEDIA FOR SCIENCE LEARNING IN GROUP B CHILDREN AT RA CAHAYA INSANI
Get PDFObjective: This study aims to describe the application of animation media in science learning and evaluate its effects on the understanding and interest of group B children at RA Cahaya Insani. The focus is on how animation media facilitates comprehension and fosters enthusiasm for learning abstract concepts. Methods: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing observations, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. This method allowed for an in-depth exploration of the interactions between children, teachers, and the animation media. Results: The findings indicate that animation media significantly improves children's grasp of abstract concepts, such as the water cycle, by providing engaging and clear visualizations. Children exhibited increased enthusiasm and active participation in class activities. Teachers found that animation media eased the delivery of complex materials while encouraging critical thinking among students. Despite technical challenges like limited device availability, these were effectively addressed through meticulous planning and creative strategies by teachers. Novelty: This study highlights the innovative use of animation media in early childhood education, emphasizing its potential to enhance both cognitive and social development. It underscores the role of technology in creating effective and enjoyable science learning experiences, suggesting its broader application for diverse science topics in the future

In building the growth of a nation, education is very important. As a school principal, it is the principal's responsibility to ensure that students learn well so that the country can achieve its goals and advance its culture. Principals do not only function as administrative officials who sign off on policies, but also play an important role in building the ethos of the institution and planning its future direction. The purpose of this study is to provide school principals with some ideas and insights into the different types of leadership and communication patterns they can use to achieve their set learning goals in order to adapt to the current state of education, taking into account all the points from the description given above. This investigation utilized a literature review methodology, which falls under the category of qualitative research. Based on the discussion given, it can be concluded that a principal's social communication skills have a significant effect on leadership effectiveness and problem solving in the classroom.

ANALYSIS OF M. QURAISH SHIHAB ON THE UTILIZATION OF RAINWATER FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION IN AL-QUR'AN

Quraish Shihab’s interpretation of Quranic verses related to rainwater in Tafsir al-Misbah, focusing on its implications for sustainability, particularly soil fertility, agriculture, and groundwater management. Rainwater plays a crucial role in environmental preservation, supporting agriculture, water conservation, and ecosystem health. In Islamic teachings, rain is a manifestation of Allah's mercy and sustenance, frequently highlighted in the Quran. Method: Employing a qualitative approach, the study analyzes Shihab’s interpretation of key Quranic verses, including Surah an-Nahl (16:65), Fussilat (41:39), al-Baqarah (2:22), and al-An’am (6:99), to explore the theological and practical dimensions of rainwater utilization. Results: Shihab’s exegesis underscores rainwater's vital role in reviving barren land, producing fruits, supporting plant growth, and mitigating environmental degradation. His analysis highlights rainwater as a resource that aligns with sustainable practices, such as reducing soil erosion, conserving water, and improving air quality. Novelty: The study bridges Quranic exegesis with contemporary sustainability discourse, contributing to the emerging field of Islamic environmental ethics. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap berbagai artikel ilmiah yang disajikan. Hasil dari 15 tinjauan artikel menekankan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang aman dan menyenangkan berdampak pada peningkatan etos kerja Gukar. Selanjutnya, dari 15 artikel yang diperiksa, penulis menghubungkannya dengan fakta tentang analisis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. THE ROLE OF TEACHERS IN IMPROVING THE CONCENTRATION OF CHILDREN WITH ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) AGED 5-6 YEARS
Get PDFObjective: This study aims to explore the role of early childhood education teachers in supporting children with ADHD, particularly in the B1 kindergarten class at RA Depag 1 Mojokerto, and to assess how teachers can enhance the learning environment for children with attention difficulties. Methods: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using data collected through direct observations, interviews with teachers and the principal, and documentation. The research was conducted over four months, from February to May 2024, at RA Depag 1 Mojokerto. Data analysis followed the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, display, and verification. Results: The study found that children with ADHD in the classroom face challenges in maintaining focus, which affects both academic performance and classroom behavior. Teachers provide individualized support by using personal approach strategies and creating a conducive classroom environment. These strategies include placing ADHD children near the teacher's desk, reducing distractions, and offering direct support. The involvement of parents and school counselors also plays a crucial role in improving concentration. Novelty: This research emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach that involves teachers, parents, and professionals in managing ADHD in early childhood education. The study highlights the significance of tailored interventions, classroom environment adjustments, and collaborative efforts to support children with ADHD, contributing to more effective educational practices for children with special needs

The study focused on measuring the effectiveness of hand puppets in enhancing speaking skills. Results: The use of hand puppet media significantly increased children’s active participation in speaking, expanded their vocabulary, and boosted their self-confidence. Storytelling activities with hand puppets created a dynamic and engaging learning environment that supported language development. Method: A library research approach was employed, utilizing scientific journal articles and research reports as primary sources to examine the role of technology in religious education. Results: The findings highlight that effective technologies for disseminating Islamic religious education include social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), learning applications, podcasts, webinars, and the digitization of Islamic books. These technologies enhance accessibility, foster interactive learning, and broaden the reach of religious materials. Furthermore, the use of technology has led to increased religious understanding and practice, strengthening community religious awareness. However, challenges remain, such as limited access in remote areas, low digital literacy, difficulties in filtering valid information, and an over-reliance on technology that may reduce direct teacher-community interaction.
