Locally Advanced Prostate Cancer at High Risk of Progression: A Treatment Strategy, A Review of Clinical Studies
The clinician doctors should be decided the difficult task of determining the exact stage of prostate cancer. This concerns, first of all, stage T3 - or locally progressive, the presence of which indicates that the tumor is spreading beyond the capsule. Prostate cancer is the most common solid tumor in Europe, with an incidence rate of 214 cases per 1,000 men, which is higher than for lung and colorectal cancers [3]. In 2013, prostate cancer ranked 3rd in the structure of oncological diseases in men in Russia, 29,158 new cases of the disease were recorded, 9,535 patients died from prostate cancer. Over the past 5 years, the number of patients with PCa in our country has increased, in particular, in 2015 - 372, in 2016 - 443, in 2019 the number of patients reached 483 (an increase of 23%). There is also an increase in the incidence, which in 2015 amounted to 1.2 patients per 100 thousand of the population, in 2019 this figure was 1.5. (Tillyashaikhov M.N. et al., 2020). The optimal therapy for patients with clinically locally progressive prostate cancer has not been finally determined, and the tactics of treating these patients cause a lively discussion. Many controversial issues regarding the choice of a particular method remain unresolved
Analysis and Epidemiology of Viral Hepatitis Illnesses in Khorazm Region
According to the World Health Organization, liver cirrhosis is the tenth leading cause of death among all diseases. Despite the development of a number of recommendations worldwide in recent years, there is a sharp difference between the drugs used in the pharmacotherapy of liver diseases and the drugs indicated in the treatment standards. This, in turn, requires deep pharmacoepidemiological research [1]. Treatment of patients with chronic liver diseases requires significant financial costs. These are not only the costs of treatment, but also indirect costs, which are associated with temporary loss of working capacity[2]. Epidemiological control of anthroponoses is multifaceted, a dynamic study of the disease, not only operative control of the disease, but also a deep investigation of the ecology, biology and distribution area of the causative agent. Viral hepatitis is one of the most common viral infectious diseases in the world. According to the information provided by the World Health Organization, 2 billion people are infected with viral hepatitis on earth, which corresponds to 1 out of every 3 people on earth [3]. Every year, parenteral viral hepatitis kills more than 1 million people worldwide, which is equal to the number of deaths from tuberculosis and more than the number of deaths from HIV. In 2021, despite the widespread use of a highly effective vaccine against viral hepatitis V, 1.5 million people were infected with hepatitis V [4]. The medical and social conditions of Uzbekistan include the hyperendemic region due to the specificity of the number of family members, different levels of virus infection in the region due to the age structure, and the spread of infection due to the ethnic identity of the local population [5,6]. In screening studies conducted by a number of authors, it was found that 5.6% of healthy population tested in our country have anti-HCV and 8.3% have HBsAg
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRADITIONAL TREATMENT METHOD
The problem of treating surgical infection of soft tissues against the background of diabetes mellitus remains relevant to the present day. This is due to an increase in the number of patients with diabetes mellitus and an increase in purulent-inflammatory complications in them. It is the development of purulent complications in patients with diabetes mellitus that often cannot be avoided without surgical interventions, the postoperative mortality of which is high - up to 20%.
The course of this pathology against the background of diabetes mellitus negatively affects the outcome of the disease. The purpose of our study was: to analyze the effectiveness of clinical and laboratory features of the course of purulent surgical soft tissues against the background of diabetes mellitus. 166 patients with purulent surgical diseases of soft tissues were studied. Group I consisted of 40 patients with no diabetes mellitus, group II 43 patients were on the background of diabetes mellitus. The results of the study showed: the timing of normalization of the criteria for assessing the wound process and indicators of general intoxication of the organism of groups I and II were 3 days late in patients with purulent surgical diseases of soft tissues against the background of diabetes mellitus than in patients without concomitant disease diabetes mellitus
ANALYZE ACUTE PARAPROCTITIS
One of the most common diseases in emergency proctology is acute paraproctitis, the incidence of which, according to our data, occupies a leading position in the structure of proctological diseases. Acute paraproctitis is the most complex form of purulent inflammatory processes. According to the literature, patients with acute paraproctitis make up 0.5-4% of people with general surgical pathology and 20-40% of the structure of proctological diseases. The number of these patients and the increasing resistance of microbes require the development of more effective treatments
TACTICS AND TREATMENT FOR ACUTE ANAEROBIC PARAPROCTITIS
Acute paraproctitis is the most complex form of purulent inflammatory processes. When local clinical manifestations of the disease are mild, such patients are often misdiagnosed, which often leads to untimely and sometimes incorrect surgical treatment. Acute horseshoe-shaped paraproctitis, despite treatment, often ends in the formation of a complex horseshoe-shaped fistula and purulent cavities and leaks

Surgical Treatment of Picevodogasteric Bleeding in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis
A little more than half a century has passed since the fundamental ideas about the morphological types of such liver lesions as hepatitis, hepatosis, cirrhosis were formed (Bluger A.F., Novitsky I.N., 1984), Subsequent morphological studies have established that LC- it is the result of a pathological reconstruction of the lobular structure of the organ. From a clinical point of view, cirrhosis can be defined as a progressive (or slowly progressive) diffuse chronic polyetiologic liver disease. This is the final stage of adversely occurring forms of chronic hepatitis, due to obstruction of the outflow of bile or blood from the liver or genetically determined metabolic defects. The disease is characterized by a significant decrease in the mass of functioning liver cells, a pronounced fibrosing reaction, a restructuring of the parenchyma and the vasculature of the liver (Loginov A.S., 1987)
Modern Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs
Over the past decade, employees of the departments of pharmacology, general and bioorganic chemistry of the Tashkent State Medical Institute (since 1990, I Tashkent State Medical Institute) have been conducting targeted research to find, study new, more advanced anti-inflammatory drugs in a number of new pyrazole derivatives and related compounds (in general, nutrition more than 300 new drugs were exposed). These studies revealed a number of highly active and low-toxic compounds, and also established the dependence of the anti-inflammatory activity of these compounds on the chemical structure
